Can The Elite be Stopped?

"Yes, they can be stopped." But only if everyone works very hard at the solutions, for nothing happens on its own, and apathy is NOT the answer. However, violent efforts are inappropriate because: (1) It is wrong to break our laws. (2) Many innocent people will be killed or wounded, and their property destroyed. (3) The Elite control our courts, the Pentagon, the U.N., NATO, N.S.A., C.I.A., F.B.I., B.A.T.F., our Senate and House of Representatives, and directly, or indirectly control all local law enforcement agencies. All efforts to stop the Elite must be legal, such as: 1. Everyone must go to the poles in each election, and vote for their independent party candidates of choice. 2. No Independent party has enough money to defeat the Republicans and Democrats. Therefore, we must organize a Third Party Convention to be held soon enough before the presidential elections to allow for full participation of all third parties. 3. Two months before the first Republican or Democrat Convention, each third party should offer their best candidate for President. One month should be spent by these candidates presenting their case to the public. The next month should provide a Third Party Convention and debate between all independent candidates who seek the office of president. All of these candidates names should then appear on the ballot at the primary elections held by the Democrats and Republicans. The top three candidates should then spend a month telling the people why they should be the party candidate. A run-off election should then be held with the top vote receiver becoming the party candidate for president and the second highest to become the candidate for vice president, with their names placed on the general election ballots in November. 4. The candidates for president that did not win should immediately file for either a Senate of House of Representatives race that they are eligible to participate in. 5. There should be an Independent Party candidate for every local, state and federal election position. 6. Once the independents have gained control of our city, state and federal governments, perhaps that is the time to eliminate the party system completely. 7. Every state that does not now have the right, should petition their state legislature for Initiative, Referendum and Recall rights. 8. Once each state has Initiative, Referendum and Recall rights, then petitions should be presented to demand the following: A. Every candidate for public office should run on their own efforts and merits, with financing only from individuals who have resided for at least 5 years in the district or area that they propose to represent. Violation of the new campaign financing proposal should be a felony with stiff monetary fines and jail time for the convicted offenders. B. All elections must be reduced to two months for the primary and one month for the general elections, and all voting must be on a Saturday and Sunday. C. All votes should be on paper ballots and should be counted by precinct Citizens Oversight Committees. The last place on each list of candidates on the ballots must be "NONE OF THE ABOVE", and if this is selected by a majority of the voters, a new slate of candidates must be submitted for vote, until one candidate receives 50% + one vote of all the votes cast. D. The Electoral College must be eliminated entirely with the President and Vice President elected by popular vote only. E. All this should be accomplished by a Constitutional Amendment approved by both houses of Congress and ratified by 38 states. F. Constitutional Amendments should not be done by a Constitutional Convention, because the Elite would take charge of the convention, and our Constitution would be eliminated, or changed so drastically that it would be unrecognizable. G. State and federal laws should be passed prohibiting anyone from being appointed, elected or otherwise employed in any public office or position that has been a member of any secret organization for the previous five years, including the Klu Klux Klan, Black Panthers, Islamic Jihad, Red Brigade, Bilderbergs, Bohemian Club, Council on Foreign Relations, and/or Trilateral Commission. These laws should exclude the typical "grandfather" clauses, so that once these laws are passed, anyone who meets this definition must resign immediately. If anyone wanted to belong to these groups and hold public office, then these organizations must change their rules so that every meeting, including board of director's meetings, must be opened up to attendance by the public and the press, with two weeks advance notice published in the local press stating the date, time, and place of all meetings, along with the agendas of all meetings. H. The Federal Reserve Act must be repealed, and the exclusive right to create money and credit must be restored to the Congress and US Treasury Department, as stipulated in the US Constitution. I. The present practice of "fractional reserve" banking requiring only 10% reserves for banks to make loans should be eliminated. Within a one year period, this rate must be raised to 100% reserves. Without this change, banks would continue to have the ability to create money and credit, which should be exclusively reserved for the Congress and Treasury Department. J. The US national debt should be completely eliminated by a one-time exchange of non-interest bearing Treasury Notes for all of the outstanding interest bearing Treasury Bonds. K. The Treasury Department should be designated as the sole lender to all states, counties and municipalities for capital projects that are now financed by municipal bonds, and the like. The rate charged for these loans should be fixed by law at 3%. L. The Treasury Department should offer loans to banks at the fixed rate of 3% on the condition that they must not add more than 5% of true annual interest to the loans to any borrower of these funds. Violation of this requirement must be a felony with stiff monetary fines and jail time penalties for violating this provision, with the fines and jail time being given to the chief executive officer of the erring bank. Both houses of Congress should be allowed to change this interest rate if 80% of those "eligible" to vote on the change, vote in the affirmative. Any changes to this rate must only be in effect for 365 days, when it would automatically revert to 3% again. M. Inflation should not be controlled by varying interest rates, but by varying the supply of money and credit. N. The Internal Revenue Act should be revoked because it is severely regressive, is extremely complicated, and all federal taxes be raised by No. 10 envelope size tax returns which addresses all income and the sale of all property. The tax rates should be progressive with anyone who is legally eligible to receives welfare should be exempt, and the progressive rate starting at 2% and rise to 40% for the highest income levels. All property sold should be taxed at a progressive rate based on the length of time that it is held, with less than six months charged a rate of 33%, and over seven years a rate of 0%. O. Every law passed by Congress must first pass the test of the Constitution. If the proposed bill is not specifically allowed by the Constitution, it becomes null and void. If it is sufficiently important to pass a new law that fails the Constitutional test, amend the Constitution. P. Every bill submitted for approval by both houses of Congress must be single issue bills, and must not contain any amendments that are not clearly and specifically related to the proposed bill. Q. All bills proposed that require increases or decreases in taxes, or other revenue streams must be approved by at least 80% of all those eligible to vote on the bill in both houses of Congress. This is just a start on needed changes, but if enacted, we will again have government by and for the people. Winston Churchill once said: "Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

