‘Obama Truth Team’ Orders GoDaddy
‘Obama Truth Team’ Orders GoDaddy To Shut Down Website
Information deemed “maliciously harmful to government”

Tuesday, June 26, 2012
A political website that contained stinging criticism of the Obama administration and its handling of the Fast and Furious scandal was ordered to be shut down by the Obama campaign’s ‘Truth Team’, according to private investigator Douglas Hagmann, who was told by ISP GoDaddy his site contained information that was “maliciously harmful to individuals in the government.”
Hagmann, CEO of Hagmann Investigative Services, Inc., a private investigative agency serving a roster of Fortune 500 clients, was given 48 hours by GoDaddy to find a new home for his website before it was deleted.
Hagmann was told the reason for the shut down was because the website featured “morally objectionable” material. After GoDaddy refused to identify the complainant, only saying that it was not “any official government agency,” further investigation by Hagmann revealed that the order came from a group tied to Obama campaign headquarters.
Speaking with the chief investigator in the GoDaddy Abuse division, Hagmann discovered, “Ultimately it was found that the complaint originated ostensibly with a group associated with the campaign to re-elect Barack Hussein Obama.”
Turning to his contacts within government, Hagmann then contacted spoke with another source who confirmed that the ‘Obama Truth Team’ was responsible for the shut down order.
“I’m laying this right on the doorstep of the Obama Truth Team,” said Hagmann.
The ‘Obama Truth Team’ is an outreach of the Obama 2012 re-election campaign that urges supporters to “help fight back against the attacks on President Obama and his record” by reporting supposed misrepresentations and lies. However, as ABC News reported, the ‘Truth Team’ has mischaracterized legitimate criticism as smears in an effort to chill dissent against Obama. It has also been caught fibbing on a number of other occasions.
The same methods of intimidation were also very much in force during the 2008 campaign season. Under the guise of the ‘Obama Truth Squad’, influential public figures in Missouri including St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, and Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer, promised to “respond quickly, forcefully, and aggressively” to “lies” about Obama.
As ABC News highlighted, this helped to create a chilling atmosphere in which “Missourians might be afraid of being prosecuted for criticizing Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill.”
This is by no means the first time political websites have been shut down on a whim with no due process after official pressure is brought to bear on ISPs.
In December 2010 Amazon responded to pressure by Sen. Joe Lieberman and the Department of Homeland Security by axing the Wikileaks website from its servers.
GoDaddy itself is not renowned for its support for free speech. The company lost 37,000 accounts last year over its initial failure to oppose the controversial Stop Online Privacy Act (SOPA).
Despite the fact that his son was getting married on the same weekend, Hagmann was eventually able to move his website – HomelandSecurityus.com – to another server before it was deleted by GoDaddy.
“It took an incredible number of man hours and it was a tedious (and costly) process, but I have successfully moved my site out of reach,” Hagmann told us.
Hagmann noted that his story from last month about a DHS inside source warning of coming mass civil unrest, which went viral on the Internet, was one of the primary reasons behind the effort to shut down his website.
Hagmann is now warning that any independent website which forcefully dissents against the Obama administration could be targeted next.
“I respectfully ask that you spread the word – that the Obama “Truth Team” is out in full force, scouring any U.S. based web sites of any size or influence (yet small enough to be pushed around) that contains any information deemed “objectionable” to the Obama re-election campaign. Perhaps it’s already too late. