Ohio isn’t the only state that is banning gas fracking and studies in the UK including one from a gas company proves that gas fracking through pumping thousands of gallons of chemicals into the shale deep below the earth’s surface is making the earth plates move which causes earthquakes. The fact that with this tremendous amount of pressure and movement beneath the earth’s surface approximately 9,000 feet down the process of fracking is also causing massive sinkholes to form swallowing up farmland in Ohio. Several massive sink holes have formed some that are larger than six football fields in size from gas fracking this is a very, serious consequence of gas fracturing. Not one agency of the US government has bothered to test the geological problems that gas fracking creates not even the EPA which has no grounds in legislation to regulate the gas industry no thanks to former Bush Vice President Dick Cheney. Even doctors are seeing the consequences in their offices of citizens with various forms of chemical damage due to gas fracking. In the state of Pennsylvania, currently have a state enforced “Gag Order on Doctors” who are not allowed to speak to patients about gas fracking chemicals by name or how they are affected by them. Highly toxic chemicals are used in gas fracking which have deadly cancer causing consequences to human health. This month, the state used the reports from Seismologist Experts and finally put a ban on gas fracking after a 4.0 earthquake occurred on December 31, 2012. Previous earthquakes happened in 2012 with no studies undertaken by the state to find their cause. Ohio currently has 177 gas wells made by fracking the earth 9,000 feet into the earth performed by a company called D&L. Under current laws, the gas company cannot be held accountable or sued for any damages that occur as a result of their operations. Sinkholes and Earthquake Damage May Not Be Covered By Insurance Companies People who live in Ohio may not be aware that by any damage caused by an earthquake such as damage to businesses, buildings or residential homes may not be covered by insurance companies. As if on cue, Obama made headlines all over the globe on Thursday by claiming that the Syrian government has used chemical weapons against the rebels “multiple times”, and that the U.S. was now ready to do more to assist the rebels. That assistance is reportedly going to include “military support” for the rebels and a no-fly zone over at least part of Syria is being discussed. Without a doubt, these are acts of war, and this conflict is not going to end until Assad has been ousted. But Assad will not go quietly. And all it would take is for Assad to fire a couple of missiles at Tel Aviv for a huge regional war to erupt in the Middle East. And what happens if Russia or China decides to get involved in the conflict in Syria? Obama is playing with fire, but he has shown again and again that he is willing to do virtually anything if it will benefit him politically. As far as the Obama administration is concerned, there is no such thing as a coincidence. The timing of this announcement regarding Syria was not an accident. If Obama wanted to use chemical weapons as an excuse to go after Syria he could have done it weeks ago, or he could have waited several more months before taking action. He chose to do it right now for a reason, and hopefully the American people will be able to see right through this. So exactly what are we going to be doing for the Syrian rebels? Well, we will definitely be arming them and training them. And it is probably reasonable to assume that there will be American “advisers” on the ground inside Syria helping to organize the Syrian resistance. In fact, according to Debka, a large U.S. Marine force has already been deployed to the Jordanian border with Syria. In addition, according to the Wall Street Journal, U.S. aircraft may be involved in enforcing a no-fly zone inside Syria… A U.S. military proposal for arming Syrian rebels also calls for a limited no-fly zone inside Syria that would be enforced from Jordanian territory to protect Syrian refugees and rebels who would train there, according to U.S. officials. Asked by the White House to develop options for Syria, military planners have said that creating an area to train and equip rebel forces would require keeping Syrian aircraft well away from the Jordanian border. To do that, the military envisages creating a no-fly zone stretching up to 25 miles into Syria which would be enforced using aircraft flown from Jordanian bases and flying inside the kingdom, according to U.S. officials. No matter how you slice it, the United States is now in a state of war with Syria. The only question is how “involved” we are going to get. And several prominent Republicans are already rushing forward to applaud Barack Obama on this latest move. The following comes from aCBS News report… Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who