The Killing of Kelly Thomas

It was late in the evening of July 15^th 2011, a typical summer day in a southern California suburb. An unassuming frail homeless man was hanging out at the inter-model transportation station in the city of Fullerton. By all accounts this man was known to numerous people that frequented the area and was remembered as

harmless, and for all intent and purpose a docile individual. Kelly Thomas suffered from a level of mental illness but was in no way a dangerous criminal or a menace to society, according to those that knew him well. As it turns out he had no police record, but in fact comes from a family of law enforcement officers. According to the Fullerton

police department a call was received that post 4^th of July evening, reporting someone was attempting to break into cars in the parking lot. Witnesses stated Kelly Thomas was not bothering anyone, just hanging out when he was confronted by two Fullerton police officers. It is not clear why, but the officers decided they were going to take Mr.

Thomas into custody. Kelly Thomas inexplicably began to run, a very short foot pursuit began. He was quickly apprehended by one officer that put Mr. Thomas in a choke hold while the other officer had him by one arm. He was taken to the ground, a struggle ensued. Shortly there-after several police arrived. There were now a total of

six Fullerton police officers participating in the arrest of this one individual. Witness described how Kelly Thomas was ruthlessly beaten by these officers. He was continually electrocuted by standard issue tasers, which produce 5,000 volts of electricity. Witness could hear Kelly screaming for his father while the combined

weight of six police officers was exerted on the non-combative Thomas. To the witness on the scene that evening, the blows delivered to his limp, motionless body by one officer were delivered with rage and the intent to disfigure, as they were delivered to the face and head, with the butt end of the officers taser. As the officers were beating

this man into submission, they could be heard by witnesses repeatedly telling the victim to �stop resisting�. The witnesses were confused by these commands because Mr. Thomas was lying face down during this entire event. Kelly Thomas never saw July 6^th he died on the streets of Fullerton, California, not at the hands of Black street

gangs, MS-13, or the Ku Klux Klan. It wasn�t an extreme faction of some terrorist group or some demented serial killer. No these were very highly paid men, supposedly in service to protect the community from the, afore mentioned groups. How and why did this happen? This type of event is not so uncommon in the Black or Brown

communities. Kelly Thomas is White, so the presumption of race being a factor should be ruled out. Perhaps it is because he was homeless, and maybe there is hostility directed toward the poor and disenfranchised American citizens. The Cato Institute has been studying many of the police raids that have gone wrong, or perhaps it�s the

para-military, stance law enforcement has developed in recent years. The city of Lancaster, California is under fire for the use of LA. County Sherriff�s officers to raid section 8 housing residents. The local newspaper has splashed front page pictures of local law enforcement; guns drawn going into the homes of these people without any

clear violation of any crime. Or maybe because the inhabitants are minority and poor, for the sake of argument let us presume a violent crime has been committed; dose law enforcement have the mindset that everyone in the home is guilty of a crime, including the innocent children? And if that argument is sustained is that the

