Censorship? Last nights Lancaster city council

Rex has decided that the public comments from the floor at the end of each meeting will no longer be available on line. Whether live, or viewed later, he doesn't think it's a good idea for the public to see what the public is saying. He says it's because of a racist remark made at the last meeting. (against his Kat?) I don't remember reading about any racist remarks made at Lancaster's city council meeting. Is Rex playing the race card?

I'm not sure this is true. Could this possibly be true. Are these things really happening at our local courthouse? I would apologizes for the language, but I didn't write it, and assume you all can handle it. Story from a facebook page. Hell, you're white, you're republican, you're even a home owner, why should you fear the local law? THIS IS AMERICA , BY GOD, AND YOU HAVE RIGHTS!!! We want to tell you yet another story of our local court system gone stoopid! A lady went to court on 8/29. We'll call her Suzy (not her real name), and she is a sweet, intelligent woman, who taught school for 30yrs, is now retired on a fixed income. And is disabled. A victim of a accident, she can not walk. And has never let it slow her down. Highly independent, she goes everywhere on her scooter, and lives alone on horse property on the west side. And Suzy looks like, well, a freckled, red headed, blue eyed lady. Suzy had two horses. One she had owned for awhile, one given to her from some people who could no longer afford to take care of it, and were struggling with the decision of putting it down, as it had a hoof infection. Suzy was raised with and spent her life around horses. She knew that there were MANY different ways this could be treated, and also knew that they may or may not work. Between her and the owners, they came to the decision to try and save the horse. After all, they knew the WORST that could happen is that the treatments wouldn't work, at which time should the horse need to be put down, they would all know they did their best in giving it a chance. Suzy took possession of the horse. Suzy has a neighbor who she had heard caused some trouble with all the other neighbors. This same lady showed up in her front yard with a vet, and told Suzy she had seen the horse hobble a bit, and SINCE the neighbor's VET HAD BEEN AT HER HOUSE ANYWAY, would Suzy mind if he looked at her horse. Not wanting to give this neighbor a reason to cause problems with her as she had done with others, Suzy said "why not?" After all, Suzy knew she had nothing to hide, right? A couple of day later, Suzy came home to find a notice on her door, claiming her horse was in pain, and that she had 48 hours to get a vet on site! Suzy HAD JUST HAD A HOOF SPECIALIST out to see her horse 2 days before, but she figured if it was requested by officials, why argue? She had the specialist come back out, and why he was there, she had him note that not only was the horse under professional care, but was at the proper weight and was getting on it's feet every day. She then dropped off this information at the animal shelter on Ave. I. TWO WEEKS LATER SUZY CAME HOME TO FIND A NOTE ON HER DOOR TELLING HER THAT ANIMAL CONTROL HAD SHOT HER HORSE, LEFT IT DEAD IN HER YARD, TAKING ONLY THE DRESSINGS THAT WAS ON THE HORSES INFECTED HOOF. Really, why should an elderly woman whose life has been spent teaching children, helping animals, paying taxes, involved in her community and overcoming incredible personal health issues expect anything more then her horse dead in her yard? No hearing, no communication, no request for clarification. The animal control officer who insisted on taking this position? A Rachael Montez-Kemp. When Suzy went to speak to someone about how this could happen, Ms Montez-Kemp told her "any animal in pain needed to be put down". Think about that. Any animal in pain needs to be put down. Arthritis? Broken bone? Mange? A cut paw could be highly uncomfortable. Who gets to decide what constitutes pain? I know more then one vet who would be out of business if we were forced to live by ms Montez-kemp's rules. But they aren't done with Suzy. Suzy got a summons to go to court in Long Beach. Why? For an animal neglect charge. Suzy went to the hearing and was told they could of charged her with a felony. But they didn't. Suzy went home, thinking this was just one of the bad things that happen to people, but it was all over. In April Suzy got a letter from animal control, telling her they had put out a warrant for her arrest. The letter came two weeks after the warrant was said to of been issued. Signed by Rachel Montez-Kemp. Now Suzy was worried, and retained a local Lancaster lawyer. The lawyer told her that any other courthouse in the nation would never of allowed this to get to this point. But not ours. The locals wanted to charge this elderly lady with a felony. They told Suzy's lawyer, Marc, that if Suzy pleaded to the felony, they wouldn't throw her in prison for three years!!! Suzy told Marc she wanted to fight the charges. Since there is no written law saying how long an animal owner had to try to cure an animal of an illness, or a graph proving levels of pain an animal suffers before having to be put down, she figured this had to be some mistake.(We want to remind everyone that this horse was NOT rolling around on a barn floor in pain and not eating. Proper weight and on it's feet every day.) Her lawyer said fine. He said he would subpena the 3 different specialist she had treating the horse at different times. That he would bring up the numerous complaints against Rachel Montez-Kemp. That he had checked out the sites Suzy had provided him, and was now convinced that there were a thousand different ways to treat the infection. That she had nothing to worry about, as this would be thrown out as soon as he presented his case to the judge. The morning of the 29th, the preliminary, Suzy showed up and a couple of elderly neighbor ladies and her sister came along to give her moral support. The prosecutor, ms. sadinsky showed up with the neighbor who had made the original complaint (a woman being investigated for destruction to a restaurant on 90th st W., she tried running, failed to pay rent on, and while being evicted caused damage to, in a tantrum thrown over her failure), the neighbor's vet and rachel montez-kemp.Suzy's lawyer marc showed up with none of the people he had told Suzy he would call to testify. He went in to tell the prosecutor, sadinsky, that his client wanted to fight the charge. After speaking to the prosecutor, he came out to tell Suzy that the prosecutor would hit Suzy with ANOTHER felony if she tried to fight the charge. That she, sadinsky, would get the neighbor's vet to testify that the 2nd horse had a white line on it's hoof, that that was a disease, that it proved a pattern of neglect. This was the 1st Suzy had heard of her other horse having "white line disease", that her vet had never seen it, and could testify the horse DIDN'T have it. Her lawyer Marc proceeded to tell Suzy she should accept the plea. He turned his attention to Suzy's neighbors and sister, convincing them that Suzy was on her way to prison, that fighting the charges were hopeless. That it would cost her thousands to try and fight it, she would probably lose! Nothing like scaring the shit out of old ladies! But then, this way his work was done. He had nothing more to do then sit back and let the lady's fear work on Suzy. He told her she had 10 minutes to make up her mind. Her friends and family, now terrorized, pointed out Suzy's limited income, her disabilities, her chances of surviving three years in prison. If she accepted the plea agreement? A couple of thousand in court cost and COUNSELING COST, 24 weeks, and 120 hours community service. Her lawyer told her that if she kept her nose clean for 6 to 8 months, did all the court asked, she could get it dropped to a misdemeanor in under a year. It worked!!! Suzy's lawyer and prosecutor terrorized this woman into accepting a felony conviction. She wept when the judge asked her if she was willing to accept the terms of the court. She wept when they told her she would be subject to unannounced compliance sweeps anytime, 24/7. She wept when she was told she could not own as much as a goldfish. (She has had to find a home for her 2 cats.) And she wept when the judge asked her if anyone had threatened her into taking the plea agreement. (Her friends all said under their breath, that yes, both her lawyer and prosecutor had threatened her with as many felony counts as possible until she agreed to plead!)So, here is a felon that rex warns us about! Here's a felon he doesn't want living in our town. Here's a lady who rex can scream felon at, should she ever decide to show up to a council meeting, with opinions differing from his! And what did anybody get from this? Well Marc her lawyer got $4,000 for doing nothing for his client. Sadinsky got to keep her conviction rate up. The counseling center we contract animal abuse cases to in Van Nuys get's a $1,000 for cruelty classes Suzy could personally teach. (And NO, they are NOT set up for disabled clients, but Suzy was told she would have to find a way!) Grace resources get a wonderful woman working for free for 120 hours. And Suzy and the community? What did we get? Suzy got a dead horse and a felony conviction. And the opportunity to put her limited cash into the local legal system. And the community got to lose some dignity and honor. And the right to consider all felons as bad people! BTW The judge who allowed this bullshit to go down in his court? ESTES. Heavily supported by rex.

