The Jesuit Connection to the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln by Kenneth M. Hoeck Nov.'99 As most Americans know, Abraham Lincoln was an American statesman and the 16th President of the United States (term 1861-1865). He was born in Hardin County, Kentucky and grew up in Indiana. In 1830 his family moved to Illinois, and in 1837, Abe began practicing law in Springfield. His upright moral character had earned him the nickname "Honest Abe." Abraham, an avid reader of the Scriptures who often cited Biblical passages, held no denominational alliances and developed a keen awareness of the dangers posed by the Catholic Church and its dreaded Jesuit Order. Most Americans do not know about the Jesuit connection to the Lincoln assassination. People who were close to Lincoln, including Samuel Morse (inventor of the telegraph) and several American Ambassadors, knew of the Jesuit hatred toward him and warned him ever increasingly right up to the point of his murder. This article has been written to recover the truth of history which has been omitted and obscured from the public view by the American government, the Catholic influenced writers of history, and even publicly supressed by Lincoln himself, for reasons we will later see. May all realize that a leopard does not change its spots...and this Romish predator just waits in the grasses for the prey to come unsuspectingly along. You may not see the danger now and when you finally do...it is too late. The modern Catholic Church and the Jesuit Order are outwardly very docile and seemingly benevolent. They have lured society into a deep sleep. As the writers of our history books and as teachers in our schools, they have all but erased the jaded, yea wicked, past which is a testimony to their true character. It is our hope that this publication will wake some from their learned ignorance of the truth. Much of the quoted testimony against the Jesuit order that we will present here is from Charles Chiniquy, a catholic priest, who befriended Lincoln and warned him of the Jesuit plot to take his life. We will quote heavily from Chiniquy's book entitled "Fifty Years in the Church of Rome" (available as a free download in text format by clicking here). Chiniquy gives us a reason why he wrote his book exposing the wicked deeds of the Catholic Church, a reason which should be even more pertinent to us today: "Because modern Protestants have not only forgotten what Rome was, what she is, and what she will for ever be; the most irreconcilable and powerful enemy of the Gospel of Christ; but they consider her almost as a branch of the church whose corner stone is Christ."~ Chas. Chiniquy- Fifty Years in the Church of Rome. We echo this truth to all Protestants (if one can still rightly call them that since they really do not protest anything anymore), and to the ear of the deceived modern Catholic as well; who may not know of the true and wicked history behind the church at Rome. Many people had left Europe to escape the clutches of the Roman Church, coming to America to obtain truly free religious liberty by which to enjoy their Christian worship. This article is intended neither to "bash" Catholic laypeople nor to breed contempt or hate of any one person or group. It is strictly to inform and warn of a past historical happening involving the Jesuit Order. We will never forget that our forefathers, the first inhabitants of the American land, were compelled to leave their native country, to come to bury themselves in unknown and far-distant wildernesses to escape your [Jesuit] tyranny and cruelty. ~Jesuitism Unvailed (Americans Warned About Jesuitism) by Claude Pirat; 1851 AD "If the liberties of the American people are ever destroyed, they will fall by the hands of the Catholic clergy." - Lafayette. M. Fylop-Miller, former President of the John Adams Union, wrote to Jefferson in 1816: "I am not happy about the rebirth of the Jesuits. Swarms of them will present themselves under more disguises ever taken by even a chief of the Bohemians, as printers, writers, publishers, school teachers, etc. If ever an association of people deserved eternal damnation, on this earth and in hell it is this Society of Loyola. " Jefferson's reply: "Like you, I object to the Jesuit's reestablishment which makes light give way to darkness." The Secret Treaty of Verona The beginning of the nineteenth century was a time of change for the papacy of Rome. Pius VII was Pope (from 1800-23) and had issued a condemnation of bible societies as 'a most abominable invention that destroyed the very foundations of religion.' This new era of liberty and republics had diminished much of the papal power, but had nowhere near paralyzed them. They strongly hated these freedoms and continually were they set on destroying them and on regaining their former absolute power as in the time of the Inquisitions. The United States -and its President - were obstacles that had to be dealt with. On our quest for the truth we must begin at the Treaty of Verona. The death of President Lincoln was the culmination of but one step in the attempt to carry out the Secret Treaty of Verona, of October, 1822, a pact entered into by the "high contracting parties" [Kings of Prussia, Russia, Austria, and behind the scenes, Pope Pius VII, the king of the Papal States] of the former Congress of Vienna, Austria, which had held its sessions secret, covering the whole year of 1814-15.~ The Suppressed Truth About the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln The Secret Treaty of Verona referred to its contractors as the "Holy Alliance". The treaty was dedicated to the eradication of Europe's representative governments and the re-establishment of absolute monarchies. It also purposed to suppress the media (the press) and to use religion to "keep the nations in the state of passive obedience". The document, signed on September 26th,1822, also expressed " their thanks to the Pope for what he has already done for them, and solicit his constant co-operation in their views of submitting the nations." In the Congressional Record of April 25th, 1916, U.S. Senator Robert L. Owen was questioned by members of Congress as to what the meaning of this Secret Treaty truly was. The record shows his reply to include the following statements. "This Holy Alliance having put a Bourbon prince upon the throne of France by force, then used France to supress the condition of Spain, immediately afterwards, and by this very treaty gave her a subsidy of 20,000,000 francs anually to enable her to wage war upon the people of Spain and prevent their exercise of any measure of the right of self-government. The Holy Alliance immediately did the same thing in Italy, by sending Austrian troops to Italy;...." "The Holy Alliance made its powers felt by the wholesale drastic supression of the press in Europe, by universal censorship, by killing free speech and all ideas of popular rights, and by the complete supression of popular government. The Holy Alliance having destroyed popular government in Spain, and in Italy, had well-laid plans also to destroy popular government in the American Colonies which had revolted from Spain and Portugal in Central and South America under the successful example of the United States." It was because of this conspiracy against the American Republics by the European monarchies that President Monroe stated to Congress that the United States would regard it as an act of hostility if the Holy Alliance; or any European power, attempted to establish control of any American republic or to acquire any territorial rights. Maybe you will remember this decree from school, as this was known as the Monroe Doctrine. As you well know, the Catholic Church laughs in the face of that decree and became a major landholder in the U.S.A. As the Vatican brought these political powers together for the Treaty of Verona they also had other things going on. "Simultaneously with the calling of Congress of Vienna in 1814, Pope Pius VIIth restored the Society of Jesus (Jesuit Order) which had been abolished by Pope Clement IVth, July 21, 1773, on the grounds that it was immoral, dangerous and was a menace to the very life of the papacy. "~ The Supressed Truth About the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln It is interesting to notate that this Pope Clement IV, who had banned the Jesuits, was promptly poisoned for his act. The re-activation of the Jesuits was carried further through the next Pope, Leo XII (papacy from 1823-29). The Jesuit Oath The execution of the treaty's plans was placed under the watchful eye of the Jesuits. The equality of all men taught by Christ has always been hated and feared by the Jesuits despite all their protestations of supporting Christianity. The plans laid by these men are very long range and quite detailed and have but one goal. "It will be well for the reader to understand that the church of Rome with its sixteen centuries of intrigue, plans fifty or a hundred years ahead. The ultimate goal is to throw the lever of time back by restoring the Pope as the "universal arbiter" from whom all the rulers of the earth must receive their authority to rule, as during the Dark Ages."~ The Supressed Truth About the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln The treaty was clearly a political extention of the Jesuits own motives involving the obliteration of all Protestant governments. We can better understand the Jesuit motives in this regard if we take a glimpse at an excerpt of their Oath. excerpt from : The Extreme Oath Of The Jesuits <<"I, __________________________ now, in the presence of Almighty God, the Blessed Virgin Mary, the blessed Michael the Archangel, the blessed St. John the Baptist, the holy Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul and all the saints and sacred hosts of heaven, and to you, my ghostly father, the Superior General of the Society of Jesus, founded by St. Ignatius Loyola in the Pontificate of Paul the Third, and continued to the present, do by the womb of the virgin, the matrix of God, and the rod of Jesus Christ, declare and swear, that the holiness the Pope is Christ's Viceregent and is the true and only head of the Catholic or Universal Church throughout the earth; and that by virtue of the keys of binding and loosing, given to his Holiness by my Savior, Jesus Christ, he hath power to depose heretical kings, princes, states, commonwealths and governments, all being illegal without his sacred confirmation and that they may safely be destroyed. Therefore, to the utmost of my power I shall and will defend this doctrine of his Holiness' right and custom against all usurpers of the heretical or Protestant authority whatever, especially the Lutheran of German, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the now pretended authority and churches of England and Scotland, and branches of the same now established in Ireland and on the Continent of America and elsewhere; and all adherents in regard that they be usurped and heretical, opposing the sacred Mother Church of Rome. I do now renounce and disown any allegiance as due to any heretical king, prince or state named Protestants or Liberals, or obedience to any of the laws, magistrates or officers. I do further declare that the doctrine of the churches of England and Scotland, of the Calvinists, Huguenots and others of the name Protestants or Liberals to be damnable and they themselves damned who will not forsake the same. I do further declare, that I will help, assist, and advise all or any of his Holiness' agents in any place wherever I shall be, in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, England, Ireland or America, or in any other Kingdom or territory I shall come to, and do my uttermost to extirpate the heretical Protestants of Liberals' doctrines and to destroy all their pretended powers, regal or otherwise.>> End of Excerpt The oath of a Catholic Priest( By John Lyons, ex-catholic priest in a tract circulated in Glenside, Pa.) "I do declare from my heart, without mental reservation. that the Pope is Christ's vicar-general and is the true and only head of the Universal Church throughout the world, and that by virtue of the Keys of binding and loosing given to his Holiness by Jesus Christ, he has power to depose heretical kings, princes, states, commonwealths and governments, all being illegal without his sacred Confirmation, and that they may safely be destroyed. Therefore, to the utmost of my power, I will defend this doctrine and his Holiness, rights and customs against all usurpers of the Protestant authority whatsoever, especially against the now pretended authority of the Church of England and all adherents, in regard that they may be usurped and heretical, opposing the Sacred Mother, the Church of Rome. I do renounce and disown any alliegance as due to any Protestant king, prince, or state, or obedience to any of their inferior officers. I do further declare the doctrine of the Church of England, of the Calvinist, Huguenots, and other Protestants, to be damnable and those to be damned who will not forsake the same. I do further declare that I will help, assist, and advise, all or any of his Holiness' agents, in any place wherever I shall be, and to do my utmost to extirpate the Protestant doctrine and to destroy all their pretended power, regal or otherwise. I do further promise and declare that, notwithstanding, I may be permitted by dispensation to assume any heretical religion for the propagation of the Mother Church's interest, to keep secret and private all her agents' counsels as they entrust to me, and not to divulge, directly or indirectly, by word, writing, or circumstances whatsoever, but to execute all which shall be proposed given in charge, discovered unto me by you my most Reverend Lord and Bishop." The Jesuits and the political powers of the Holy Alliance had soon set their sights on the United States. The U.S. was a model to other nations of how a new republic could "break away" and this gave these other "rebels" strength in hope. If they could make an example out of the U.S. they would be in better position to crush any other "new" popular (representative) governments. Very soon, the young American nation would elect its 16th President who strongly believed in a representative government and this man would be an obstacle that, by their oath, the Jesuits must depose or destroy. Lincoln's Defense of Charles Chiniquy The next significant series of events involve a Roman Catholic priest by the name of Charles Chiniquy. Now while it is true that such Jesuit priests play both sides, this particular man seemed, by his actions, to be a man of integrity. Chiniquy consistently roused the ire of his bishop and even of the Vatican itself by speaking out whenever church actions conflicted with the Bible. In one such exchange, Mr. Chiniquy had called the Bishop of Chicago a usurper for improper use of church power to take the property of Catholics. Bishop O'Regan of Chicago raged "You are half a Protestant! Your words smell of Protestantism! The Gospel! the Gospel! that is your great tower of strength against the laws and regulations of our holy church! If you think, Mr. Chiniquy, that you will frighten me with your big words of the Gospel, you will soon see your mistake, at your own expense. I will make you remember that it is the Church you must obey, and it is through your bishop that the church rules you!" "My lord," Chiniquy answered, "I want to obey the church. Yes! but it is a church founded on the Gospel; a church that respects and follows the Gospel, that I want to obey!" It was after this episode that the bishop's agents brought around trumped up charges to frame Chiniquy. The case appeared before the Criminal Court of Kankakee (Illinois) in November 1855. Chiniquy won this round in a series of legal battles with the powers of the Bishop of Chicago. The lawyer for the prosecution was Peter Spink, who appealed the case to the Court of Urbana, in Champaign County. The heavy-hearted Chiniquy began to leave the court building when a stranger approached him and said: "I have followed your suit from the beginning. It is more formidable than you suspect. Your prosecutor, Spink, is only an instrument in the hands of the bishop. The real prosecutor is the land shark who is at the head of the diocese, and who is destroying our holy religion by his private and public scandals. As you are the only one among his priests who dares to resist him, he is determined to get rid of you: he will spend all his treasures and use the almost irresistible influence of his position to crush you. The misfortune for you is that, when you fight a bishop, you fight all the bishops of the world. They will unite all their wealth and influence to Bishop O'Regan's to silence you, though they hate and despise him. There was no danger of any verdict against you in this part of Illinois, where you are too well known for the perjured witnesses they have brought to influence your judges. But when you are among strangers, mind what I tell you: the false oaths of your enemies may be accepted as gospel truths by the jury, and then, though innocent, you are lost. Though your two lawyers are expert men, you will want something better at Urbana. Try to secure the services of Abraham Lincoln, of Springfield. If that man defends you, you will surely come out victorious from that deadly conflict!"