met with the rebels last month and has been a vocal critic of the president’s Syria policy said in a joint statement with Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.: “We appreciate the President’s finding that the Assad regime has used chemical weapons on several occasions. We also agree with the President that this fact must affect U.S. policy toward Syria. The President’s red line has been crossed. U.S. credibility is on the line. Now is not the time to merely take the next incremental step. Now is the time for more decisive actions.” But you know what? Many of these Syrian rebels have actually pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda. Yes, you read that correctly. The whole point of the “war on terror” was to supposedly fight al-Qaeda, but now the U.S. military is allied with them. Why in the world would we want to help the people who are supposed to be our greatest global enemy?… A Syrian rebel group’s pledge of allegiance to al-Qaeda’s replacement for Osama bin Laden suggests that the terrorist group’s influence is not waning and that it may take a greater role in the Western-backed fight to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad. The pledge of allegiance by Syrian Jabhat al Nusra Front chief Abou Mohamad al-Joulani to al-Qaeda leader Sheik Ayman al-Zawahri was coupled with an announcement by the al-Qaeda affiliate in Iraq, the Islamic State of Iraq, that it would work with al Nusra as well. Lebanese Sheik Omar Bakri, a Salafist who says states must be governed by Muslim religious law, says al-Qaeda has assisted al Nusra for some time. “They provided them early on with technical, military and financial support , especially when it came to setting up networks of foreign jihadis who were brought into Syria,” Bakri says. “There will certainly be greater coordination between the two groups.” This group of jihadists has been responsible for car and suicide bombings all over Syria, and they are the ones that have been doing the heaviest fighting on the front lines… When the group Jabhat al Nusra first claimed responsibility for car and suicide bombings in Damascus that killed dozens last January, many of Syria’s revolutionaries claimed that the organization was a creation of the Syrian government, designed to discredit those who opposed the regime of President Bashar Assad and to hide the regime’s own brutal tactics. Nearly a year later, however, Jabhat al Nusra, which U.S. officials believe has links to al Qaida, has become essential to the frontline operations of the rebels fighting to topple Assad. Not only does the group still conduct suicide bombings that have killed hundreds, but they’ve proved to be critical to the rebels’ military advance. In battle after battle across the country, Nusra and similar groups do the heaviest frontline fighting. Groups who call themselves the Free Syrian Army and report to military councils led by defected Syrian army officers move into the captured territory afterward. The prominence of Nusra in the rebel cause worries U.S. and other Western officials, who say its operations rely on the same people and tactics that fueled al Qaida in Iraq – an assertion that is borne out by interviews with Nusra members in Syria. These are no “freedom fighters”. In fact, if these guys take over they will be much worse than Assad. These “rebels” recently massacred an entire villages of Christians, and just two days ago they slaughtered a 14-year-old boy for supposedly insulting Mohammed… The rebels, according to ABC News’ reconstruction of the Syrian groups’ reports, appear to have whipped Qatta. When they brought him back to where they’d taken him, his head was wrapped by a shirt. The rebels waited for a crowd to gather; Qatta’s parents were among them. Speaking in classical Arabic, they announced that Qatta had committed blasphemy and that anyone else who dared insult the Prophet Mohammed would share his fate. Then, the shirt still wrapped around the boy’s head, the rebels shot him in the mouth and neck. Is this really who the U.S. government wants to be allies with? Are we that stupid? And guess what? According to the Los Angeles Times, the Obama administration is considering plans to bring all of the poor “refugees” that are allied with these “rebels” to the United States… Two years into a civil war that shows no signs of ending, the Obama administration is considering resettling refugees who have fled Syria, part of an international effort that could bring thousands of Syrians to American cities and towns. A resettlement plan under discussion in Washington and other capitals is aimed at relieving pressure on Middle Eastern countries straining to support 1.6 million refugees, as well as assisting hard-hit Syrian families. But now we are committed to this conflict thanks to Obama. There will be no backing down until Assad is gone. Of course this could create a huge regional