Lawsuits Lawsuit: Lancaster Man Angel Mendez Shot 14 Times By Deputies, Loses a Leg By Chris Vogel Fri., Jun. 17 2011 at 12:06 PM police brutality Angel Mendez of Lancaster was shot 14 times. LA County sheriff's deputies were the trigger-men. Mendez says he was fast asleep at his home with his girlfriend last October when suddenly a troop of officers burst into his room, guns blazing. He says they didn't have a warrant or any reason to shoot him. According to Mendez's federal lawsuit against LA County and Sheriff Lee Baca, the officers charged into Mendez's home without knocking or announcing their presence. In addition to shooting Mendez more than a dozen times, the deputies also shot his girlfriend, Jennifer Garcia, in the back. States the lawsuit: At no time were [Mendez or Garcia] suspects in a criminal investigation, nor was there any probable cause to believe that they posed a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the deputies or others. The deputies failed to provide [Mendez and Garcia] with any verbal warning prior to shooting them, nor was there adequate provocation, or immediate threat of death or serious physical injury to the deputies to provide ... the legal right to use deadly force. Somehow, Mendez did survive the shooting. However, doctors had to amputate his leg.

Since all those isolated incidents involving terroristic violence directed at "liberals" and the "government" keep adding up into a serious trend, we've decided it's time to start keeping systematic track of the problem -- especially because mainstream media seem intent on refusing to recognize the trend. Here's the text for the 20 23 24 events we've enumerated so far: -- July 2008: A gunman named Jim David Adkisson, agitated at how "liberals" are "destroying America," walks into a Unitarian Church and opens fire, killing two churchgoers and wounding four others. -- October 2008: Two neo-Nazis are arrested in Tennessee in a plot to murder dozens of African-Americans, culminating in the assassination of President Obama. -- December 2008: A pair of "Patriot" movement radicals -- the father-son team of Bruce and Joshua Turnidge, who wanted "to attack the political infrastructure" -- threaten a bank in Woodburn, Oregon, with a bomb in the hopes of extorting money that would end their financial difficulties, for which they blamed the government. Instead, the bomb goes off and kills two police officers. The men eventually are convicted and sentenced to death for the crime. -- December 2008: In Belfast, Maine, police discover the makings of a nuclear "dirty bomb" in the basement of a white supremacist shot dead by his wife. The man, who was independently wealthy, reportedly was agitated about the election of President Obama and was crafting a plan to set off the bomb. -- January 2009: A white supremacist named Keith Luke embarks on a killing rampage in Brockton, Mass., raping and wounding a black woman and killing her sister, then killing a homeless man before being captured by police as he is en route to a Jewish community center. -- February 2009: A Marine named Kody Brittingham is arrested and charged with plotting to assassinate President Obama. Brittingham also collected white-supremacist material. -- February 2009: A 60-year-old former Republican Party campaign volunteer opens fire on a gathering of Chilena exchange students in an apartment complex in Miramar Beach, Fla., after telling a neighbor he wanted to start a "revolution" against Latino immigrants. -- April 2009: A white supremacist named Richard Poplawski opens fire on three Pittsburgh police officers who come to his house on a domestic-violence call and kills all three, because he believed President Obama intended to take away the guns of white citizens like himself. Poplawski is currently awaiting trial. -- April 2009: Another gunman in Okaloosa County, Florida, similarly fearful of Obama's purported gun-grabbing plans, kills two deputies when they come to arrest him in a domestic-violence matter, then is killed himself in a shootout with police. -- May 2009: A "sovereign citizen" named Scott Roeder walks into a church in Wichita, Kansas, and assassinates abortion provider Dr. George Tiller. -- June 2009: A Holocaust denier and right-wing tax protester named James Von Brunn opens fire at the Holocaust Museum, killing a security guard. -- February 2010: An angry tax protester named Joseph Ray Stack flies an airplane into the building housing IRS offices in Austin, Texas. (Media are reluctant to label this one "domestic terrorism" too.) -- March 2010: Seven militiamen from the Hutaree Militia in Michigan and Ohio are arrested and charged with plotting to assassinate local police officers with the intent of sparking a new civil war. -- March 2010: An anti-government extremist named John Patrick Bedell walks into the Pentagon and opens fire, wounding two officers before he is himself shot dead. -- May 2010: A "sovereign citizen" from Georgia is arrested in Tennessee and charged with plotting the violent takeover of a local county courthouse. -- May 2010: A still-unidentified white man walks into a Jacksonville, Fla., mosque and