justification for killing someone that has not presented a clear and present danger. That is why Kelly Thomas died July 5^th, I assume each of those officers will claim he was afraid for his life. For those that are being affected by this type of para-military policing, the question must be asked, what has happened to the presumption of

innocence. You know�.the constitutional issue, or is the Constitution just an old meaningless piece of paper? My finale questions�in regards to the death of Kelly Thomas�where are the civil rights-champions, the NAACP, The Southern Poverty Law Center, ACLU, brother Jessie, brother Al, the political left (never expected the right to

bat an eye), the silence from the left slanting news media is deafening. And more importantly where is WHITE America? It is expected Whites will feel little sympathy for a Blackman driving drunk, leading police on a chase through suburban streets (Rodney King), but now we have a young Whiteman being beat to death at the hands of law

enforcement and not a whimper, except for those in the community where he lived�.INCREDIBLE! We as a society will get exactly what we deserve. A famous man once said �injustice anywhere, is a threat to justice everywhere". I suppose those words are hallow and have been lost to the sands of time. As the United States

gravitates down the spiraling path of totalitarianism, you should be asking yourself, how long will it just be the mentally ill, minorities and poor whites, how long before it includes YOU??? What is allowed to happen to the least of us, will soon encompass all of us, history continually tells, the same story, see you in the concentration center!???!

(CNN) -- Top officials in Mexico said Sunday that authorities at a prison released and armed several inmates to attack a group of people during a birthday celebration last week, in a killing spree that left 17 dead. Ricardo Najera, a spokesman for Mexico's Interior Ministry said authorities allowed a group of inmates to leave the Cereso prison in Gomez Palacio, in Mexico's Durango state, in police vehicles to launch an attack on revelers at a farm in Torreon, in the neighboring state of Coahuila. "The delinquents were committing their executions as part of a debt-settling scheme against members of rivaling groups from organized crime," Najera said Sunday of the July 18 attack. "Unfortunately, in these executions, these delinquents also cowardly murdered innocent civilians," he said, adding that the inmates returned to the prison after the attack. Four top Cereso Gomez Palacio prison workers -- including the prison's director -- were named as suspects in the investigation, Najera said. The interior ministry said Sunday that the four suspects had been "detained," but it was not clear whether charges had been filed. Police were able to trace the weapons used in the July 18 incident to other violent attacks, Najera said. Mexico's interior minister, Francisco Blake, said Sunday that the Gomez Palacio prison incident sheds light on Mexico's tenuous security and the "deteriorating state" of Mexico's local law enforcement. "Today, it is evident that the Mexican state is facing an enormous challenge in security," said Blake. He asked local authorities to monitor "the presumed complicity of local authorities " with criminal elements. According to the U.S. State Department, many of the narcotics-related attacks in Mexico have occurred in the northern border region.