....."Abraham Lincoln is the best lawyer and the most honest man we have in Illinois."~ Fifty Years in the Church of Rome. After hearing this Chiniquy asked his two lawyers about this "Lincoln" and if he should seek his representation at the court in Urbana. They both answered: "Oh! if you can secure the services of Abraham Lincoln, by all means do it. We know him well; he is one of the best lawyers, and one of the most honest men we have in our State." The priest sent an immediate telegraph to Lincoln asking to procure his services and within twenty minutes he had received the telegraphed answer: "Yes, I will defend your honour and your life at the next May term at Urbana.- "Abraham Lincoln." In an ironic twist, a few minutes after Lincoln had sent his reply, Spink attempted to telegraph to Lincoln, asking his services at the next May term of the Court, at Urbana on the diocese side. Of course, the honorable Mr. Lincoln had already pledged his services. Chiniquy Meets Lincoln At Urbana, in Champaign County, on the 19th of May, 1856, Chiniquy met Abraham Lincoln for the first time and had this to say in recall of their meeting: It was then that I met Mr. Abraham Lincoln for the first time. He was a giant in stature; but I found him still more a giant in the noble qualities of his mind and heart. It was impossible to converse five minutes with him without loving him. There was such an expression of kindness and honesty in that face, and such an attractive magnetism in the man, that after a few moments' conversation one felt as tied to him by all noblest affections of the heart. When pressing my hand, he told me: "You were mistaken when you telegraphed that you were unknown to me. I know you, by reputation, as the stern opponent of the tyranny of your bishop, and the fearless protector of your countrymen in Illinois; I have heard much of you from two priests; and, last night, your lawyers, Messrs. Osgood and Paddock have acquainted me with the fact that your bishop is employing some of his tools to get rid of you. I hope it will be an easy thing to defeat his projects, and protect you against his machinations." He then asked me how I had been induced to desire his services. I answered by giving him the story of that unknown friend who had advised me to have Mr. Abraham Lincoln for one of my lawyers, for the reason that "he was the best lawyer and the most honest man in Illinois." He smiled at my answer with that inimitable and unique smile, which we may call the "Lincoln smile," and replied: "That unknown friend would surely have been more correct had he told you that Abraham Lincoln was the ugliest lawyer of the country!" and he laughed outright.~ Fifty Years in the Church of Rome. Lincoln, in his eloquent manner, had thoroughly disarmed the testimonies of 10 false witnesses and that of two lying Catholic priests (named Lebel and Carthuval). The eleven Protestants on the jury voted unanimously "Not Guilty" but the single Catholic on that jury voted against Chiniquy. The court discharged the jury for not being able to decide beyond a shadow of a doubt ( the lone catholic had cast that shadow). Chiniquy was held prisoner for five months until the next court date of the 19th of October, 1856. On the 20th of October, 1856 the Rev. Lebel was the first called to testify as a character witness against Chiniquy. His testimony lasted nearly an hour. He began by declaring that "Chiniquy was one of the bilest men of the day--that every kind of bad rumours were constantly circulating against him." He proceeded to tell of these numerous rumors and declared he could substantiate one as true. "Mr. Chiniquy," he perjured, "had attempted to do the most infamous things with my own sister, Madame Bossey. She herself has told me the whole story under oath, and she would be here to unmask the wicked man to-day before the world, if she were not forced to silence at home from a severe illness." Lincoln, lawyer for the defense, supplied a strong cross-examination and brought in twelve respectable witnesses who swore under oath that Mr. Lebel was a drunkard and vicious man. They said that he was so publicly Chiniquy's enemy because of the many rebukes Chiniquy had given in regard to his private and public vices, that they would not believe a word of what he said, even upon his oath. And yet, the courtroom was buzzing over some of the false testimony that they still thought true. At ten p.m. the court was adjourned and told to meet again the next morning. Chiniquy met Lincoln in his room and we will let him personally relate to us what occurred next : "My dear Mr. Chiniquy," said Mr. Lincoln, "though I hope, tomorrow, to destroy the testimony of Mr. Lebel against you, I must concede that I see great dangers ahead. There is not the least doubt in my mind that every word he has said is a sworn lie; by my fear is that the jury thinks differently. I am a pretty good judge in these matters. I feel that our jurymen think that you are guilty. There is only one way to perfectly destroy the power of a false witness--it is by another direct testimony against what he has said, or by showing from his very lips that he has perjured himself. I failed to do that last night, though I have diminished, to a great extent, the force of his testimony. Can you not prove an alibi, or can you not bring witnesses who were there in the same house that day, who would flatly and directly contradict what your remorseless enemy has said against you?" I (Chiniquy) answered him: "How can I try to do such a thing when they have been shrewd enough not to fix the very date of the alleged crime against me?" "You are correct, you are perfectly correct, Mr. Chiniquy," answered Mr. Lincoln, "as they have refused to precise the date, we cannot try that. I have never seen two such skillful rogues as those two priests. There is really a diabolical skill in the plan they have concocted for your destruction. It is evident that the bishop is at the bottom of the plot. You remember how I have forced Lebel to confess that he was now on the most friendly terms with the Bishop of Chicago, since he has become the chief of your accusers. Though I do not give up the hope of rescuing you from the hands of your enemies, I do not like to conceal from you that I have several reasons to fear that you will be declared guilty, and condemned to a heavy penalty, or to the penitentiary, though I am sure you are perfectly innocent. It is very probable that we will have to confront that sister of Lebel to-morrow. Her sickness is probably a feint, in order not to appear here except after the brother will have prepared the public mind in her favour. At all events, if she does not come, they will send some justice of the peace to get her sworn testimony, which will be more difficult to rebut than her own verbal declarations. That woman is evidently in the hands of the bishop and her brother priest, ready to swear anything they order her, and I know nothing so difficult as to refute such female testimonies, particularly when they are absent from the court. The only way to be sure of a favourable verdict to-morrow is, that God Almighty would take our part and show your innocence! Go to Him and pray, for He alone can save you." Mr. Lincoln was exceedingly solemn when he addressed those words to me, and they went very deep into my soul. I have often been asked if Abraham Lincoln had any religion? But I never had any doubt about his profound confidence in God, since I heard those words falling from his lips in that hour of anxiety. I had not been able to conceal my deep distress. Burning tears were rolling on my cheeks when he was speaking, and there was on his face the expression of friendly sympathy which I shall never forget. Without being able to say a word, I left him to go to my little room. It was nearly eleven o'clock. I locked the door and fell on my knees to pray, but I was unable to say a single word. The horrible sworn calumnies thrown at my face by a priest of my own church were ringing in my ears! my honour and my good name so cruelly and for ever destroyed! all my friends and my dear people covered with an eternal confusion! and more than that, the sentence of condemnation which was probably to be hurled against me the next day in the presence of the whole country, whose eyes were upon me!~ Charles Chiniquy's Fifty Years in the Church of Rome. From eleven p.m. to three in the morning Charles Chiniquy cried out to God for help in sobbing prayer. His plight against so powerful a foe as the false witnesses, set up by the Chicago diocese, seemed so dark. He began to think that maybe God had forsaken him. At three in the morning, Chiniquy answered a knock upon his door...it was Abraham Lincoln who exclaimed, "Cheer up, Mr. Chiniquy, I have the perjured priests in my hands. Their diabolical plot is all known, and if they do not fly away before dawn of day, they will surely be lynched. Bless the Lord, you are saved!" The newspapers in Chicago were quick to print of Chiniquy's impending doom. The news that Chiniquy would be hung thrilled the Roman Catholics to no end. One of the papers was bought by a friend of Chiniquy named Terrien, whose wife, Narcisse, revealed that she delivered false testimony against the priest. She was quite ill and could not make the journey to Urbana but told her husband that another woman, Miss Philomene Moffat, was with her when the deed occurred. They rushed Miss Moffat to the courthouse right away and she related how Lebel had offered his sister 160 acres to perjure herself in testimony against Chiniquy. It was done! Lebel, knowing he would be exposed, dropped the charges against Charles Chiniquy. Abraham Lincoln did not let the priests go unscathed during his closing statements. He fully and clearly set himself against the Jesuit powers when he forcefully said " As long as God gives me a heart to feel, a brain to think, or a hand to execute my will, I shall devote it against that power which has attempted to use the machinary of the courts to destroy the rights and character of an American citizen." The Costs of the Legal Battle After the excitement died down, Chiniquy asked how much the bill was for his legal services. We shall now read Mr. Lincoln's reply as told by Chiniquy: "My dear Mr. Chiniquy, I feel proud and honoured to have been called to defend you. But I have done it less as a lawyer than as a friend. The money I should receive from you would take away the pleasure I feel at having fought your battle. Your case is unique in my whole practice. I have never met a man so cruelly persecuted as you have been, and who deserves it so little. Your enemies are devils incarnate. The plot they had concocted against you is the most hellish one I ever knew. But the way you have been saved from their hands, the appearance of that young and intelligent Miss Moffat, who was really sent by God in the very hour of need, when, I confess it again, I thought everything was nearly lost, is one of the most extraordinary occurrences I ever saw. It makes me remember what I have too often forgotten, and what my mother often told me when young - that our God is a prayer-hearing God." This good thought, sown into my young heart by that dear mother's hand, was just in my mind when I told you, 'Go and pray, God alone can save you.' But I confess to you that I had not faith enough to believe that your prayer would be so quickly and so marvelously answered by the sudden appearance of that interesting young lady, last night. Now let us speak of what you owe me. Well! - Well! - how much do you owe me? You owe me nothing! for I suppose you are quite ruined. The expenses of such a suit, I know, must be enormous. Your enemies want to ruin you. Will I help them to finish your ruin, when I hope I have the right to be put among the most sincere and devoted of your friends?" "You are right," I (Chiniquy)answered him; "you are the most devoted and noblest friend God ever gave me, and I am nearly ruined by my enemies. But you are the father of a pretty large family; you must support them. Your traveling expenses in coming twice here for me from Springfield; your hotel bills during the two terms you have defended me, must be very considerable. It is not just that you should receive nothing in return for such work and expenses." "Well! well!" he answered, "I will give you a promissory note which you will sign." Taking then a small piece of paper, he wrote: Urbana, May 23, 1853 Due A. Lincoln fifty dollars, for value received. C. Chiniquy After reading it, I said, "Dear Mr. Lincoln, this is a joke. It is not possible that you ask only fifty dollars for services which are worth at least two thousand dollars." He then tapped me with the right hand on the shoulders and said: "Sign that, it is enough. I will pinch some rich men for that, and make them pay the rest of the bill," and he laughed outright. When Abraham Lincoln was writing the due-bill, the relaxation of the great strain upon my mind, and the great kindness of my benefactor and defender in charging me so little for such a service, and the terrible presentiment that he would pay with his life what he had done for me caused me to break into sobs and tears. As Mr. Lincoln had finished writing the due-bill, he turned round to me, and said, "Father Chiniquy, what are you crying for? Ought you not to be the most happy man alive? you have beaten your enemies and gained the most glorious victory, and you will come out of all your troubles in triumph." "Dear Mr. Lincoln," I answered, "allow me to tell you that the joy I should naturally feel for such a victory is destroyed in my mind by the fear of what it may cost you. There were then in the crowd not less than ten or twelve Jesuits from Chicago and St. Louis, who came to hear my sentence of condemnation to the penitentiary. But it was on their heads that you have brought the thunders of heaven and earth! Nothing can be compared to the expression of their rage against you, when you not only wrenched me from their cruel hands, but you were making the walls of the court-house tremble under the awful and superhumanly eloquent denunciation of their infamy, diabolical malice, and total want of Christian and human principle, in the plot they had formed for my destruction. What troubles my soul just now and draws my tears, is that it seems to me that I have read your sentence of death in their fiendish eyes. How many other noble victims have already fallen at their feet! "I am not weeping for myself, but for you, sir. They will kill you; and let me tell you this, if I were in their place and they in mine, it would be my sole, my sworn duty, to take your life myself, or find a man to do it" ~ The Supressed Truth About the Assassination of Abraham Lincoln -quoting Chas. Chiniquy speaking to Abe Lincoln after the trial in Urbana May 23rd, 1853- (referring to the Jesuit Oath.) He tried to divert my mind, at first, with a joke, "Sign this," said he, "it will be my warrant of death." But after I had signed, he became more solemn, and said, "I know that Jesuits never forget nor forsake. But man must not care how and where he dies, provided he dies at the post of honour and duty," and he left me. ~Fifty Years in the Church of Rome- Chas. Chiniquy The following quote backs up what Lincoln and Chiniquy feared: Charles Sauvestre (as translated by Edwin A. Sherman) wrote "...In whatever place of the Catholic world a Jesuit is insulted or resisted, no matter how insignificant he may be, he is sure to be avenged, - and this we know." John Wilkes Booth-Act One At this time, we introduce you to John Booth, a popular theatre actor, who was not born a Roman Catholic but by 1860 had began to convert to that religion. In 1860, he was initiated into the Knights of the Golden Circle, a catholic lay organization. The Knights of the Golden Circle "were committed to the preservation of slavery in the lands bordering the Caribbean Sea--the so-called 'Golden Circle.' The seal of the Knights featured a cross similar to the maltese cross used by the old Knights of Malta." A book, published in 1866, called The Great Conspiracy tells us of this and quotes the following excerpts of a letter from the hand of J.W. Booth to an unknown person, quite possibly a Jesuit ally (whose return letters were only signed "Veritas" which is "Truth" in Latin ... the language of the Jesuit priests.). "Dear Sir: The K.G.C. had a meeting; I was initiated.... They tell me that Lincoln, the damn chicken-hearted nigger lover, will perhaps be inaugerated, but I most heartily wish, 'That never shall sun that morrow see.' .... One thing is very clear to my mind, the South must take some decisive step. She must throw a