sets it afire, simultaneously setting off a pipe bomb. -- May 2010: Two "sovereign citizens" named Jerry and Joe Kane gun down two police officers who pull them over for a traffic violation, and then wound two more officers in a shootout in which both of them are eventually killed. -- July 2010: An agitated right-winger and convict named Byron Williams loads up on weapons and drives to the Bay Area intent on attacking the offices of the Tides Foundation and the ACLU, but is intercepted by state patrolmen and engages them in a shootout and armed standoff in which two officers and Williams are wounded. -- September 2010: A Concord, N.C., man is arrested and charged with plotting to blow up a North Carolina abortion clinic. The man, 26-year--old Justin Carl Moose, referred to himself as the "Christian counterpart to (Osama) bin Laden� in a taped undercover meeting with a federal informant. -- January 2011: A 22-year-old gunman named Jared Lee Loughner with a long grudge against Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and a paranoid hatred of the government walks into a public Giffords event and shoots her in the head, then keeps firing, killing six people and wounding 14 more. Gifford miraculously survives. -- January 2011: A backpack bomb with the potential of killing or injuring dozens of people is found along the route of a Martin Luther King Day �unity march� in downtown Spokane. -- January 31, 2011: An Army veteran from California with a previous arrest record for making threats against President Bush is arrested for making terrorist outside a mosque in Michigan inside a car whose trunk was filled with Class C explosives. -- March 2011: Five people in the Fairbanks area are arrested on charges of plotting to kidnap or kill state troopers and a Fairbanks judge. All five are self-proclaimed "sovereign citizens," including local militia leader Schaeffer Cox. -- March 2011: A man from Madera, CA, named Donny Eugene Mower is arrested for the firebombing of a Planned Parenthood clinic and the vandalization of a local Islamic religious center. The crimes were committed in the name of Mower's one-man hate group, the American Nationalist Brotherhood. His 'manifesto' asked: 'Isn't it time that someone hit back?' We'll update as the incidents occur. Also, readers should feel free to contribute potential additions. Remember, these incidents involve more than simple threats or assaults but rather constitute incidents of actual domestic terrorism.

I am not writing in any professional capacity other than as a citizen who has been extremely violated and deeply harmed by the actions of Los Angeles County, its Officers, Agents and Employees. What has happened to you is happening to far too many. I myself am in the cross hairs of the County snipers. I was a 10 year, loyal, dedicated county employee and they have screwed my life with a vengeance for the past 6 1/2 years, ever since I moved my family to Antelope Acres from Pasadena. It is a very long story and one that would seem totally absurd if it wasn't so real in its actions and so very real in its consequences. There is one man who is at the center of everything that has happened. Like a stone thrown into a calm pond, the ripples have spread in every direction, sparing no one from the fallout. Although my 'problem' came about purely by chance, having the bad luck of moving across the street from a neighbor who is an 'alleged' and self-described protected/snitch/informant/something? that the county had to cover for; none the less, they have pulled every dirty, rotten trick in the book against myself and family to shut us up and deprive us of justice. Right now, 'THEY' are pursuing a purely politically motivated prosecution against my husband for a completely fabricated set-up involving the neighbor, who has been working in collusion with the County. 'They' went after my children TWICE! using DCFS, the first time the Supervisors Office Field Deputy reported false allegations of child abuse and the second time, my neighbor made the false allegations. 'They' destroyed my career as a Public Defender. 'They' have slandered, defamed and maligned my professional reputation and character and did their damndest to try and run my family off our land. The details of the county's actions against my family would make even the most hardened, cynical person sick. As horrible as some of the county actions against other people in this valley have been (code enforcement goon squads, etc), what has been perpetrated against my family goes beyond diabolical into the realm of sick depravity. These are direct, irrefutable actions involving multiple County, State and Federal agencies. That is why I AM FIGHTING. And will continue to fight. I was born on Barksdale Air Force Base. My father is a retired Air Force Lt. Col. and Vietnam Vet. I grew up on military bases in the States and overseas and always loved this country deeply to the core. I wanted to serve the public, that is why, even though I went to the #14th ranked law school at the time (USC) and could have taken a 'cush' corporate job making bucket loads of cash, I chose to be a public