New Council Promisies ... New Nothing !!!
I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE FORUM FOR WHO EVER MAY TAKE A CHANCE AT RUNNING FOR THE Q.H. COUNCIL … I TALKED TO A CAB COMPANY AND IT WILL COST ME ONLY $12.00 TO GET THERE, SO YES I WILL BE THERE … AS I SAID I WOULD BE … SO I WILL BE … NOW I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HOW MANY OTHERS MAY BE RUNNING AND TALKING THAT NIGHT AND GIVING MORE FALSE HOPES ON WHAT THEY THINK THEY CAN DO … I KNOW WHAT I WILL PROMISE … THAT WE GET TAKEN OVER BY LANCASTER … AND I WILL STATE THAT YES I WANT WALLMART TO GO IN … I JUST TALKED TO JOE DIRT … AND HE TOLD ME AND OTHERS THAT HE MAY RUN TOO … SO THERE YOU HAVE IT ONE OL LADY THAT IS A CRIPPLE … AND DIRTY OL’ MAN !!!

I thought the QH Town Council withered and died a few years ago with all the in-fighting and corruption.
You mean they’re still around?
Does anybody go to meetings? Do they have any authority?
I heard there more like a homeowners association, is that true?
I’ve only lived in the area for 5 years and never went to a meeting. Nobody seems to know much about them.

Actually NOT-in.. if it was a HOA it would have more power than it does now.
I too look forward to seeing what the plan of attack – or lack there of – is for those who are going to run.
If it is true that in fact no one has drawn papers then maybe I will and hope for change by sitting in my home and doing nothing too.