war in the Middle East or even eventually lead to World War III, but Obama doesn’t seem to care. For now, Obama is saving his own skin, and that is the most important thing to him. Liberal Ghad Party leader Ayman Nour said he was shocked that the meeting had been screened live without informing the participants. He said this is an intelligence technique of intimidation. "It might not be realistic, but it will bring results on the diplomatic path," Nour said. That’s my opinion.” Ibragim Todashev was an acquaintance of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the alleged terrorist who was killed in Watertown, Massachusetts, following the Boston Marathon bombing. On May 22, we reported that Todashev was killed by the FBI during interrogation in Florida. Khusn Taramiv, a friend of Todashev, told WESH-TV in Orlando that Todashev felt he would be shot by the FBI. “He felt inside he was going to get shot,” Taramiv said. “I told him, ‘Everything is going to be fine, don’t worry about it.’ He said, ‘I have a really bad feeling.” The FBI initially claimed its agents had killed Todashev in self defense during questioning. On Wednesday, however, the agency said the Chechen was unarmed. “Law enforcement officials said Todashev was in the process of confessing to a 2011 triple murder in Waltham, Mass., and was working on writing out the details of the crime when he snapped and turned violent,” WESH.com reported. “Officials said Todashev pushed a table and possibly threw a chair.” “This is proof of cold-blooded murder,” Maxim Shevchenko, a journalist and a member of the presidential human rights council, said during the news conference in Moscow today. If enacted, the legislation will hide from public scrutiny photos of victims, 911 call records and other evidence. “There is complete agreement regarding photos etc., and audio tapes, although the act may allow the disclosure of audio transcripts,” a top assistant to Chief State’s Attorney Kevin Kane, Timothy J. Sugrue, told the Courant. The bill has not gone through routine committee process or legislative procedures. It has not received a public hearing. It is being worked on in secret by leaders in both the House and Senate. “A lot of people, including our office, have heard the concerns expressed by the families of Newtown victims, and are exploring ways to respect the families’ right to privacy while also respecting the public’s right to information,” gubernatorial chief of staff Mark Ojakian said in a statement released by Andrew Doba, Gov. In June last year, Hill posted a diatribe to her Tumblr account complaining of how the music industry is “manipulated and controlled by a media protected military industrial complex.” As we’ve highlighted numerous times in the past, other recording artists have made it clear that anyone who doesn’t conform to the strict demands of the music industry or even, as Nicole Scherzinger recently remarked, sell their soul to satan, tends to find success hard to maintain in an industry that punishes individuals who dare to speak their mind. In numerous performances and speeches over the last few years, Hill has attempted to warn young people about how “pop culture cannibalism” and the deliberate reductionism of art and music is damaging a whole generation and turning them into passive, unthinking consumers – destroying inspiration and true creativity in the name of profit. The Judge’s order that Hill undergo what amounts to brainwashing and re-education simply for publicly proclaiming the fact that the music industry is designed to strangle true talent while promoting amoral, vacuous, mindless, turgid drivel, is part of the increasing trend towards labeling common sense as a mental illness if it goes against the establishment grain in any way. Since people who post vehement political opinions on Facebook are already being kidnapped and taken to psychiatric wards across the country, how long before criticism of the state is officially recognized as a mental disorder? Those considered hostile to authority have already been tagged as sufferers of “oppositional defiant disorder” under the the DSM-IV-TR Manual. The definition of this mental illness is, “a recurrent pattern of negativistic, defiant, disobedient. and hostile behavior toward authority figures that persists for at least 6 months.” The attempt to frame alternative opinions as dangerous mental disorders has also entered the political realm. In 2009, Psychology Today wrote a hit piece on Alex Jones insinuating that anyone who believes in a secret cabal ruling the world, which is a perfectly accurate description of the Bilderberg Group, has a mental disorder. The contractor-types had moved away from the bomb’s location before it detonated, and could be seen just across the street using communication equipment and waiting for similar dressed and equipped individuals to show up after the blasts. (click to enlarge) … It should be