bomb-shell into the enemy's hand that shall spread terror and consternation wherever it goes. You know what I mean, so don't be surprised. Sincerily yours, John Wilkes Booth." Chiniquy Tells of Jesuit Plot WAR! The opening shot of the confederate rebellion rang out on April 12th, 1861; only one month after Lincoln was proclaimed President of the United States, the 4th of March 1861. This first shot on Fort Sumpter was fired by General Beauregard, who was a professed Roman Catholic and came from a well known family of Jesuits. The Confederate States of America were readied for war and their leader, Jefferson Davis had been given the blessing of the Pope to be their new President. The papacy wanted to destroy the American popular government and the "divide and conquer" strategy was a tried and true tool. Also, the Catholic Church, afterall, benefited enormously from the southern slave trade and had to protect its vested interest from this talk of potentially freeing the slaves in America.. An attempt on Lincoln's life had already been thwarted on his journey to Philadelpia, via Baltimore, for his first inaguration. You see, Lincoln knew that Washington was infiltrated by "traitors" to the government and he wasted no time in rooting out these national assassins and replacing them with men whom he trusted. The papacy could not have her plans derailed at this stage of the game so a plot was devised to kill Lincoln on his stop over in Baltimore. A professed Romanist man, an Italian barber by trade, was to stab Lincoln with a dagger while seated in his carriage as it would be leaving the station. This wicked plot was uncovered and Lincoln changed his itinerary, taking an earlier train accompanied by William H. Pinkerton, head of the detective agency of the same name. But this was only the first known attempt and it would, sadly and assuredly, not be the last. The next time Lincoln would see Chiniquy was in August of 1861. Chiniquy had learned from a Roman Catholic priest, whom he had persuaded to leave the errors of Popery, that there was a plot among the Jesuits to assassinate the President and he went to see his friend to warn him. Lincoln greeted him : "I am so glad to meet you again," he said: "you see that your friends, the Jesuits, have not yet killed me. But they would have surely done it when I passed through their most devoted city, Baltimore, had I not defeated their plans, by passing incognito a few hours before they expected me. We have the proof that the company which has been selected and organized to murder me was led by a rabid Roman Catholic, called Byrne; it was almost entirely composed of Roman Catholics; more than that, there were two disguised priests among them, to lead and encourage them. I am sorry to have so little time to see you: but I will not let you go before telling you that, a few days ago, I saw Mr. Morse, the learned inventor of electric telegraphy: he told me that when he was in Rome, not long ago, he found out the proofs of a most formidable conspiracy against this country and all its institutions. It is evident that it is to the intrigues and emissaries of the Pope that we owe, in great part, the horrible evil war which is threatening to cover the country with blood and ruins. "I am sorry that Professor Morse had to leave Rome before he could know more about the secret plans of the Jesuits against the liberties and the very existence of this country. But do you know that I want you to take his place and continue that investigation? My plan is to attach you to my ambassador of France, as one of the secretaries. In that honourable position you would go from Paris to Rome, where you might find, through the directions of Mr. Morse, an opportunity of re-uniting the broken threads of his researches. 'It takes a Greek to fight a Greek.' As you have been twenty-five years a priest of Rome, I do not know any man in the United States so well acquainted as you are with the tricks of the Jesuits, and on the devotedness of whom I could better rely. And when, once on the staff of my ambassador, even as one of the secretaries, might you not soon yourself become the ambassador? I am in need of Christian men in every department of the public service, but more in those high positions. What do you think of that?" "My dear President," I answered, "I feel overwhelmed by your kindness. Surely nothing could be more pleasant to me than to grant our request. The honour you want to confer upon me is much above my merit: but my conscience tells me that I cannot give up the preaching of the Gospel to my poor French Canadian countrymen, who are still in the errors of Popery. For I am about the only one who, by the Providence of God, has any real influence over them. I am, surely, the only one the bishops and priests seem to fear in that work. The many attempts they have made to take away my life are a proof of it. Besides that, though I consider the present President of the Unites States much above the Emperors of France, Russia, and Austria, much above the greatest kings of the world, I feel that I am the servant, the ambassador of One who is as much above even the good and great President of the United States as the heavens are above the earth. I appeal to your own Christian and honourable feelings to know if I can forsake the one for the other." The President became very solemn, and replied: "You are right! you are right! There is nothing so great under heaven as to be the ambassador of Christ." ~Fifty Years in the Church of Rome- Chas. Chiniquy The Plot Thickens "That I am not a member of any Christian Church, is true" ~A. Lincoln -Year 1846, just prior to his election to the House of Representatives We continue this first person account by Charles Chiniquy, friend of the President of the Union: ...The next day I was, at the appointed hour, with my noble friend, who said: "I could not give you more than ten minutes yesterday, but I will give you twenty to-day. I want your views about a thing which is exceedingly puzzling to me, and you are the only one to whom I like to speak on that subject. A great number of Democratic papers have been sent to me lately, evidently written by Roman Catholics, publishing that I was born a Roman Catholic, and baptized by a priest. They call me a renegade, an apostate, on account of that; and they heap upon my head mountains of abuses. At first I laughed at that, for it is a lie. Thanks be to God, I have never been a Roman Catholic. No priest of Rome has ever laid his hand on my head. But the persistency of the Romish press to present this falsehood to their readers as a gospel truth, must have a meaning. Please tell me, as briefly as possible, what you think about that." "My dear President," I answered, "it was just this strange story published about you, which brought me here yesterday. I wanted to say a word about it; but you were too busy. Let me tell you that I wept as a child when I read that story for the first time. For, not only my impression is that it is your sentence of death; but I have from the lips of a converted priest, that it is in order to excite the fanaticism of the Roman Catholic murderers, whom they hope to find sooner or later, to strike you down; they have invented that false story of your being born in the Church of Rome, and of your being baptized by a priest. They want, by that, to brand your face with the ignominious mark of apostasy. Do not forget that, in the Church of Rome, an apostate is an outcast, who has no place in society, and who has no right to live.~Fifty Years in the Church of Rome- Chas. Chiniquy Who could be simple enough not to admit that, when a tyrant has endangered a nation, all means are lawful to cast off his yoke." (The R. F. Monarchs so deposed by the Pope are converted into notorious tyrants, and may be killed by the first who can reach them. If the public cause cannot meet with its defense in the death of a tyrant, it is lawful for the first who arrives, to assassinate him."****Suarez, Defensio Fidei; Book VI. c. 4, Nos. 13, 14 "The Pope has the right to pronounce sentence of deposition against any sovereign when required by the good of the Spiritual Order."****Brownson's Review, 1849 Chiniquy continued "The Jesuits want the Roman Catholics to believe that you are a monster, an open enemy of God and of His Church, that you are an excommunicated man. For every apostate is, ipso facto (by that very fact) excommunicated. I have brought to you the theology of one of the most learned and approved of the Jesuits of his time, Busembaum, who, with many others, say that the man who will kill you will do a good and holy work. More than that, here is a copy of a decree of Gregory VII., proclaiming that the killing of an apostate, or an heretic and an excommunicated man, as you are declared to be, is not murder; nay, that it is a good, a Christian action. That decree is incorporated in the canon law, which every priest must study, and which every good Catholic must follow. "My dear President, I must repeat to you here what I said when at Urbana in 1856. My fear is that you will fall under the blows of a Jesuit assassin if you do not pay more attention than you have done, till now, to protect yourself. Remember that because Coligny was an heretic, as you are, he was brutally murdered in the St. Bartholomew night; that Henry IV was stabbed by the Jesuit assassin, Revaillac, the 14th of May, 1610, for having given liberty of conscience to his people; and that William the Taciturn was shot dead by another Jesuit murderer, called Girard, for having broken the yoke of the Pope. The Church of Rome is absolutely the same to-day as she was then; she does believe and teach to-day, as then, that she has the right and that it is her duty to punish by death any heretic who is in her way as an obstacle to her designs. The unanimity with which the Catholic hierarchy of the United States is on the side of the rebels is an incontrovertible evidence that Rome wants to destroy this republic, and as you are, by your personal virtues, your popularity, your love for liberty, your position, the greatest obstacle to the diabolical schemes, their hatred is concentrated upon you; you are the daily object of their maledictions; it is at your breast they will direct their blows. My blood chills in my veins when I contemplate the day which may come, sooner or later, when Rome will add to all her other iniquities the murder of Abraham Lincoln." Lincoln replied "I will repeat to you what I said at Urbana, when for the first time you told me your fears lest I would be assassinated by the Jesuits: 'Man must not care where and when he will die, provided he dies at the post of honour and duty.' But I may add, to-day, that I have a presentiment that God will call me to Him through the hand of an assassin. Let His will, and, not mine be done!" He then looked at his watch and said, "I am sorry, that the twenty minutes I had consecrated to our interview have almost passed away; I will be for ever grateful for the warning words you have addressed to me about the dangers ahead of my life, from Rome. I know that they are not imaginary dangers. If I were fighting against a Protestant South, as a nation, there would be no danger of assassination. The nations who read the Bible, fight bravely on the battle-fields, but they do not assassinate their enemies. The Pope and the Jesuits, with their infernal Inquisition, are the only organized powers in the world which have recourse to the dagger of the assassin to murder those whom they cannot convince with their arguments or conquer with the sword." "Unfortunately, I feel more and more, every day, that it is not against the Americans of the South, alone, I am fighting, it is more against the Pope of Rome, his perfidious Jesuits and their blind and blood-thirsty slaves, than against the real American Protestants, that we have to defend ourselves. Here is the real danger of our position. So long as they will hope to conquer the North, they will spare me; but the day we will rout their armies (and that day will surely come, with the help of God), take their cities, and force them to submit, then, it is my impression that the Jesuits, who are the principal rulers of the South, will do what they have almost invariably done in the past. The dagger, or the pistol of one of their adepts, will do what the strong hands of the warriors could not achieve. This civil war seems to be nothing but a political affair to those who do not see, as I do, the secret springs of that terrible drama. But it is more a religious than a civil war. It is Rome who wants to rule and degrade the North, as she has ruled and degraded the South, from the very day of its discovery. There are only very few of the Southern leaders who are not more or less under the influence of the Jesuits, through their wives, family relations, and their friends. Several members of the family of Jeff Davis belong to the Church of Rome. Even the Protestant ministers are under the influence of the Jesuits without suspecting it. To keep her ascendancy in the North, as she does in the South, Rome is doing here what she has done in Mexico, and in all the South American Republics; she is paralyzing, by a civil war, the arms of the soldiers of Liberty. She divides our nation, in order to weaken, subdue and rule it. "Surely we have some brave and reliable Roman Catholic officers and soldiers in our armies, but they form an insignificant minority when compared with the Roman Catholic traitors against whom we have to guard ourselves, day and night. The fact is, that the immense majority of Roman Catholic bishops, priests and laymen, are rebels in heart, when they cannot be in fact; with very few exceptions, they are publicly in favour of slavery. I understand, now, why the patriots of France, who determined to see the colours of Liberty floating over their great and beautiful country, were forced to hand or shoot almost all the priests and the monks as the irreconcilable enemies of Liberty. For it is a fact, which is now evident to me, that, with very few exceptions, every priest and every true Roman Catholic is a determined enemy of Liberty. Their extermination in France, was one of those terrible necessities which no human wisdom could avoid; it looks to me now as an order from heaven to save France. May God grant that the same terrible necessity be never felt in the United States! But there is a thing which is very certain; it is, that if the American people could learn what I know of the fierce hatred of the generality of the priests of Rome against our institutions, our schools, our most sacred rights, and our so dearly bought liberties, they would drive them away, to-morrow, from among us, or they would shoot them as traitors. But I keep those sad secrets in my heart; you are the only one to whom I reveal them, for I know that you learned them before me. The history of these last thousand years tells us that wherever the Church of Rome is not a dagger to pierce the bosom of a free nation, she is a stone to her neck, and a ball to her feet, to paralyze her, and prevent her advance in the ways of civilization, science, intelligence, happiness and liberty. But I forget that my twenty minutes are gone long ago. "Please accept my sincere thanks for the new lights you have given me on the dangers of my position, and come again. I will always see you with a new pleasure." ~Fifty Years in the Church of Rome- Chas. Chiniquy " A tyrant may be killed by open force and arms. However, the best way is to use fraud and stratagem, in order to preserve the country from private and public dangers." (The R. F. Jesuit Malarianna.-Reg. Institut. Liber. 6. 