Apparently someone over at Perk Place heard Frank Visco swearing up a blue streak about Rex Parris’ and Sherry Marquez recent flap. Apparently, certain groups are starting to poke their nose into areas that Frank Visco would just as soon not see the light of day!

Apparently George Runner is pretty upset too because Roy Ashburn is taking note of the local situation. We’ll see if Frank Visco forces Rex and Sherry to resign to keep the Redevelopment Agency deals under wraps.

Scully – whether you’re for real or just baiting the bloggers, the reality is that there are no deals under wraps. Everything in unearthed. It’s just a matter I’ve heard of who is going to leak it to the public, when and if the public will finally wake up.

I’m waiting to see if it’s the AV Town Crier.

Visco should be upset. If he’s not, he will be I was told. Maybe the Titans will offer someone something to keep the lid on the mess but I don’t it.

Everything’s a matter of timing. Rex and Sherry’s resignations won’t matter at this point. Do you really think someone like the A.V. TownCrier can be bought off after all this time?

Personally, I’d like to see Rex stay as mayor surrounded by 4 who would vote against him.

It reminds me of the days when Herb Nero use to joke and call Ledford ‘the Thumb" because he didn’t have anyone on the council to even second his motions. Ledford held on and the situation turned around.

Rex would make a great thumb. He would turn red, get angry, bang the gavel, step up the searches of the audience by the guards…….geeze, Rex would act like a volcano.

I say let Rex stay and make him ’The Thumb".

I think it is disgusting the way Ron Smith and Mayor Parris have treated Sherry. She is the one who is truly standing up for our Christian community. Mayor Parris says one thing to one group and then says something else to a radio station, I think he tries to tell people what their itching ears want to hear. I do not think Ron Smith or Mayor Parris are worthy of our support, I wish Sherry were running for mayor, she stands solid for our Christian values.