noted, that with the exception of the contractor-types, all other responders at the scene, including the FBI agent, can be clearly identified, from police to the fire department, to medics and even individuals wearing vests with “B.A.A. Physician” written on them. It should also be noted that no other uniformed individuals can be seen standing near the bomb site aside from the contractor-types. These men were unidentified, professional contractors apparently augmenting public servants at the Boston Marathon, present before and after the bomb blasts in the direct vicinity of the incident. After the blasts, whether it was their intended function or not, they appeared to be searching for something under the bleachers before being joined by what appears to be the FBI bomb squad. The FBI and the city of Boston has so far categorically failed to provide any information on these highly suspicious individuals. Questions That Must be Answered Several questions must be answered by the FBI, leading the investigation on behalf of we, the American people. The first question is who these men were, with large, black bags in the direct vicinity of where a bomb would detonate, moving away before the blast, and appearing directly across the road afterward. Who hired them and what was their function? Why were they moving amongst the crowd in a semi-covert fashion when all other public servants present were wearing proper uniforms and clearly identified? Did police, firefighters, event organizers, and medics know these men were present and what they were doing? Why did it appear that the FBI was fully aware of their presence, and in fact working with them, specifically with what looks like a bomb squad unit? Were these contractors specialists in explosives, and if so, what is the significance that at least two of them were spotted just meters from where the blast occurred? Why These Questions Demand Answers The checkered, frightening history (see: FBI’s History of Handing “Terror Suspects” Live Explosives) of the FBI’s involvement in fomenting false terror attacks, and even presiding over attacks that succeeded in maiming and killing innocent people, should call into question their presence or involvement at any public event, especially when seen associating with unidentified, semi-clandestine organizations that appear to be private contractors. Private contractors as well, do not answer or work for the public, but rather the highest bidder. Private contractors, most notably Blackwater and its various incarnations have operated both domestically and abroad, committing obscene crimes and atrocities with seemingly absolute impunity. The term “defense contractor” is in fact a euphemism for mercenary, and has no place in a civilized, democratic world, no matter what their alleged mission statement may claim. That both of these nefarious entities were present and cooperating in the direct vicinity of the Boston bombings, with at least two contractors standing just meters away from where the bomb actually went off, raises a number of possibilities and concerns. A drill may have been being conducted, though the FBI and city officials have denied this. Or, a threat may have been communicated to event organizers ahead of time, which prompted the inclusion of “auxiliary” security, though again, both the FBI and the city of Boston deny receiving any information prior to the bombings. Whichever contracting firm this may have been, may just have wanted to swindle Boston’s taxpayers for an easy payday, and coincidentally found itself in the middle of extraordinary circumstances. However, alarming suspicion is raised when the FBI makes no mention of an organization it was clearly coordinating with, particularly in terms of bombs and explosives before and after the incident, considering the nature of the attack. When an already dubious organization attempts to obfuscate the facts of any given event, it is the right and responsibility of legitimate law enforcement, public representatives and the citizenry itself to demand and get answers. If we are not persistent, with the FBI’s bizarre behavior over the past few days, including inexplicably cancelled and suspiciously rushed press conferences, and now what appears to be a Hollywood ending for the case, we may never get those answers. Reports have now detailed police transmissions listing Sunil Tripathi as the suspect in the photos. There is even a strange story behind Sunil Tripathi, who actually has an online presence. In fact, Sunil lists one of his ‘liked’ books on Facebook to be Ishmael by Daniel Quinn on his Facebook page. What’s more is that Sunil Tripathi has also been reported as missing from his Philadelphia apartment since March 16, 2013 at 1:30 AM. Described as ‘depressed’ and troubled, Sunil left behind a strange and cryptic note that was construed as either suicidal or nonsensical. If this report is accurate, it clearly suggests there