1.) " It is of faith that the Pope has the right to dethrone the Kings who are heretics and rebels. But a monarch dethroned by the Pope is no longer either a King or a lawful Prince: if he refuses to obey the Pope after his degradation, then he must be styled a' tyrant,' and may be killed by the first comer-" (The R. F. Jesuit Suarez - Defensio fidei, Liber 6, caput 4.) Lincoln Proclaims Liberty Throughout The Land Many of those who approached Abraham Lincoln felt that there was a prophetic spirit in him, and that he was continually walking and acting with the thought of God in his mind, and only in view to do His will and work for His glory. Speaking of the slaves, he said one day before the members of his cabinet: "I have not decided against a proclamation of liberty to the slaves, but I hold the matter under advisement. And I can assure you that the subject is on my mind, by day and by night, more than any other. Whatever shall appear to be God's will, I will do." A few days before that proclamation, he said, before several of his counselors: "I made a solemn vow before God that if General Lee was driven back from Pennsylvania, I would crown the result by the declaration of freedom to the slaves." ~Fifty Years in the Church of Rome- Chas. Chiniquy Lincoln did honor his vow before God and man and on Jan 1, 1863 he delivered the Emancipation Proclamation which subsequently freed the slaves in the south (in 1860 a census showed over 3 million slaves, and so considering continued importatation and domestic procreation, the number of slaves freed in 1863 was substantially greater than this, upward of 4 million.). This action of liberating the slaves would economically be dangerous for the South and for the Church to which they paid tribute in offerings and collections. The Jesuits justified themselves, and the slaveowners of the South, with statements like this: "Slavery does not constitute a crime before any law, divine or human. What reason can we have for undermining the foundations of slavery with the same zeal that ought always to animate us in overcoming evil? When one thinks of the degradation in which the hordes of Africa live, the slave trade may be considered a providential act, and we almost repudiate the philanthropy which sees in a man but one thing- material liberty." ~The Doctrine of the Jesuits-by Gury. Truly, the Catholic Church's wealth was derived largely from the financial gain, as it was in the Middle Ages, by imposed serfdom upon others. Lincoln was also thinking of taxing liqour heavily or even making it illegal. This would have been a huge blow to the Catholic monasteries who turned out over 25% of all alcohol produced in the U.S. at the time. This provided another reason to target Abe for assassination. Also the international bankers , the Rothschild's,(interacting very closely with the vatican) wanted Abraham Lincoln killed because of his monetary policies. Lincoln needed money to finance the Civil War and he was offered loans at high interest rates by bankers in Europe led by the Rothschilds. The Rothschild's have funded many a war since - the bankers are the only winners in such wars. Rather than accept the loans, Lincoln found other means to fund the war effort- even creating U.S. greenbacks. (More importantly, the British bankers opposed Lincoln's protectionist policies. Some Englishmen in the 1860's believed that "British free trade, industrial monopoly and human slavery travel together." Lincoln's policies after the Civil War would have destroyed the Rothschilds' commodity speculations. After the war, Lincoln planned a mild Reconstruction policy which would have enabled a resumption of agriculture production. The Rothschilds were betting the other way on high prices caused by a tough Reconstruction policy toward the South. The goal was to weaken the United States so the Rothschilds, with the leadership of the American Illuminati, could takeover its economy. ) " The pope may reprimand Kings, and punish them with death." (The R. F. Jesuit Sanctarel. - Of the Pope, ch. 30, p. 296, work published in 1625.) " A man condemned by the Pope may be killed anywhere." (The R. F. Jesuit Lacroix - vol. 1, p. 294.) " We may kill anywhere a man proscribed by the Pope, because the Pope has at least an indirect jurisdiction over all the world, even in temporal things." (The R. F. Jesuit Busembaum- Theologia Moralis.) The Pope Marks Lincoln for Death The Pope, at this time, in Rome was Pius IXth (1846-78). Pius was the first Pope to officially declare himself to be 'infallible'. He also was very close to the General of the Jesuits, also called the Black Pope, who at this time was Cardinal Giacomo Antonelli. Pius was on very good terms with Jeff Davis and wrote him acknowledging him with such titles as "honorable Mr. President" - titles which showed his approval of the Confederates States of America as a sovereign entity and Davis as its leader. On June 10th, 1864, Lincoln took Chiniquy for a ride in his carriage to talk inbetween his visits to the thirty thousand wounded soldiers picked up on the battle-fields of the seven days' battle of the Wilderness, and the thirty days' battle around Richmond. The only thought which seemed to occupy the mind of the President was the part which Rome had in that horrible struggle. Chiniquy tells us that Abraham Lincoln said the following words more than once: "This war would never have been possible without the sinister influence of the Jesuits. We owe it to Popery that we now see our land reddened with the blood of her noblest sons. Though there were great differences of opinion between the South and the North, on the question of slavery, neither Jeff Davis nor any one of the leading men of the Confederacy would have dared to attack the North, had they not relied on the promises of the Jesuits, that under the mask of Democracy, the money and the arms of the Roman Catholic, even the arms of France, were at their disposal, if they would attack us. I pity the priests, the bishops and the monks of Rome in the United States, when the people realize that they are, in great part, responsible for the tears and the blood shed in this war; the later the more terrible will the retribution be. I conceal what I know, on that subject, from the knowledge of the nation; for if the people knew the whole truth, this war would turn into a religious war, and it would, at once, take a tenfold more savage and bloody character, it would become merciless as all religious wars are. It would become a war of extermination on both sides. The Protestants of both the North and the South would surely unite to exterminate the priests and the Jesuits, if they could hear what Professor Morse has said to me of the plots made in the very city of Rome to destroy this Republic, and if they could learn how the priests, the nuns, and the monks, which daily land on our shores, under the pretext of preaching their religion, instructing the people in their schools, taking care of the sick in the hospitals, are nothing else but the emissaries of the Pope, of Napoleon, and the other despots of Europe, to undermine our institutions, alienate the hearts of our people from our constitution, and our laws, destroy our schools, and prepare a reign of anarchy here as they have done in Ireland, in Mexico, in Spain, and wherever there are any people who want to be free, ect." When the President was speaking thus, we arrived at the door of his mansion. He invited me to go with him to his study, and said: "Though I am very busy, I must rest an hour with you. I am in need of that rest. My head is aching, I feel as crushed under the burden on affairs which are on my shoulders. There are many important things about the plots of the Jesuits that I can learn only from you. Please wait just a moment, I have just received some dispatches from General Grant, to which I must give an answer. My secretary is waiting for me. I go to him. Please amuse yourself with those books, during my short absence." Twenty-five minutes later, the President had returned, with his face flushed with joy. "Glorious news! General Grant has again beaten Lee, and forced him to retreat towards Richmond, when he will have to surrender before long. Grant is a real hero. But let us come to the question I want to put to you. Have you read the letter of the Pope to Jeff Davis, and what do you think of it?" "My dear President," I answered, "it is just that letter which brought me to your presence again, the day before yesterday. I wanted to come and see you, from the very day I read it. But I knew you were so overwhelmed with the affairs of your government, that I would not be able to see you. However, the anxieties of my mind were so, that I determined to go over every barrier to warn you again against the new dangers and plots which I knew would come out from that perfidious letter, against your life. "That letter is a poisoned arrow thrown by the Pope, at you personally; and it will be more than a miracle if it be not your irrevocable warrant of death. Before reading it, it is true that every Catholic could see by the unanimity of the bishops siding with the rebel cause, that their church as a whole, was against this free Republican government. However, a good number of liberty-loving Irish, German and French Catholics, following more the instincts of their noble nature, than the degrading principles of their church, enrolled themselves under the banners of Liberty, and they have fought like heroes. To detach these men from the rank and file of the Northern armies, and force them to help the cause of the rebellion, because the object of the intrigues of the Jesuits. Secret and pressing letters were addressed from Rome to the bishops, ordering them to weaken your armies by detaching those men from you. The bishops answered, that they could not do that without exposing themselves to be shot. But they advised the Pope to acknowledge, at once, the legitimacy of the Southern Republic, and to take Jeff Davis under his supreme protection, by a letter, which would be read everywhere. "That letter, then, tells logically the Roman Catholics that you are a blood-thirsty tyrant! a most execrable being when fighting against a government which the infallible and holy Pope of Rome recognizes as legitimate. The Pope, by this letter, tells his blind slaves that you are an infamous usurper, when considering yourself the President of the Southern States; that you are outraging the God of heaven and earth, by continuing such a sanguinary war to subdue a nation over whom God Almighty has declared, through His infallible pontiff, the Pope, that you have not the least right: that letter means that you will give an account to God and man for the blood and tears you cause to flow in order to satisfy your ambition. "By this letter of the Pope to Jeff Davis you are not only an apostate, as you were thought before, whom every man had the right to kill, according to the canonical laws of Rome; but you are more vile, criminal and cruel than the horse thief, the public banditti, and the lawless brigand, robber and murderer, whom it is a duty to stop and kill, when we take them in their acts of blood, and that there is no other way to put an end to their plunders and murders. "And, my dear President, the meaning I give you of this perfidious letter of the Pope to Jeff Davis, is not a fancy imagination on my part, it is the unanimous explanation given me by a great number of the priests of Rome, with whom I have had occasion to speak on that subject. In the name of God, and in the name of our dear country, which is in so much need of your services, I conjure you to pay more attention to protect your precious life, and not continue to expose it as you have done till now." ~Fifty Years in the Church of Rome- Chas. Chiniquy Lincoln Witnesses To Us About Popery The President listened to my words with breathless attention. He replied; "You confirm me in the views I had taken of the letter of the Pope. Professor Morse is of the same mind with you. It is, indeed, the most perfidious act which could occur under present circumstances. You are perfectly correct when you say that it was to detach the Roman Catholics who had enrolled themselves in our armies. NY National Guard Involved In Mass Arrests Of U.S. Citizens Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com Thursday, July 8, 2010 It has emerged that the New York National Guard is assisting in the arrests of thousands of American citizens as part of the �drug war,� while at the same time the U.S. government itself orders troops in Afghanistan to guard the poppy fields as heroin floods American streets, in yet another shining example of how the United States is under a state of de facto martial law. Yesterday we reported on how the New York National Guard is working with local law enforcement authorities to perform sophisticated scans of vehicles entering the New York area looking for guns and drugs, a program celebrated by local new station Fox 23, who today ran a part two on the Guard�s activities in the region. The news clip lauds the fact that the National Guard are conducting surveillance flights over the area �looking for marijuana� using infrared cameras. �The New York National Guard assisted in more than 2,000 arrests last year, and had almost $150 million in drug, property, and weapon seizures,� states the report. The entire justification behind the use of National Guard units in scanning vehicles, making arrests, and going into schools to brainwash kids into thinking its normal to have men in military fatigues toting machine guns walking around American streets providing �security� is that they are keeping drugs off the streets. But while military assets are being used to track down pot-smoking teenagers in New York, the U.S. government itself is ordering troops in Afghanistan to guard the poppy fields, allowing tons of heroin to flood onto American streets. Opium production has exploded since the invasion of Afghanistan, as the CIA regains control of a much cherished source for its global narcotics trafficking operations. Gary Webb�s Dark Alliance and other revelations from the Iran-Contra Affair, Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia and beyond all point to the sad fact that those in power in the United States, including the CIA, have driven the drug trade, not slowed or stopped it. Indeed, in September 2008 it emerged that a Gulfstream II private jet that crash-landed in eastern Mexico carrying 3.3 tons of cocaine had previously been used for CIA �rendition� flights. The use of National Guard units in arresting American citizens and patrolling the streets is part of the acclimation process to make Americans accept the sight of military assets engaging in domestic law enforcement as a routine occurrence. In rolling out this program under the pretext of the war on drugs, authorities are attempting to perform a slick end run around Posse Comitatus, which would normally make it illegal for the military to conduct such operations. In the past, scenes of troops ordering citizens around were widely denounced as being characteristic of an authoritarian, backward, dictatorial country under a state of martial law. America was seen as the leading light of the world because its people were free from this tyranny. Now that American is under a de facto state of martial law, such scenes are becoming commonplace. The fact that many of these Guard troops are returning from Afghanistan and Iraq, where they are part of an occupying force trained to round up and detain the host population in prison camps for the most minor of infractions is also a shocking facet to this story. As we highlighted yesterday, National Guard units are now being deployed for things like traffic control in places like Kingman Arizona, and providing security at sports events like the Kentucky Derby. As we reported in 2008, U.S. troops returning from Iraq are now occupying America, running checkpoints and training to deal with �civil unrest and crowd control� under the auspices of a Northcom program that by 2011 will have no less than 20,000 active duty troops deployed inside America to �help� state and local officials during times of emergency. We have documented numerous instances of troops and National Guard personnel being used to perform law enforcement duties which are transparently outside the purview of the Guard�s supposed role to respond to national emergencies and therefore completely illegal. In January 2009, soldiers from the Lynchburg-based 1st Battalion, 116th Brigade Combat Team, were used to conduct personal searches at checkpoints in Washington DC for the inauguration of Barack Obama. In March of that same year, we reported on U.S. Army troops dispatched to patrol the streets of Samson, Alabama, after a murder spree. On April 6, we reported on a DHS, federal, state, Air Force, and local law enforcement checkpoint in Tennessee. On April 3, Infowars was instrumental in the cancellation of a seatbelt checkpoint that was to be conducted in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security and the 251st Military Police in Bolivar, Tennessee. In December 2008, we reported on the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center dispatching troops to work with police on checkpoints in in San Bernardino County, California. On April 22 2009, we reported the deployment of 400 National Guard Combat Support Battalion troops to �maintain public order� at the Boston Marathon. In June 2008, Infowars posted an article by D. H. Williams of the Daily Newscaster reporting the deployment of 2,300 Marines in the city of Indianapolis under the direction of FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. We also reported a story on April 22 2009 covering the assault of a local television news team by an irate police officer in El Paso, Texas. A video taken by the news videographer shows uniformed soldiers working with police officers at the scene of a car accident. If we accept the seamless integration of troops into law enforcement then America as the �land of the free� will cease to exist for good, to be replaced by an oppressive Sovietized police state with an overlay of 21st century technology designed to monitor and control our every movement. This is only made more alarming by the fact that the National Guard are now training with foreign troops to take on American �terrorists� as part of this integration process.

