Stand up for america (uncensored)
So AVO, who can’t even keep his sad lil self from deleting HIS OWN POST, just keeps trying. Just remember everyone,
AVO doesn’t want you to forget that jesus WANT’S you to be afraid of your muslim neighbors. just cuz they MAY be american citizen, and tax payers, sherry and AVO want you to know YOUR better then them!!!
and don’t let them bad, bad, neighbors ever think they got your respect, cuz, well, cuz they’ve killed SO MANY woman an children in our town.

Stand up for America
Isn’t it odd that so much is being written against Sherry for condemning the beheading of women, and against Rex for growing a christian community, but Rodio and Ledford get a walk after speaking at a rally supporting the Muslim religion. A rally that was put on by a known terrorist organization. An organization that raises money for terrorists who kill American and Israeli soldiers.
People should put aside their local politics and stand up for America and condemn this outrage.

What concerns me is a double standard this Org. can file charges and claim bigotry. For many this religion through the Koran has made it very clear death should come to Infidels. A complaint is being filed because Mr. Parris says we are growing a Christian community ! so what. It’s his opinion and what are they afraid of ? that it might be true that this valley is growing faster with Christian values ? Maybe the Islamic religion isn’t growing as fast as they had hoped and they are angry.

The problem with Rex’s comment, is not that it really has to do any thing with Christians. It’s how he said it and his capacity as Mayor that is troubling.
As an elected official, it’s your job to represent ALL people in the community (even those you disagree with.
Rex should NOT have made that statement. He, of all people, should know better.
He may not have anticipated that his comment would offend anyone, but it’s NOT just the Muslim community. It’s all non-Christians (A long list) that he seemed to exclude by his remarks.

Even if the write-in campaign is successful, she wouldn’t serve. She is subservient to King Rex. She does what her church and husband tell her to do (by her own statements). She will do what King Rex wants, without question. That’s her nature.

This is hilarious. Rodio finally figured out that with 5 candidates in the race, and 4 of them splitting up the anti-rex vote he won’t break single digits.
So now he is using DBW to try and start a write in campaign for Sherry hoping to split Rex’s vote. He really is intellectually challenged. All this will do is pull the christian anti rex vote away from him. None of this will matter if the paper prints how the Rodio, Abber and Ervin slate supported the radical muslim organization that is funding terrorism.

People say that Rodio really wants to live his father’s dream of sitting in Pete Knight’s assembly seat. That he could care less about being mayor, but if he gets stomped in the mayor’s race, he will not be able to raise enough support for the assembly seat so he is now desperate.

R Rex Parris America’s Mayor
I have supported R Rex Parris for a long time, and I have never been more proud of him than recently. Whether you agree with him or not, you have to admire his courage to do what he believes no matter if it is politically correct or not.
He stood up to the Crips, the Bloods, the Mongols, and now the radical Muslims. If every Mayor in America had his courage just imagine the possibilities.

AVO’s statement on his blog posting about the crips and bloods sounds as racist as Rex when I had to tell him to stop singling out the Crips and Bloods — black gangs. There are skinheads and many other type of gangs up here. Why make it just a black thing — but that’s how AVO and Rex think. Finally Rex stopped being so stupid and doing that but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t still feel that way.
Now it’s Sherry and the Muslims. A person of color or cultural differences begins to feel marginalized and not wanted as if white is the only acceptable skin tone.It use to be that way when African Americans couldn’t get mortgages up here and had to go to Los Angeles to get mortgages. It use to be that way when African Americans weren’t welcomed in Palmdale and Lancaster and told to head out to Sun Village. Many of our local leaders lived through those times and they seem to have adopted consciously or unconsciously that line of thinking.
AVO says he admires Mayor Rex’s courage — it’s false courage. Rex is as spooked as people get. If he wasn’t, he wouldn’t be surrounding himself with body guards even before he becamse mayor, taking stuff to calm himself down, and acting big and bad only when the cops are around. He’s got his fingers in every law enforcement pot from the sherrifs to the courthouse to the District Attorneys office to the judges. Want me to name a few judges for you and his close connection?
But what should scare us all the most is the paranoid part of Rex. If he even thinks you’ll cross him, he’ll do whatever his whim is at the moment. That’s no way for Bacca and Cooley to allow him or other Titans to operate but it’s been a way of life for a long time.
Rex is a weasel just like AVO is. He doesn’t call me and tells me he’s mad at me or how he feels. He calls my close girlfriend so she can deliver the message. He use to tell me it’s easier for him to hurt somebody when he distances himself from them. Funny, the girlfriend he was calling had already felt the brunt of his ire against her. Does he think all people just melt at the sound of his voice on the phone or forgive him for the pain he causes them because he’s Rex?
Rex is no different than the rest of us. Courage my ass! At one council meeting he saw two men in black trench coats and almost wet his pants. He didn’t know they always wear those trench coats, consider themselves bounty hunters and are always at the courthouse. Many of us know them. When he told me that was why he was a little antsy at that meeting I had to laugh. He thought they were going to pull something out from under their trench coats and shot him. That’s why we now get searched, patted down, or whatever at council meetings.
Say Boo to Rex and he tinkles like a baby. It just bothers me so much that his minions try to attack me about whatever illnesses I may have yet they don’t know the half of it about their own Master and Leader. At least I’m strong enough, courageous enough to say what I feel and not walk about surrounded by body guards.