defender. I wanted to help those who, for the most part, get trampled and crushed by the system. Now the system is trying to crush me and my family, all because I spoke up and demanded accountability by the powers that be: The L.A. County Board of Supervisors. They have used just about every tool they can think of to silence me into submission. They have harmed me in ways that would break even the sturdiest and strongest of us. The prosecution they are now pursuing against my husband is a sick low, even for these county 'creeps'. It should make any person who believes in the 2nd Amendment and the Right to Protect their property and personal safety shutter in fear. Last year, December 23rd, 2008. We live out in Antelope Acres on 5 acres with a private dirt road, etc... you know the layout, out in the country, dark at night, the only protection being what you yourself can provide. On that night, I was the victim of an assualt by my neighbor's friend, an ex-marine and twice the size of my husband. He chased me down my road, pulled in front of my car and blocked my drive, preventing me from entering my property. On the advice of Judge, I had legally bought a shotgun because we did not own a gun and my family was being harassed daily, for years, by my neighbor. My neighbor is the guy who ran over and left for dead a pediatrician who was jogging in 2002. He got an unheard of deal by the DA and the poor doctor got screwed. Not even a trial. He hit her head with his truck mirror and left the scene!!. She was almost killed and the injury has ruined her life. He was probably drunk and had had DUI's in the past. He even allegedly picked up a new DUI while he was waiting for his 'deal' to go through. He still got that 'special' deal by the DA. Because of endless threats and harassment against us that no one in law enforcement would do anything about, my husband was carrying my legally owned, registered shot gungun slung over his shoulder that night when he came out to open our gate to let me in. I was on my way home from work from the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse. Our 4 small kids were in the house, with a fire going in the fireplace. My husband had dinner cooking. The house was decorated for Christmas. The kids were excited and waiting for me. I was still nursing my daughter and she was hungry. When my husband came outside, he watched in horror as the truck chased me down the road, pull up on my bumper as I pulled over and just sat there on my tail. My husband raced to the front gate. The ex-marine blocked our driveway and jumped out of his truck, charging my husband, despite the fact that my husband was carrying a gun. My husband ordered him off our property repeatedly but the guy refused to leave, even turning off his ignition. I called 911 immediately because I couldn't get in and this guy was assaulting us on our property! I finally drove over a railroad tie to get in my drive and my husband was able to lock the gate. The ex-marine told my husband that "they got us now". He called 911 and LIED, telling the sheriffs that my husband threatened him with a gun. I was on the phone with 911 for 1 1/2 hours that night and they knew what was really happening, and that I was the victim. The sheriff's showed up in force at my house within minutes, as if they were waiting for the call. We had at least 35 sheriffs cars show up and a helicopter, which had to leave and re-fuel before it came back. They set-up a Command Center at the local Fire Station. They had a Crises Management Team in place. They came out with an arrest warrant in hand for my husband. They treated my home like it was Ruby Ridge or Waco. I had dozens of guns pointed at me and was ordered in every different direction. I was forced to climb a barb-wire fence in high heels and a skirt. I was still on the phone with 911 during all this, so 'they' knew the real story. They locked me in a patrol car for an hour and I watched in terror, fearing for my family's life, unable to speak with my husband or children. The sheriffs surrounded my property and I was told by someone who knows that they most likely wanted to have an excuse to shoot my husband because of the trouble we were causing the County. Thank God my husband was completely calm that night. They weren't concerned by the fact that I was the victim, they never even took a statement. They came out to arrest my husband and they probably wanted to arrest me as well, then take our children. When the sheriffs came into my home, guns drawn on my children, they told my kids that their daddy wasn't coming home for Christmas. It was all figured out beforehand. The ex-marine has told 4 different stories so far. The neighbor, who was in his house at the time, lied and claimed he was a witness, telling 5 different stories, one of them to The Valley Press. We were on the Front Page of the Valley Press last Christmas. My husband was thrown in Lancaster jail the day before Christmas Eve and had to bail out at $50,000. Then no charges were filed. Then the case was moved to San Fernando and filed as misdemeanor, for disobeying a peace officer. The neighbor was given discovery