Holdren have called for, but the article tries to insinuate that the effect is caused by natural �vapours,� when in reality it can be attributed to chemtrails that contain substances harmful to humans. �The phenomenon occurs when aircraft fly above 25,000ft, where the air temperature is around minus 30C. This causes water vapour emitted by the engines to crystallise and form the familiar white streaks across the sky, known as contrails,� writes Oliver Tree for the Daily Mail. �Reading University�s Professor Keith Shine, an expert in clouds, said that those formed by aircraft fumes could linger �for hours�, depriving those areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine.� �Experts have warned that, as a result, the amount of sunlight hitting the ground could be reduced by as much as ten per cent. Professor Shine added: �Over the busiest areas in London and the South of England, this high-level cloud could cover the sky, turning bright sunshine into hazy conditions for the entire area. I expect the effects will get worse as the volume of air traffic increases.� The report also makes reference to a 2009 Met Office study which found that high-level winds did not disperse contrails that later formed into clouds which covered an astonishing 20,000 miles. Of course, this is no natural phenomenon as the article claims. Ten years ago, contrails from jet aircraft disappeared within minutes, yet apparently we are led to believe that the same substance is now causing the trails to linger for hours and form into clouds. This is impossible without something within the substance having been changed. Mainstream science and academia has gone from dismissing chemtrails as a fantasy of paranoid conspiracy theorists to now accepting that they exist but claiming that they are natural and not artificially induced. In reality, chemtrails are the consequence of the agenda to geoengineer the earth in the name of combating climate change, a science vehemently backed by people like John P. Holdren, who in his 1977 book Ecoscience advocated poisoning the water supply to involuntarily sterilize humans as part of a �planetary regime� that would control every aspect of our existence. The fact that such eugenicists are now in control of geoengineering programs that will have a direct impact on our health is alarming. Geoengineering programs have also been promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations, which is one of the main steering committees behind the implementation of global governance. A recent report issued by the UK government also calls for the UN to exclusively regulate world wide geoengineering of the planet in order to stave off man made global warming. Discussion of geoengineering technology is often framed as a future consideration, yet governments are already conducting such programs at an advanced stage. The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE�s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research. One of ARM�s programs, entitled Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC), is aimed at measuring �cloud simulations� and �aerosol retrievals�. Another program under the Department of Energy�s Atmospheric Science Program is directed towards, �developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter.� The DOE website states that, �The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.� U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by �geo-engineering� the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers. The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols. �One approach is to insert �scatterers� into the stratosphere,� states the article. �Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.� Experiments similar to Caldeira�s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy�s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case �porous-walled glass microspheres,� into the stratosphere. The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who �proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.� Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender. What is known about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA �Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation�s cultural heritage.� The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed. The following health effects are linked with exposure to sulphur. - Neurological effects and behavioral changes - Disturbance of blood circulation - Heart damage - Effects on eyes and eyesight - Reproductive failure - Damage to immune systems - Stomach and gastrointestinal disorder - Damage to liver and kidney functions - Hearing defects - Disturbance of the hormonal metabolism - Dermatological effects - Suffocation and lung embolism According to the LennTech website, �Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.� Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet�s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers. �If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,� said Singer. Even Greenpeace�s chief UK scientist � a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation � Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as �outlandish� and �dangerous�. Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause �conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.� Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that �chemtrails� are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth�s eco-system. The fact that chemtrails are blocking out the sun, which is precisely what the geoengineering advocates call for, strongly indicates that they are an integral part of this dangerous and wide-reaching program. Reports of chemtrails, jet plumes emitted from planes that hang in the air for hours and do not dissipate, often blanketing the sky in criss-cross patterns, have increased dramatically over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda. In conducting Google searches, one finds discussion, such as this example, of using sulphur dioxide as a jet fuel additive to be dispersed over the world during routine commercial flights. �I suggest that both the sulphur dioxide and the silica particles could be delivered into the stratosphere by dissolving an additive in jet aviation fuel,� writes engineer John Gorman, who has conducted experiments to test the feasibility of such a scenario. �We would want to burn fuel containing the additive specifically when the aircraft was cruising in the lower stratosphere,� he adds. In 2008, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature. The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a �hallmark of chemtrails.� KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or �more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.� The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were �very unusual,� but commented that �proving the source was a whole other matter� in its discussion with KSLA. KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that �short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.� The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails. Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation. KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that �239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.� One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it. It is highly likely that chemtrails are merely one manifestation of �geo-engineering� that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.

Little surprise therefore that towards the end of Berlet�s appearance on Russia Today, in which he stumbles through a broken record of excuses claiming Bilderberg has no power, he invokes the tired old cliche that anyone who expresses concern about 200 powerful men gathering in secret with no democratic oversight whatsoever behind a wall of security is probably a closet racist. Berlet claims the American Free Press was founded by �one of the biggest anti-semitic, neo-fascist conspiracy theorists in the world,� which coincidentally is also a pretty apt description of the man who founded the company that now pays Berlet via the Ford Foundation funding PRA receives to spew his propaganda � Henry Ford � one of Hitler�s biggest supporters. Berlet demonizes the notion that the Bilderberg Group has any influence over world affairs or is working towards a new world order as �a lot of malarkey,� and �a hoax carried out by people who believe in an elaborate fairy tale about how power is exercised in the world�. He then completely contradicts himself by admitting �they talk over policy� but then claims �the organization itself has no power� before stating, �The policies that are formulated don�t hold any power within the nation that people who go to the meeting�.they go back to their country and say hey I heard this at the Bilderberger meeting what do you think? And the national assembly or the powerful people say I think that�s a lot of malarkey take it back and shove it someplace, so this idea that this is a plot that is carried out to 30 or 40 countries and implemented is baloney.� Really? So according to Berlet, the Prime Minister of Spain, his Secretary General, and the Queen of Spain, all of whom attended the Bilderberg meeting this past weekend, go back home and are then told to �shove� whatever they discussed at Bilderberg by �the powerful people�. These are the powerful people! These are the people who run the country. Presumably, Berlet believes there are powerful people above the Prime Minister and the Queen of Spain who tell them what to do, which sounds like an even bigger conspiracy theory than the one he is attempting to debunk. Of course in reality, Berlet knows that the most powerful people in the world attend Bilderberg and he is either completely ignorant or deliberately lying by claiming that Bilderberg has no impact on policy. Merely on the face of it the claim that Bilderberg does not have an influence on policy is patently ridiculous. This would be akin to claiming that a four-day gathering of 200 MLB officials would have no impact on the future of baseball. Despite the fact that many politicians shunned Bilderberg this year because of the group�s increasing notoriety as a furtive and insidious front for anti-democratic elitists, just take a look at the list of powerful individuals who did attend. They don�t get together for four days and surround themselves with a security ring of steel to discuss the weather or American Idol � they�re at Bilderberg to come to a consensus and then to implement it in their respective spheres of influence, just as Claes confirms in the radio interview. Using bluff and slimy semantics, apologists like Berlet imply that just because no treaties or laws are signed at Bilderberg, that the group has no power. In reality, Bilderberg sets the global consensus for the agenda that is subsequently implemented in the host countries of the Bilderberg members, a process that holds even more power than signing an individual treaty. Bilderberg sets the consensus for a whole gamut of policy areas, from oil, to the environment, to wars, to the economy. This is confirmed not only by former NATO Secretary-General and Bilderberg member Willy Claes in the radio interview we covered earlier, but it is manifestly evident in the policies that have later come to pass after being formulated at Bilderberg. Indeed, Bilderberg chairman �tienne Davignon last year bragged about how the Euro single currency was a brainchild of the Bilderberg Group. �A meeting in June in Europe of the Bilderberg Group- an informal club of leading politicians, businessmen and thinkers chaired by Mr. Davignon- could also �improve understanding� on future action, in the same way it helped create the Euro in the 1990s, he said,� reported the EU Observer in March 2009. The foundations for the EU and ultimately the Euro single currency were laid by the secretive Bilderberg Group in the mid-1950�s. Bilderberg�s own leaked documents prove that the agenda to create a European common market and a single currency was formulated by Bilderberg in 1955. As we first reported in 2003, a BBC investigative team were allowed to access Bilderberg files which confirmed that the EU and the Euro were the brainchild of Bilderberg The summary report of the 1955 Bilderberg meeting which took place from September 23-25 1955 at the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, West Germany, talks of the �Pressing need to bring the German people, together with the other peoples of Europe, into a common market.� The document also outlines the plan, �To arrive in the shortest possible time at the highest degree of integration, beginning with a common European market.� Just two years later, in 1957, the first incarnation of the European Economic Community (EEC) was born, which comprised of a single market between Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The EEC gradually enlarged over the next few decades until it became the European Community, one of the three pillars of the European Union, which was officially created in 1993. The 1955 Bilderberg summary outlines a consensus that, �It might be better to proceed through the development of a common market by treaty rather than by the creation of new high authorities.