Maybe Johnathan wanted to tell the mayor he lied about him, kiss is butt, and play that game with someone else? Maybe he wanted to tell him he hopes to be subpoena for the Quartz Hill Cares case so he can tell the public what kind of people the mayor uses to deliver his messages. Maybe he wanted to talk about how the mayor has people wearing earphones in the audience that look like cell phone devices so he can tell the mayor what people are saying about him out there.