could have been some degree of prior knowledge of the bombing, which killed two people and injured at least 23. The fact that the explosions were preceded and overlapped by a”drill” of an almost identical nature mirrors other major terror attacks, such as the 7/7 bombings in London. It is important to emphasize that the New York Times recently reported that most of the recent domestic terror plots in the United States “were facilitated by the F.B.I.,” suggesting that today’s incident in Boston may have been part of such an operation. It remains to be seen how the media and the Obama administration will exploit this incident depending who gets the blame, but Rahm Emanuel’s “never let a serious crisis go to waste” advisory is sure to be in play. Gladio was designed to demonize political opposition and “force the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security,” according to the testimony of former Gladio agent Vincenzo Vinciguerra. In 2000, an Italian parliamentary investigation found that the 1980 Bologna train bombing, which killed 85 people, was carried out by “men inside Italian state institutions and … men linked to the structures of United States intelligence.” “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game,” Vinciguerra explained in sworn testimony. “The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security. As we previously reported, in January Harroun slipped into Syria to link up with Jabhat al-Nusra, the Al-Qaeda group that killed U.S. troops in Iraq and is now the leading front line fighting force in Syria, commanding the other rebel groups. Despite being listed as a terrorist organization by the State Department back in December, 29 different US-backed Syrian opposition groups pledged their allegiance to the group. Harroun was arrested by FBI agents at a hotel near Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia on charges of using a rocket propelled grenade launcher on behalf of an Al-Qaeda-affiliated group in Syria. Harroun’s father Darryl Harroun told reporters yesterday his son was “very patriotic” and would never join up with Al-Qaeda, a somewhat deluded claim given that Harroun appears in numerous videos with al-Nusra terrorists in which he brags about helping them take down a military helicopter. Harroun also admitted to FBI agents that he had shot at least 10 people. However, Harroun’s father let slip what probably represents the key to the entire story when he said, “I know he was doing some work for the CIA over there,” adding, “I know for a fact that he was passing information onto the CIA.” The CIA’s involvement in aiding, training and equipping rebel insurgents in Syria is no secret. Last week, the New York Times reported how the CIA had worked with Turkey and other Arab governments in the region to oversee a, “secret airlift of arms and equipment for the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad.” Harroun’s CIA connection and his role in fighting alongside Jabhat al-Nusra further confirms the fact that the agency is supporting and even steering the actions of radical terrorists in Syria who have carried out suicide bombings and other attacks targeting schools, universities, as well as engaging in numerous other atrocities such as chemical weapons attacks, torture and gruesome beheadings. Rebels have also ransacked Christian churches, tortured Christians as part of sectarian reprisals, and have been caught on tape burning US flags, chanting anti-American slogans and singing the praises of Osama Bin Laden while glorifying the 9/11 attacks. The fact that Harroun was arrested by FBI agents despite apparently working for the CIA most likely reflects on the inter-agency rivalry between the two organizations. Before 9/11, an FBI investigation into the Bin Laden family and other terrorists that if seen through may have prevented the attacks was stymied by the CIA itself. Another American who fought alongside Al-Qaeda terrorists in both Libya and Syria, Matthew VanDyke, recently returned to the United States and gave lectures in Washington DC earlier this month. VanDyke admitted that he originally wanted to join the CIA but later became a self-described “freedom fighter”. Harroun’s story underscores the hypocrisy of US foreign policy in Syria. While America and numerous other NATO countries are openly supporting Al-Qaeda extremists in Syria as part of an effort to impose regime change, as soon as those militants return home they are arrested as terrorists. Harroun will not be targeted because he is fighting on the same side as the terrorist-led FSA insurgents which the Obama administration has backed to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. “He’s a U.S.