� The EEC was duly created via the Treaty of Rome, which was signed on 25 March 1957. Debunkers like Berlet will probably still try and claim that the idea of a common European market was floating around in the early 1950�s and that Bilderberg were merely debating contemporary political ideas. However, the same cannot be said for the single European currency, which wasn�t even introduced in the form of notes and coins until January 2002, having been first codified in the 1992 Maastricht Treaty. The documents prove that Bilderberg members were pushing for its introduction nearly 40 years earlier. �A European speaker expressed concern about the need to achieve a common currency, and indicated that in his view this necessarily implied the creation of a central political authority,� states the summary document. True to form, the single European currency, the Euro, was not introduced until after the creation of a central political authority � the EU itself. The document also stresses, �The necessity to bring the German people into a common European market as quickly as possible,� adding that the future was in danger without a �United Europe�. These proven examples of Bilderberg formulating some of the biggest policies of the 20th century do not even come from leaks obtained by journalists from within the meetings, they come directly from the mouth of Bilderberg�s chairman and Bilderberg�s own internal documents. However, leaks from inside the meetings uncovered by independent journalists have also proven routinely accurate in confirming that Bilderberg has a massive impact on policy decisions. In spring 2002, when war hawks in the Bush administration were pushing for a summer invasion of Iraq, Bilderbergers expressed their desire for a delay and the attack was not launched until March the following year. In 2006, journalists who got leaked information from inside Bilderberg predicted that the U.S. housing market would be allowed to soar before the bubble was cruelly popped, which is exactly what transpired. In June 2008, we learned that Bilderberg were creating the conditions for a financial calamity, which is exactly what began a few months later with the collapse of Lehman Brothers. Bilderberg has habitually flexed its muscles in establishing its role as kingmaker. The organization routinely selects presidential candidates as well as running mates and prime ministers. Despite widespread expectation that former British Prime Minister Tony Blair would be announced as the first European Union President, the former Prime Minister of Belgium, Herman Van Rompuy, was picked for the role just days after he attended a Bilderberg Group dinner meeting. Bill Clinton and Tony Blair were both groomed by the secretive organization in the early 1990�s before rising to prominence. Barack Obama�s running mate Joe Biden was selected by Bilderberg luminary James A. Johnson, and John Kerry�s 2004 running mate John Edwards was also anointed by the group after he gave a glowing speech at the conference in 2004. Bilderberg attendees even broke house rules to applaud Edwards at the end of a speech he gave to the elitists about American politics. The choice of Edwards was shocking to media pundits who had fully expected Dick Gephardt to secure the position. The New York Post even reported that Gephardt had been chosen and �Kerry-Gephardt� stickers were being placed on campaign vehicles before being removed when Edwards was announced as Kerry�s number two. A 2008 Portuguese newspaper report highlighted the fact that Pedro Santana Lopes and Jose Socrates attended the 2004 meeting in Stresa, Italy before both going on to become Prime Minster of Portugal. Several key geopolitical decisions were made at the 2008 Bilderberg meeting in Washington DC, again emphasizing the fact that the confab is far more than an informal get-together. As we reported at the time, Bilderberg were concerned that the price of oil was accelerating too fast after it hit $150 a barrel and wanted to ensure that �oil prices would probably begin to decline�. This is exactly what happened in the latter half of 2008 as oil again sunk below $50 a barrel. We were initially able to predict the rapid rise in oil prices in 2005 when oil was at $40, because Bilderberg had called for prices to rise during that year�s meeting in Munich. During the conference in Germany, Henry Kissinger told his fellow attendees that the elite had resolved to ensure that oil prices would double over the course of the next 12-24 months, which is exactly what happened. Also at the 2008 meeting, former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice formalized plans to sign a treaty on installing a U.S. radar base in the Czech Republic with Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg. Rice was joined at the meeting by Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who reportedly encouraged EU globalists to get behind an attack on Iran. Low and behold, days later the EU threatened Iran with sanctions if it did not suspend its nuclear enrichment program. For the first time, the majority of Bilderberg members expressed their support for an attack on Iran during this year�s meeting in Sitges. There was also widespread speculation that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama�s �secret meeting,� which was accomplished with the aid of cloak and dagger tactics like locking journalists on an airplane to keep them from tracking the two down, took place at the 2008 Bilderberg meeting in DC. So as we can see, there are a plethora of examples of Bilderberg setting a consensus on a particular policy area which later comes to pass at both the national and international levels. To claim otherwise is to be completely ignorant of the manifestly provable fact that Bilderberg has immense power in setting agreements on policy and exercises that power on a regular basis. In light of this, Berlet and Hollingshead are either shoddy journalists who have done no research whatsoever and are merely phoning it in, or they are being paid to deliberately spew biased and completely inaccurate information by the establishment they work for in a futile attempt to convince people that Bilderberg has no power, presumably in an effort to halt growing numbers of protesters who descend on Bilderberg each year, whom Bilderberg members now class as a �threat� to their agenda and secrecy.

I have no doubts and never entertain doubting thoughts. All cannot be known now and that is o.k. with me. I hope to ask God to let me watch history in playback and with all the angle options. I thirst for truth and love exposing lies and throwing monkey wrench's into the works of those lying. All that being said, I was wondering which of you also are Bible believing Christians? If there be any who like prophecy and scripture I invite you to comment on the below post. The other family important to this lineage is the Scottish House of Stuart (Spencer), whose most infamous descendant was the late Princess Diana. While there is discrepancy as to whether or not the Windsor claims to the Throne of England are legitimate (being descendants of the Germanic House of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha), most agree that the Stuart lineage are not only the rightful heirs to the Throne of England (and Scotland), yet also to the Throne of David, and Israel itself. In light of this, it was therefore of paramount importance that the Windsor's seek out a 'Virgin' of the Merovingian Bloodline to marry into, in effect, to finally legitimize their long held Occult power and authority claimed of them being descendants of Crusader Godfrey de Bouillon, who was given the honor of the Kingdom and declared "King of Jerusalem" in 1099, as well as creating what they see would be a unique Christ descendant from such a union of their draconic lineages that would forever legitimize their tight grasp on the British Monarchy. Therefore this intriguing and most infamous of arranged marriages between Charles and Grail Princess Diana was not hatched solely by the Windsor's themselves, it was of far more ancient design and connected to the Knights Templar. Interestingly enough, six months after the Royal Wedding, while Diana was already three months pregnant, came the release of Holy Blood Holy Grail in which the three authors made the shocking claim of the secret of the Knights Templar. This 'secret' being propagated to the world in 1982 contained the genealogical record of the Davidic Bloodline passing thru Christ and His descendants to became the Frankish Merovingian Kings, a secret which curiously became the foundation for the modern Occult itself, connected to their prophecy about the birth of a future Antichrist figure. This ancient secret that included a unique Bloodline supposedly descended from King David was so powerfully wrought with arcane knowledge that it threatened the gluttonous ruling classes of Europe and Church, granting the original Templars enough power to rival both Europe's nobles and the Church itself with extinction. Question: You said that the US was a failed state. How can that be? What do you mean? Roberts: The war on terror, invented by the George W. Bush/Dick Cheney regime, destroyed the US Constitution and the civil liberties that the Constitution embodies. The Bill of Rights has been eviscerated. The Obama regime has institutionalized the Bush/Cheney assault on American liberty. Today, no American has any rights if he or she is accused of �terrorist� activity. The Obama regime has expanded the vague definition of �terrorist activity� to include �domestic extremist,� another undefined and vague category subject to the government�s discretion. In short, a �terrorist� or a �domestic extremist� is anyone who dissents from a policy or a practice that the US government regards as necessary for its agenda of world hegemony. What exists today are power centers that are unaccountable. Elections mean nothing, as both parties are dependent on the same powerful interest groups for campaign funds. The most powerful interest groups are the military/security complex, which includes the Pentagon, the CIA, and the corporations that service them, the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee, the oil industry that is destroying the Gulf of Mexico, Wall Street (investment banks and hedge funds), the insurance companies, the pharmaceutical companies, and the agri-companies that produce food of questionable content. These corporate powers comprise an oligarchy that cannot be dislodged by voting. Ever since �globalism� was enacted into law, the Democrats have been dependent on the same corporate sources of income as the Republicans, because globalism destroyed the labor unions. Consequently, there is no difference between the Republicans and Democrats, or no meaningful difference. The �war on terror� completed the constitutional/legal failure of the US. The US has also failed economically. Under Wall Street pressure for short-term profits, US corporations have moved offshore their production for US consumer markets. The result has been to move US GDP and millions of well-paid US jobs to countries, such as China and India, where labor and professional expertise are cheap. This practice has been going on since about 1990. After 20 years of offshoring US production, which destroyed American jobs and federal, state and local tax base, the US unemployment rate, as measured by US government methodology in 1980, is over 20 percent. The ladders of upward mobility have been dismantled. Millions of young Americans with university degrees are employed as waitresses and bartenders. Foreign enrollment comprises a larger and larger percentage of US universities as the American population finds that a university degree has been negated by the offshoring of the jobs that the graduates expected. When US offshored production re-enters the US as imports, the trade balance deteriorates. Foreigners use their surplus dollars to purchase existing US assets. Consequently, dividends, interest, capital gains, tolls from toll roads, rents, and profits, now flow abroad to foreign owners, thus increasing the pressure on the US dollar. The US has been able to survive the mounting claims of foreigners against US GDP because the US dollar is the reserve currency. However, the large US budget and trade deficits will put pressures on the dollar that will become too extreme for the dollar to be able to sustain this role. When the dollar fails, the US population will be impoverished. The US is heavily indebted, both the government and the citizens. Over the last decade there has been no growth in family income. The US economy was kept going through the expansion of consumer debt. Now consumers are so heavily indebted that they cannot borrow more. This means that the main driving force of the US economy, consumer demand, cannot increase. As consumer demand comprises 70% of the economy, when consumer demand cannot increase, there can be no economic recovery. The US is a failed state also because there is no accountability to the people by corporations or by government at any level, whether state, local, or federal. British Petroleum is destroying the Gulf of Mexico. The US government has done nothing. The Obama regime�s response to the crisis is more irresponsible than the Bush regime�s response to Hurricane Katrina. Wetlands and fisheries are being destroyed by unregulated capitalist greed and by a government that treats the environment with contempt. The tourist economy of Florida is being destroyed. The external costs of drilling in deep waters exceeds the net worth of the oil industry. As a result of the failure of the American state, the oil industry is destroying one of the world�s most valuable ecological systems. Question: What can be done? Roberts: The American people are lost in la-la land. They have no idea that their civil liberties have been forfeited. They are only gradually learning that their economic future is compromised. They have little idea of the world�s growing hatred of Americans for their destruction of other peoples. In short, Americans are full of themselves. Supplanting the United States Constitution: War, National Emergency and �Continuity of Government� Peter Dale Scott Global Research May 23, 2010 In July 1987, during the Iran-Contra Hearings grilling of Oliver North, the American public got a glimpse of �highly sensitive� emergency planning North had been involved in. Ostensibly these were emergency plans to suspend the American constitution in the event of a nuclear attack (a legitimate concern). But press accounts alleged that the planning was for a more generalized suspension of the constitution. As part of its routine Iran-contra coverage, the following exchange was printed in the New York Times, but without journalistic comment or follow-up: [Congressman Jack] Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster? Both North�s attorney and Sen. Daniel Inouye, the Democratic Chair of the Committee, responded in a way that showed they were aware of the issue: Brendan Sullivan [North's counsel, agitatedly]: Mr. Chairman? [Senator Daniel] Inouye: I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that? Brooks: I was particularly concerned, Mr. Chairman, because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American constitution. And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked. I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation. Inouye: May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I�m certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.[1] But we have never heard if there was or was not an executive session, or if the rest of Congress was ever aware of the matter. According to James Bamford, �The existence of the secret government was so closely held that Congress was completely bypassed.�[2] (Key individuals in Congress were almost certainly aware.) Brooks was responding to a story by Alfonzo Chardy in the Miami Herald. Chardy�s story alleged that Oliver North was involved with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in plans to take over federal, state and local functions during a national emergency. This planning for �Continuity of Government� (COG) called for �suspension of the Constitution, turning control of the government over to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, emergency appointment of military commanders to run state and local governments and declaration of martial law.�[3] To my knowledge no one in the public (including myself) attached enough importance to the Chardy story. Chardy himself suggested that Reagan�s Attorney General, William French Smith, had intervened to stop the COG plan from being presented to the President. Seven years later, in 1994, Tim Weiner reported in the New York Times that what he called �The Doomsday Project� � the search for �ways to keep the Government running after a sustained nuclear attack on Washington� �had �less than six months to live.�[4] To say that nuclear attack planning was over was correct, But this statement was also very misleading. On the basis of Weiner�s report, the first two books on COG planning, by James Bamford and James Mann, books otherwise excellent and well-informed, reported that COG planning had been abandoned.[5] They were wrong. Mann and Bamford did report that, from the beginning, two of the key COG planners on the secret committee were Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, the two men who implemented COG under 9/11.[6] What they and Weiner did not report was that under Reagan the purpose of COG planning had officially changed: it was no longer for arrangements �after a nuclear war,� but for any �national security emergency.� This was defined in Executive Order 12656 of 1988 as: �any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency, that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States.