by the sheriffs and when my husband started demanding answers from Steve Cooley, 'they' made his bail disappear, off the record, changed the charges against him to major felonies with special enhancements, threw him in county jail, raised his bail to the maximum allowed and ordered him not to come within a 1000 yards of our home!! With no due process whatsoever! They kicked my husband out of his own home because of false claims by my neighbor and now 'THEY' are hanging 14 years in prison over my husband's head, again, to silence and shut us up. My husband is the primary caregiver to our children. He gave up his career to raise our kids and 'they' kicked him out of his own home for 57 days and gave the lying, protected neighbor a restraining order against my husband. This guy harasses us every single day and no one will stop him. The harassment was going on yesterday. The neighbor shouts out obscenities at me in front of our children and we can't do anything about it. He stalks our family. He follows me. He uses his friends to harass and threaten us. No one in law enforcement will help. The FBI was calling our home at one point to see if we were safe but stopped talking with us the moment they found out the neighbors name. A sheriffs deputy came out once for a harassment call against the neighbor and he told us that his hands are tied, he can't do anything and that it's all 'political'. NO KIDDING?? How's that for Justice? What I have just described is only a thin layer of a very thick, rotten onion. The code violation for my fence is nothing. It's what the county has done, the abuses under Color of Law, the conspiracy against our family, all the county agencies involved and the absolute Constitutional Violations committed against us that is the real issue for me. The details and facts behind all this really would make you sick. That's why I'm here to help in anyway I can. I just cannot let these kinds of abuses go unchecked without standing up and fighting. Goverment take over of avhighdesertforum.com?

So has anyone seen what happened to the avhighdesert forum? They had been running a blog and post concerning the local government's lack of help for a lady DA and family, who have been systematically harassed by a man named MacGowen for years! The blogs contained letters to every government agency in the state of California, for over a year, documenting the crimes committed against this lady's family, who was notified concerning the crimes, recordings of FBI messages, video of the government protected snitch threatening the family, documentation on her being stalked at the Lancaster courtroom, etc. etc. 2 days ago the site was taken down, for "maintenance" and is now back up! All traces of any post or blog concerning this cover up have been removed. Is the Government of the Antelope Valley, covering up crimes committed under the color of law declaring Marshall Law?

Does any one know if Mrs. Berry needs people from the community to show up at her 8:00 court apperance tommorrow? It's my understanding that she has to appear in court for the citation she recieved in August, when she was standing up for our community, against that big box store, Walmart. Do you think she may want some back up from our community? And if someone where to show up, how do they know where her hearing would be held? I would appretiate any information any one might have. Thank You.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the meeting with our representatives is still on schedule for Oct. 12 at Lane Park? My husband and I are dependent on our Medicare system, and what we hear on T.V. has us quite concerned. We heard we may lose certain benefits. We were hopeing to be able to ask some questions, and Lane Park is close to us. It would probably be the only one we could make, since traveling has become somewhat hard on my husband. Our friend who 1st informed us of it hasn't heard anymore info. Any information would be very helpful!

DONATIONS TO QUARTZHILLCARES

Got a interesting e mail today. It concerned the donation I had made, through the Antelope Valley Conservancy, for the anti-Walmart fund. It informed me that the money was being returned to me. Not from Quartz Hill Cares, but from the A.V, Conservancy itself. I had made this donation months ago, and it has left me wondering. If the conservancy had volunteered to collect this money for the anti Walmart crew, why didn't it get turned over to the Quartz Hill group? Have they been sitting on it all these months? And if so, why? Who made the decision to not hand the money to the group it was intended for? At this point, I will make sure the donation will get into the hands the money was intended for. I'm thinking I should double it. Since this group has been denied the money that was intended for it, I'm sure the need is great. And I'll not be donating to the Antelope Valley Conservancy. The group has lost standing because of this behavior. In my eyes at least. I would be interested in knowing if I was the only one this happened too? Anyone else have this happen to them? What was the reason for the delay in handing the money over to QHC's?
