Q.H.T.C. Undermined by the past, council
It has come to my attention, by reading the new Q.H. Connection throw away papper, that people from the old council are doing many things, and I do think that is great, I REALLY Do. Why is it that the current Council has really done nothing, and not advising the Community of many of the things that are being noted in that papper…I would like to know, about two things that were listed in that papper…1) Did Mrs. T. Get permission and/or how long did she have those plaques prior to giving them out…Was she authorized, and yes 2) Who is charge of the new Community Watch Program, and will it only cover the area, stated…But the biggest question is why at a Doughnut Shop, Kinda funny for a community watch program, Isn’t that where cops use to hang out, just wondering…

Do I have to remind some people of (1) thing that I have said before…Always remember, Those Skelatons…I think I heard that they have been Released, by someone at a locale Est. In Lancaster, but I also heard that someone has a Audio (TAPE) of someone saying a no, no…Here in Q.H. About various people, That one is supposed to be played on some website Soon….I will keep everyone posted if and when It happens…