�[7] In other words extraordinary emergency measures, originally designed for an America devastated in a nuclear attack, were now to be applied to anything the White House considered an emergency. Thus Cheney and Rumsfeld continued their secret planning when Clinton was president; both men, both Republicans, were heads of major corporations and not even in the government at that time. Moreover, Andrew Cockburn claims that the Clinton administration, according to a Pentagon source, had �no idea what was going on.�[8] (As I shall explain later, this sweeping claim needs some qualification.) The expanded application of COG to any emergency was envisaged as early as 1984, when, according to Boston Globe reporter Ross Gelbspan, Lt. Col. Oliver North was working with officials of the Federal Emergency Management Agency . . . to draw up a secret contingency plan to surveil political dissenters and to arrange for the detention of hundreds of thousands of undocumented aliens in case of an unspecified national emergency. The plan, part of which was codenamed Rex 84, called for the suspension of the Constitution under a number of scenarios, including a U.S. invasion of Nicaragua.[9] Clearly 9/11 met the conditions for the imposition of COG measures, and we know for certain that COG planning was instituted on that day in 2001, before the last plane had crashed in Pennsylvania. The 9/11 Report confirms this twice, on pages 38 and 326.[10] It was under the auspices of COG that Bush stayed out of Washington on that day, and other government leaders like Paul Wolfowitz were swiftly evacuated to Site R, inside a hollowed out mountain near Camp David.[11] What few have recognized is that, nearly a decade later, some aspects of COG remain in effect. COG plans are still authorized by a proclamation of emergency that has been extended each year by presidential authority, most recently by President Obama in September 2009. COG plans are also the probable source for the 1000-page Patriot Act presented to Congress five days after 9/11, and also for the Department of Homeland Security�s Project Endgame � a ten-year plan, initiated in September 2001, to expand detention camps, at a cost of $400 million in Fiscal Year 2007 alone.[12] At the same time we have seen the implementation of the plans outlined by Chardy in 1987: the warrantless detentions that Oliver North had planned for in Rex 1984, the warrantless eavesdropping that is their logical counterpart, and the militarization of the domestic United States under a new military command, NORTHCOM.[13] Through NORTHCOM the U.S. Army now is engaged with local enforcement to control America, in the same way that through CENTCOM it is engaged with local enforcement to control Afghanistan and Iraq. We learned that COG planning was still active in 2007, when President Bush issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD 51). This, for the sixth time, extended for one year the emergency proclaimed on September 14, 2001. It empowered the President to personally ensure �continuity of government� in the event of any �catastrophic emergency.� He announced that NSPD 51 contains �classified Continuity Annexes� which shall �be protected from unauthorized disclosure.� Under pressure from his 911truth constituents, Congressman Peter DeFazio of the Homeland Security Committee twice requested to see these Annexes, the second time in a letter signed by the Chair of his committee. His request was denied. The National Emergencies Act, one of the post-Watergate reforms that Vice-President Cheney so abhorred, specifies that: �Not later than six months after a national emergency is declared, and not later than the end of each six-month period thereafter that such emergency continues, each House of Congress shall meet to consider a vote on a joint resolution to determine whether that emergency shall be terminated� (50 U.S.C. 1622, 2002). Yet in nine years Congress has not once met to discuss the State of Emergency declared by George W. Bush in response to 9/11, a State of Emergency that remains in effect today. Appeals to the Congress to meet its responsibilities to review COG have fallen on deaf ears.[14] Former Congressman Dan Hamburg and I appealed publicly last year, both to Obama to terminate the emergency, and to Congress to hold the hearings required of them by statute.[15] But Obama, without discussion, extended the 9/11 Emergency again on September 10, 2009;[16] and Congress has continued to ignore its statutory obligations. One Congressman explained to a constituent that the provisions of the National Emergencies Act have now been rendered inoperative by COG. If true, this would seem to justify Chardy�s description of COG as suspension of the Constitution. Are there other parts of the Constitution that have been suspended? We do not know, and the Chair of the Homeland Security Committee has been told he cannot find out. Plans drafted by a secret committee, including corporation heads not in the government, have provided rules that allegedly override public law and the separation of powers that is at the heart of the Constitution. Congress is derelict in addressing this situation. Even Congressman Kucinich, the one Congressman I have met, will not answer my communications on this subject. Yet as I see it, the only authorization for the COG planning was a secret decision by President Reagan (NSDD 55 of September 14, 1982) which in effect federalized the counterinsurgency planning (called Cable Splicer), which he had authorized in California when governor there. It is clear that the planning by Cheney, Rumsfeld and others in the last two decades was not confined to an immediate response to 9/11. The 1000-page Patriot Act, dropped on Congress as promptly as the Tonkin Gulf Resolution had been back in 1964, is still with us; Congress has never seriously challenged it, and Obama quietly extended it on February 27 of this year. We should not forget that the Patriot Act was only passed after lethal anthrax letters were mailed to two crucial Democratic Senators � Senators Daschle and Leahy � who had initially questioned the bill. After the anthrax letters, however, they withdrew their initial opposition.[17] Someone � we still do not know who � must have planned those anthrax letters well in advance. This is a fact most Americans do not want to think about. Someone also must have planned the unusual number of war games taking place on 9/11. COG planners and FEMA had been involved in war games planning over the previous two decades; and on 9/11 FEMA was again involved with other agencies in preparing for Operation Tripod, a bioterrorism exercise in New York City. [18] Someone also must have planned the new more restrictive instructions, on June 1, 2001, determining that military interceptions of hijacked aircraft had to be approved �at the highest levels of government� (i.e. the President, Vice-President, or Secretary of Defense).[19] The Report attributes this order to a JCS Memo of June 1, 2001, entitled �Aircraft Piracy (Hijacking) and Destruction of Derelict Airborne Objects.� But the written requirements had been less restrictive before June 1, 2001, and I am informed that the change was quietly revoked the following December. In The Road to 9/11 I suggest the change in the JCS memo came from the National Preparedness Review in which President Bush authorized Vice-President Cheney, together with FEMA, �to tackle the� task of dealing with terrorist attacks.�[20] Not noticed by the press was the fact that Cheney and FEMA had already been working on COG planning as a team throughout the 1980s and 1990s.[21] As I wrote above, it is necessary to qualify a Pentagon official�s claim (to author Andrew Cockburn) that the Clinton administration had �no idea what was going on� in COG. Let me quote from my response to Cockburn�s book in my own, The Road to 9/11: [Weiner�s] article persuaded authors James Mann and James Bamford that Reagan�s COG plans had now been abandoned, because �there was, it seemed, no longer any enemy in the world capable of . . . decapitating America�s leadership.� [22] In fact, however, only one phase of COG planning had been terminated, a Pentagon program for response to a nuclear attack. Instead, according to author Andrew Cockburn, a new target was found: Although the exercises continued, still budgeted at over $200 million a year in the Clinton era, the vanished Soviets were now replaced by terrorists. . . . There were other changes, too. In earlier times the specialists selected to run the �shadow government� had been drawn from across the political spectrum, Democrats and Republicans alike. But now, down in the bunkers, Rumsfeld found himself in politically congenial company, the players� roster being filled almost exclusively with Republican hawks. . . .�You could say this was a secret government-in-waiting. The Clinton administration was extraordinarily inattentive, [they had] no idea what was going on.� Cockburn�s account requires some qualification. Richard Clarke, a Clinton Democrat, makes it clear that he participated in the COG games in the 1990s and indeed drafted Clinton �s Presidential Decision Directive (PDD) 67 on �Enduring Constitutional Government and Continuity of Government.� But COG planning involved different teams for different purposes. It is quite possible that the Pentagon official was describing the Department of Defense team dealing with retaliation. The Pentagon official�s description of a �secret government-in-waiting� (which still included both Cheney and Rumsfeld) is very close to the standard definition of a cabal, as a group of persons secretly united to bring about a change or overthrow of government. In the same era Cheney and Rumsfeld projected change also by their public lobbying, through the Project for the New American Century, for a more militant Middle East policy. In light of how COG was actually implemented in 2001, one can legitimately suspect that, however interested this group had been in continuity of government under Reagan, under Clinton the focus of Cheney�s and Rumsfeld�s COG planning was now a change of government.[23] Understandably there is great psychological resistance to the extraordinary claim that Cheney and Rumsfeld, even when not in government, were able to help plan successfully for constitutional modifications, which they themselves implemented when back in power. Most people cannot bring themselves even to believe the second, known half of this claim: that on September 11, 2001, COG plans overriding the constitution were indeed implemented. This is why the first two print reviews of The Road to 9/11, both favorable and intelligently written, both reported that I speculated that COG had been imposed on 9/11. No, it was not a speculation: the 9/11 Commission Report twice confirms that COG was instituted on the authority of a phone call between Bush and Cheney of which they could find no record. No record, I did speculate, because it took place on a secure COG phone outside the presidential bunker � with such a high classification that the 9/11 Commission was never supplied the phone records. A footnote in the 9/11 Report says �The 9/11 crisis tested the U.S. government�s plans and capabilities to ensure the continuity of constitutional government and the continuity of government operations. We did not investigate this topic, except as needed to understand the activities and communications of key officials on 9/11. The Chair, Vice Chair, and senior staff were briefed on the general nature and implementation of these continuity plans.[24] The other footnotes confirm that no information from COG files was used to document the 9/11 report. At a minimum these files might resolve the mystery of the missing phone call which simultaneously authorized COG, and (in consequence) determined that Bush should continue to stay out of Washington . I suspect that they might tell us a great deal more. What is the first step out of this current state of affairs, in which the constitution has in effect been superseded by a higher, if less legitimate authority? I submit that it is to get Congress to do what the law requires, and determine whether our present proclamation of emergency �shall be terminated� (50 U.S.C. 1622, 2002). An earlier polite, judiciously worded appeal to this effect failed. It may be necessary to raise the issue in a larger, albeit more controversial context: the scandal that a small cabal was able to supersede the Constitution, and Congress has failed, despite repeated requests, to do anything about it. I would hope that Americans concerned about this matter would raise it with all the congressional candidates in the forthcoming elections. One of them was Pavel Stroilov. Parts of the archive were password restricted, but Stroilov noticed he could see the password by peeking whenever the office archivist booted the system. He memorized it and for several visits managed to access and secretly copy volumes of folders amounting to 50,000 documents. Stroilov couldn�t believe what he read. The restricted documents were the KGB transcripts of private and secret conversations of Mikhail Gorbachev during his years as leader of the Soviet Union (1985-1992.) In a recent interview with urban policy magazine City Journal, he said they �tell a completely new story about the end of the Cold War. The �commonly accepted� version of history of that period consists of myths almost entirely. Most Europeans believed that Soviet economics was no match for Western capitalism. Most Americans still believe a retired Hollywood actor singlehandedly forced Soviet bankruptcy by amping up the arms race. EUSSR Soviet transcripts of 1989 conversations between Gorbachev and the current Spanish EU commissioner for economic and monetary affairs, Joaqu�n Almunia, prove back channel support for East/West German re-unification as a step toward Socialist unification of all of Europe. Aluminia pledged opposition to the lasting independence of the Baltic states and Ukraine. In one conversation Gorbachev confided to Almunia, �the success of perestroika means only one thing�the success of the socialist revolution in contemporary conditions. And that is exactly what the reactionaries don�t accept.� Interviewer Claire Berlinski remarks: �It is impossible to imagine that figures who had enjoyed such close ties to the Nazi Party�or, for that matter, to the Ku Klux Klan or to South Africa�s apartheid regime�would enjoy top positions in Europe today. The rules are different, apparently, for Communist fellow travelers.� Stoilov replied: �We now have in the EU an unelected socialist party running Europe. Bet the KGB can�t believe it.� What do these socialists and fascists all have in common? They are Freemasons� Illuminati. This vision of a world Communist state, is part of the long term plan. In the famous �Red Symphony� document, Rakovsky outlined the Illuminati plan to blend Communism and Capitalism. Rowan Gaither�s shocking admission to un-American Activities Committee researcher Norman Dodd in 1953: �We use our grant-making power so as to alter life in the United States that it can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union.