Rex and Ron are weasels and SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON MARVIN CRIST for taking the bait.
I helped run Marvin’s last city council campaign and he was an honorable man. He was one of Rex’s biggest adversaries. He helped me financially when I needed his support.
For him to run with Rex and Ron is a disservice to what MARVIN CRIST use to stand for. But I guess at one time or another each of us must do what we must do.
And yes Marvin, some people have called me for copies of the hit mailers Rex’s group used against you last time. I haven’t released them because I owe you one big one — Italian Restaurant remember — and you know what I mean.

I’m just glad Lancaster is here. He/she does a great job of telling it like it is.
If Rex wants any chance of winning, he needs to walk away from simple minded Ron and publicly disavow what Sherry said. But he can’t.
Because he probably feels the same way they do. The slate of hate carries on and they’re encouraging other Christiams with pure hearts to think the way they do.

I get tired of the Republicans like AVO and Lifetime Dem (wink wink to my buddy) trying to focus the conversation on Obama to cover up what’s going on right here in this valley.
What’s the difference between Obama on the national level and what’s happening here on the local level? At the moment, what’s happening here has more of an impact.
Like — money that should be going to fix Lancaster’s potholes and bad roads going in the Armagossa Creek project that benefits Gilley and Visco? Rex maybe? Just what Titans? Why did Clear Channel forbide the asking of any questions about the Armagossa Creek project during the radio debates?
We worry about Obama but look at the censorship going on in our own valley. Let’s go back to White Fence Farms and who made money out there? Let’s look at whose making money off of all the zoning changes?
Yeah — jump on Obama and forget the scourge going on right here under our little noses.
Let’s look at what Titans are buying luxurious homes out of town. When will they leaving us in this dustbowl with heavy redevelopment debt?
Ah Obama, right? Forget Obama. Get with the real deal.

Avbornbred – all jokes aside and my response to you is serious because your posting is serious as well.
I respect a number of things about Rex — his intelligence, the fact that he does have a vision, his desire to always improve himself by reading and getting to know people who can teach him something. He truly is a man who wants to better himself as a way of bettering the city. But what scares me about him is that he has another side that is so tied to the ‘good old boys network’ that either he can’t or won’t shake loose. He still sees himself, from my perspective, as being beholden to Frank Visco and Jim Gilley and I don’t know why. That’s why I feel now, after spending a great deal of time with him in such an intense relationship and situation, that if it has to choose between the welfare of the citizens and city and the financial interests of his Titan buddies he won’t cross the line to be on the side of the people. I asked myself how many times will that happen though and I sadly found out it happens a lot.
People can laugh at me if they wish but as I told the L.A. Times interviewer once — I see the best of us (society) and the worse of us (society) in Rex. He’s got a sense of nurturing and a sense of destruction raging within in the same body. He can be helpful to you and destructive as well and that destruction turns into a blindness.
I thought he would be a great mayor. In some respects he has been good. But when he is deceptive he is supremely so. When he is cruel, he is supremely so.
I’m getting a doctorate in Organizational Management and I’m not even sure what kind of model of leadership he fits into. It’s sad because I saw and felt the good and I really saw and felt the bad. And for me the bad only caused me greater emotional turmoil and I had to walk away.
If he wins this race, just know what you are getting and be prepared to deal with both sides of this man’s mask.

What I find hilarious is that I heard he can’t get anybody to fill the vacancies on his commissions. Hasn’t heard that the word is out? Sit on one of those commissions at your own peril! When it all goes down (and believe me it will), they will all be REX APPOINTEES. They will wear that proud little sash across their clothing for quite a while. That’s why so many of his appointees are abandoning ship.
Get out while the gettin’s good. They’re pretty sure he won’t be re-elected and Arnold Rodio has pledged to shut down some of the “do-nothing, interface, etc.” committees, so, they don’t want to be kicked to the curb after April.

rex is just evil, well i can’t say he was always that way. he did do some good, mainly with crime. otherwise, it all went to his head. his head got big, so he needed some kiss asses to join him, he gets a few cronies to keep them in line, and there you go. the worst gang lancaster has ever seen. now i wonder in the next few months who is gonna abandon ship? we’ve all seen their true colors. it’s only a matter of time when his power tripping sends them packing and then they want to say something. grow a pair people, this guy has become evil. stand up to him, “the only thing we have to fear is fear itself!” rex is not the law he just has connections. rex is not the supreme entity people make him out to be. whatever happened to a lawful and moral mentality. i know a few things will come clean soon enough and then let’s see if he’s re-elected…….for the sake of the city, i sure hope so. there’s enough corruption in politics, local politics in lancaster seems to be by far the shadiest. the ethics in this council are beyond atrocious, lets start all calling them on it! not just here! not just at town meetings! not just at the newspapers! everywhere in lancaster you go, this is the time, let’s stop this tyranny now! if you have info to discredit these scam artists, make those calls to the grand jury or jerry browns office, call your courts, call your churches. he must be stopped! nuff said!