We Have Lost another True American

It is with a sad heart that I write this today. My eyes continue to fill with tears as I have lost a very good friend. Terry Anderson passed away this week of pancreatic cancer. Terry was very special to me, as he encouraged me with the strength of his convictions. While many Blacks moved out of the South Central part of Los Angeles Terry remained. He stayed because it was his home. Terry spoke with a great voice against illegal immigration. In spite of the demographic change, not to mention the illegal nature by which it was done, he stayed and fought what he realized was in fact the destabilization of his neighborhood. Without realizing, until we met that he and I went to schools in the same area. We both were very much aware of how beautiful that area was. Not the place that is depicted in the main/lame stream media. No it was at one time a place where one could raise a family without fear. Well maintained yards and a community that cared, and took pride. Most have no idea of what it was like, but we did. I had the opportunity to appear on his show and during some down time while off air we had the time to talk. Terry�s eyes would light up when discussing the strides that have been made regarding Black Americans. But his demeanor would become enraged when discussing illegal immigration. Recognizing that the struggle for Black Americans has continued, discrimination has once again reemerged. This time it is at the hands of illegal immigration. While visiting with him one Sunday, he took me for a ride in the old neighborhood. As we passed by all the fast food restaurants it has very clear that Blacks were able to enter those establishments, but they could not work in them. I know many people that visit this site will find this difficult to believe. It is one of those little secrets that know one wants to talk about. He and I were congruent in or thinking because we both saw it happening year by year. I shared a story with Terry, about a friend of mine. Willie had a thriving stucco business. He hired two other people and myself. We worked all over the San Fernando Valley, as a matter of fact that job help get me through school in the mid seventies. After getting my A.A. I went to work as a welder, I didn�t see Willie for about a year. When we did by chance meet, I asked him about business. He lamented he was unable to get any jobs. I was puzzled because Willie was always busy. When I inquired what was the problem, this is what he told me. He reminded of one of his employees. Nacho entered this country illegally, he was a very skilled �stucco-man� and a hard worker, a couple of the reasons Willie hired him. To make a long story short, Willie found out that Nacho was going behind his (Willie) back after making a bid at a prospective customer, and under-cutting his bid, thus getting the job. For those that think this doesn�t happen on a grand scale, just look at your local home improvement centers. Contractors struggle with this aspect of illegal immigration all the time. I could cite several stories, like the time a friend (a White guy) and me. I won�t mention his name, spent the day filing out applications at fast food establishments all over this local area. We were not surprised at the results. Not one positive response form any of those applications, that he and I were both qualified to do. I say all of this only to try and illustrate the rage that Terry, me and many Americans are feeling, and goes unreported by the mass media. Overt discrimination has evolved, and this time Whites AND Blacks are the victims. This is but a snippet of the rage that Terry Anderson was conveying. He just as anyone that speaks to the truth that is really taking place in the U.S. will continue to be marginalized as bigots or racist. I shall miss my friend, he was a true American, that stood for the rule of law, understanding the dynamics of a surplus of labor and what it dose to the working mans� ability to negotiate a decent wage. Terry and I both understand that this is not ineptness on the part of the so called leaders, rather this is the plan to destabilize ALL U.S. citizens. Today by enlarge Black Americans are feeling the beginning assault, but it is a matter of time you and yours will also be affected if you haven�t already. �Today it is me... tomorrow it is you�. In the passing of my dear friend, I only lament that his passing signifies, the struggle continues, and we are not �ONE� nation under God. Am I the only one that notices when ever there are Haitians trying to illegally enter the U.S. they are turned away, or incarcerated until a deportation hearing? And well they should be turned away�.because it is ILLEGAL!!! The impotent-Obama�s aunt should have been deported as well�.but some of us know a thing or two about the privileged in America. Terry may be gone but his spirit shall remain in my heart. And I along with others will continue the fight for our nation, and recognize men and women, like Terry shall always be an inspiration to liberty, freedom , the rule of law, and the sovereignty of the United States. Rest in peace my dear friend.

They are upset that Mexico has declared war on our city by dumping their impoverished citizens, who commit various crimes and destroy education, on us. However, judging from people we interviewed yesterday at the Beverly Center, they don't seem to care if the Los Angeles Unified School District is teaching their kids that Arizona's new anti-illegal immigration law is unconstitutional. Marco Flores, a fitness trainer, thinks it doesn't matter. "The Los Angeles Unified School District is nothing but a dumping ground for children of illegal immigrants anyway. It's not like they actually teach," he laughs. Lena Yasnosian, a former teacher in Los Angeles, shows even more apathy. "In the four years I taught, I don't think I taught students one thing. I felt like a babysitter at a zoo," she laughs. "Most legal citizens in Los Angeles send their kids to private schools." Mrs. Yasnosian wonders if administrators at the worst school district in the United States ever look at themselves in the mirror to see what awful people they are. Lupe Lobato, a resident of Downtown Los Angeles, agrees with the school district's policy. "I understand illegal immmigration is a problem, but arresting people just because of their skin color is unconstitutional," she angrily says . Mrs. Lobato is a very nice and beautiful person. but like most people against the new Arizona law, she admits to not actually having read it.

I am not a lawyer, but I�m willing to move forward with a class action lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles, San Fran-left-cisco and the state of California. MayorR. Rex Parris 05/14/2008 I dug into the archive for this interview with Mayor Parris. It took place in May of 2008. He was newly elected and ready to take on the job. I wanted to speak with him this year. In spite of my efforts he's been unavailable. Because I posted the interview with Mr. Rodio, I thought it fair to at least give the Mayor some air-play albeit an older show. You can discern for yourselves between the two men. I believe a debate would have been beneficial to the voting public. However it�s been my experience interviewing politicians at all levels of government one strategy cannot be ignored�the challenger has everything to gain and the incumbent everything to lose, and picking the battlefield many times is paramount to victory or defeat.