� Gaither was also co-founder of the RAND Corporation military/intelligence think tank in 1959. A punk rock band at the time broadcast a truth in a song with the predictive title, �The Walls Came Down�: �I don�t think there are any Russians, and there ain�t no Yanks, just corporate criminals, playing with tanks�. Soviet socialism and international corporate capitalism were rackets all along. The paragraphs quoted above indicated a planned expansion of the �Myth of Soviet Socialism� toward a global socialism � which isn�t Russian or American or Jewish Zionist � but even more exclusive and sinister. THE MYTH OF SOVIET SOCIALISM Russian socialist party writer Vladimir Sirotin explains the Soviet masquerade. �Soviet socialism is bureaucratic state capitalism. The bulk of direct producers did not own means of production and so were forced to sell their labour power to the real owner of those means of production � a special group called the nomenklatura. The members of this group belonged to a hierarchically organized system for the appropriation and distribution of surplus value. The ruling class of the Soviet Union was therefore a state bourgeoisie. It was an exploiting class that through the possession of state power owned the means of production, the whole of the so-called �national economy.� Similar to fascism, Soviet socialism governed through it�s massive unelected bureaucratic apparatus and control of media. �They relied on the age-old traditions of the Russian Empire and out of inertia continued to make formal and hypocritical use of pseudo-socialist, pseudo-communist, pseudo-left and pseudo-Marxist slogans. Such slogans were a convenient means of masking their real aims and playing on the sincere faith of many people, both inside the country and abroad.� CONCLUSION Look at the timeline. Perestroika or the dismantling of the Soviet command economy and �democratization� took place in 1988-1991. The fall of the Berlin Wall and reunification if Germany took place in 1989-90. The Maastricht Treaty of 1992 established the Euro. We can now see that these events were all orchestrated by the Illuminati to integrate East and West. They were designed to advance the EUSSR and eventual Communist-Capitalist (Illuminati) world government dictatorship. The only thorn in the side of European �unity� was the nationalistic Poles. Grayson is possibly just playing mind games, but if he is somehow able to overturn an 18 point deficit, serious questions will be asked about the integrity of this election. In Kentucky, the entrenched political class is seriously worried about Rand Paul, the son of Texas Republican Congressman Ron Paul, winning the state�s U.S. Senate seat. Paul is ahead of his contender, Secretary of State Trey Grayson, in the polls. The Public Policy Polling survey conducted May 15-16 shows Mr. Paul leading Mr. Grayson by 52 percent to 34 percent with three other candidates splitting 7 percent and 7 percent undecided. Grayson, who is the neocon favorite and Kentucky�s chief elections official, said Paul is overconfident and could be disappointed when votes are counted Tuesday evening, according to the Associated Press on May 17. Grayson is confident he will win even with Paul�s substantial lead. In March, Infowars.com reported on the possibility of vote rigging in Kentucky. The Paul campaign complained about Grayson�s conflict of interest as the state�s top election official but the Kentucky Executive Branch Ethics Commission did not consider it important. Kentucky has a history of vote rigging. On March 25, the Associated Press reported on a jury in Frankfort Kentucky convicting a former judge and seven others of scheming to buy votes for several local offices in an eastern Kentucky county. The federal indictment charged that the defendants in the case were political bosses who used their powerful positions to head up the effort to buy votes. Grayson has also attempted to characterize Paul as �a grandstander� more concerned about the national stage than local politics in Kentucky. Grayson has appealed to establishment Republicans. �I�m not running to be the candidate of the tea party,� Grayson said. �I�m running to be the candidate of this Republican Party of Kentucky.� The Tea Party movement was instrumental in unseating three term Utah Republican senator Bob Bennett. In a state that usually sees between 25,000 and 35,000 people turn out for state caucuses, this year saw 75,000 people participate. Bennett had received endorsements by the National Rifle Association and former presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Bennett�s loss was chalked up to his support of the Wall Street bailout, co-sponsoring a bipartisan bill mandating health insurance coverage and for aggressively pursuing earmarks. Considering Rand Paul�s significant lead in the polls, if Grayson wins the primary later today it will undoubtedly be a clear case of vote rigging. Establishment Republicans are desperate to remain in power and derail candidates inspired by or aligned with the Tea Party movement. The corporate media and the corrupt political class in Washington have attempted to portray the Tea Party as a marginalized gaggle of racist rednecks. As the pending election victory of Rand Paul reveals, this crass propaganda has not worked and millions of Americans are posed to change the political landscape not only in Washington, but in state capitols across the country as well.

WHO KILLED TERRY YEAKEY? - by Pat Shannan Most people today believe someone other than James Earl Ray shot Martin Luther King. They have judged the facts, not the standard news media spin. Someday the world opinion will do an about-face and swing in favor of another unjustly convicted man, Tim McVeigh. If AP and the talking heads would only report the truth about ANFO and its impotency, most of the thinking public would have to conclude that Tim McVeigh could not be guilty of murdering anyone. This is already a known fact, but the media are suppressing it. Contrary to news reports, the persons found guilty could not have been solely responsible. An Oklahoma City police sergeant became aware of this before anyone else, apparently during the first hour of rescue. He paid for that discovery with his life. Terry Yeakey was a giant of a man with a heart as big as the rest of him. I wish I had known him. He was a crusader for truth. Whenever his name is mentioned, I think of the news photo of him sprinting down NW 5th Street toward the Murrah Building on another of the many rescue missions he performed that ugly day. In his blue uniform, he tends to remind us of a NFL linebacker about to put the sack on an unfortunate quarterback, but this is quickly overridden by the grave concern on the face of a policeman in a panic to save lives. After numerous private investigators produced irrefutable evidence of multiple explosions, unexploded bombs being hauled away after the fact, and the complete and total incapability of an Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil (ANFO) bomb to cause the cause the kind of devastation seen in downtown Oklahoma City, a giant government cover-up became obvious. Only a couple of hours into the rescue, Sgt. Terrence Yeakey became painfully aware of something disturbing. Did he somehow figure out that the building had been blown from the inside and that the news reports were baloney? Did he overhear a strange conversation from some of the many ATF agents who were on the scene sooner than they should have been? Whatever it was, Terry was upset. He called his wife that morning crying - the big ol' Teddy Bear of a guy was crying - and saying repeatedly, "It's not true. It's not what they are saying. It didn't happen that way." Terry Yeakey may have been the first to discover the sham. He ran back and forth into that concrete mess of bricks and mortar all day long and continued beyond exhaustion, far into the night. He scraped and crawled and dug until his fingers bled and then kept digging some more. In a cadre of heroes that day, Terry's performance was outstanding. On May 11th, the following year he was scheduled to receive the Medal of Valor from the Oklahoma City Police Department. He never got it. He was murdered on May 8, 1996, in the country - two and a half miles west of the El Reno Penitentiary. The official report said "Suicide," and anyone who believes an ANFO bomb destroyed Murrah and the other surrounding buildings will believe this. According to the report, Terry slashed himself eleven times on both forearms before cutting his own throat twice near the jugular vein. Then, apparently seeking even a more private place to die, he crawled another mile of rough terrain away from his car and climbed a fence, before shooting himself in the head with a small caliber revolver. What appeared to be rope burns on his neck, handcuff bruises to his wrists, and muddy grass imbedded in his slash wounds strongly indicated that he had some help in traversing this final distance. The bullet's entrance wound was in the right temple, above the eye. It went through the policeman's head and exited in the area of the left cheek, near the bottom of the ear lobe line. The trajectory was from a 40-45 degree angle above his head. There were no powder burns. No weapon was ever reported as found at the scene, but independent investigators speculated that had Yeakey shot himself with standard police issue - a Glock 9mm or a .357 Magnum - his head would have been far more destroyed than it apparently was. One of the last people Officer Yeakey talked to was a friend who knew he was on a mission of private investigation. Terry had told him that he was on his way to El Reno to check out something but first he had to shake the FBI agents who were following him. He was traveling in his private automobile, and witnesses said later that the inside looked like someone had "butchered a hog" on the front seat. While political assassinations within American borders have become more prevalent in recent years, the ploy to place the blame on someone else - even the victim himself - is nothing new. Neither is the gullibility of the American public. CONSIDER: * June 12, 1963 -- Civil Rights and NAACP leader Medgar Evers is shot to death in the driveway of his home in Jackson, Mississippi. In the ensuing daylight hours, a high-powered rifle is discovered stashed in the brush near where the killer had lain in wait for the ambush. * November 22, 1963 - President Kennedy is shot to death in Dallas, allegedly from the 6th floor window of the School Book Depository Building at Dealy Plaza. A high-powered rifle is found stashed behind boxes across the room on that 6th floor. * April 4, 1968 - Dr. Martin Luther King is shot to death on the Lorraine Motel balcony in Memphis, allegedly from the rear window of a run-down flophouse across the street. A high-powered rifle is dumped two doors away at the front of the flophouse and recovered only minutes later. Political assassinations and their perpetrators were beginning to take on a pattern of incredible stupidity, at least from the government's perspective and news media spin. In all three cases, the FBI took charge of the investigations. In all three cases, the bullets could not be matched to the guns. In all three cases, evidence was suppressed and mysteriously disappeared. In all three cases, the FBI became highly suspect. In all three cases, the crimes were declared "solved," but the facts never meshed with the solutions, and grave doubt lingered about the guilt of the three "lone nuts" blamed for the murders. With the recent passing of former Alabama Governor George C. Wallace, news reports reminded us of the five bullet wounds suffered by him in the May 15, 1972 attack by Arthur Bremer. Some reports reduced it to four at the time, while most avoided the issue entirely. Here was the problem: Bremer emptied a five-shot, Model 36, Smith & Wesson snub-nosed revolver. Whether Wallace took only four hits or all five, who can explain the other three wounded people? A Wallace bodyguard and a Secret Service agent were seriously wounded and a female campaign worker was hit in the leg. Not even would Arlen Spector be foolish enough to try to create two or three "magic bullets" in this case, and the silence at the time was deafening. Then those who subscribe to the university propaganda regarding the utter folly of even suggesting a dreaded conspiracy say, "Yeah, well, now I guess you're going to tell me that Sirhan Sirhan didn't kill Bobby Kennedy, either." No, we won't say such a politically incorrect thing if you can tell us exactly how the powder burns got behind Senator Kennedy's right ear. Famed Los Angeles coroner Thomas Naguchi stated that the gun barrel would have had be within two inches to create the burns. Dozens of witnesses said Sirhan was never closer than "three to four feet." The FBI explained this away by claiming "Kennedy turned his head" following the initial shots, but all ignored the inexplicable powder burns. Then there is the problem with the eleven bullets (found in the walls and people) emerging from an 8-shot Iver Johnson revolver. Sometimes the perpetrators can fool even their own users. Yes, Sirhan believes he killed Senator Kennedy just as Tim McVeigh apparently believes he blew up the Murrah Building. But the facts show that either supposition is totally impossible. During the ensuing decades, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has fairly earned the reputation of being more of a Government Protectorate than an efficient investigative agency. One need only reference the cases in more recent years of Gordon Kahl, KAL 007, Tupper Saussy, George Hansen, the Weaver family, the mass murder of the Branch Davidians, the faked suicide of Vince Foster, the Oklahoma City bombing(s), the farcical case against the Montana Freemen, and the likely shoot-down of TWA Flight 800 for confirmation of this on-going duplicity between government and news media. Although the Yeakey incident occurred some thirty miles away in a different jurisdiction, the investigation was quickly taken out of the hands of the El Reno police and the Canadian County sheriff and turned over to the Oklahoma City Police Department and the FBI. No homicide investigation was ever conducted, and there was no autopsy. In an interview with Terry's widow, Tonia Yeakey revealed that her husband had been very upset by something he had seen under the day care center on April 19th. He had wanted to go back and photograph it, but the officials would not let him onto the site again. The Oklahoma Bombing Investigation Committee (OKBIC) speculates that what Terry saw may have coincided with the possible evidence of another unreported bombing device uncovered by their "science people." Mrs. Yeakey also said that Terry was supposed to be decorated for his work as a rescue person, but didn't want to be put in the limelight. Terry felt the investigation was fraudulent and didn't like the fact that the OKPD was honoring people who really weren't deserving of the honor. Sgt. Yeakey had told friends that he was going out of town to hide or secure "evidence of a cover-up of the bombing by federal agents." It was his day off, and he was traveling in his private automobile. In his last known conversation, Terry reportedly told a friend that he "was being followed by the feds and had to shake them." Previously, his household had been subjected to numerous threatening phone calls by persons unknown, threats which have not ceased even with his death. Tonia Yeakey has moved five times in three years since the Oklahoma City tragedy. She continues to get intimidating letters and threatening phone calls. Since her husband's death, her home has been broken into and personal threats have been written on her living room walls. She remains in fear for her life, constantly seeking asylum, with no place to turn. Sgt. Terry Yeakey was murdered, and just as with the absurd conclusions in the Vince Foster case, the closing of the case as a "suicide" is ludicrous.