-trained soldier turned Muslim warrior who moves between America and countries where the winds of the Arab spring blow, fighting alongside jihadists and America-hating terrorists while celebrating his bloody exploits on YouTube videos,” reports Fox News. When questioned as to how he feels about fighting alongside Al-Qaeda terrorists, Harroun responded, “the U.S. plays both sides, too.” 30-year-old Phoenix-born Harroun aided in the toppling of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak before traveling to Syria to join an organization – Jabhat al-Nusra – that has been listed by the State Department as a terrorist group as a result of its involvement in numerous bloody attacks that have killed civilians. Back in December, 29 different US-backed Syrian opposition groups pledged their allegiance to Al Nusra, an Al-Qaeda-affiliated group which, as the New York Times reported, “killed numerous American troops in Iraq.” Numerous reports confirm that Al Nusra is the leading front line fighting force in Syria and is commanding other rebel groups. Al Nusra is also closely tied with Al Qaeda in Iraq, recently responsible for the slaughter of US-trained troops in Iraq. If the Obama administration really believes in the necessity of killing Americans who are working alongside America’s enemies abroad, then why has there been no discussion whatsoever of targeting Harroun with a drone strike? Why is the US Army still providing a known terrorist with disability payments? Another American who fought alongside Al-Qaeda terrorists in both Libya and Syria, Matthew VanDyke, recently returned to the United States and is set to give lectures in Washington DC this weekend. VanDyke admitted that he originally wanted to join the CIA but later became a self-described “freedom fighter”. VanDyke fought with Libyan militants under the banner of the LIFG, a terrorist group which killed US troops in Iraq, yet he will not even be questioned by authorities when he visits the nation’s capital. On the other hand, the federal government is on the lookout for potential American terrorists who buy food in bulk or pay for a cup of coffee with cash. American citizen Anwar Al-Awlaki was killed by a drone strike simply for producing propaganda videos and communicating with accused terrorists. His 16-year-old son was similarly slaughtered for merely sharing his father’s surname. Other American citizens like John Walker Lindh were imprisoned and tortured in Guantanamo Bay for fighting with the Taliban. Meanwhile, Harroun and VanDyke are free to fly around the world and re-enter the United States as and when they please despite committing the exact same crimes as the likes of fellow US citizens Lindh and Al-Awlaki. Eric Harroun’s presence in Syria serves as yet another reminder that US taxpayer dollars are being used to fund an insurrection led by Al-Qaeda terrorists who openly espouse their hatred for America as they ransack Christian churches, burn US flags, chant anti-American slogans and sing the praises of Osama Bin Laden while glorifying the 9/11 attacks. Forty-three percent said they should be eligible for citizenship, 24 percent said they should be limited to permanent residency and 4 percent were unsure how it should be accomplished. In an interview on Wednesday, President Obama said he was confident lawmakers would agree on immigration legislation by the end of the summer. A bipartisan Senate group is working on a bill that would tighten border security and provide an opportunity for citizenship to illegal immigrants that meet certain criteria. The Pew survey of 1,501 adults was conducted between March 13 and March 17 and has a 2.9 percent margin of error. Nicolas Maduro said the plan was to blame his opponent's murder on the OPEC nation's government and to "fill Venezuelans with hate" as they prepare to go to vote following the death of socialist leader Hugo Chavez. Maduro first mentioned a plot against his rival, Henrique Capriles, last week, blaming it on former Bush administration officials Roger Noriega and Otto Reich. Both rejected the allegations as untrue, outrageous and defamatory. "I call on President Obama - Roger Noriega, Otto Reich, officials at the Pentagon and at the CIA are behind a plan to assassinate the right-wing presidential candidate to create chaos," Maduro said in a TV interview broadcast on Sunday. Maduro, who is Chavez's preferred successor, said the purpose of the plot was to set off a coup and that his information came from "a very good source." During his 14 years in power, the charismatic but divisive Chavez, who died March 5 after a two-year battle with cancer, often denounced U.S. plots against him and his "revolution." Critics dismissed those claims as a smokescreen to keep voters focused on a sense of "imperialist" threat. In kicking off the opposition's campaign in the provinces on Saturday, Capriles said Maduro would be to blame if anything happened to him. MADURO TO JOIN TWITTER Capriles, a 40-year-old centrist state governor who cites Brazil as his economic model for Venezuela, accuses Maduro of using his boss's death as a mawkish campaign tool ahead of the April 14 vote.
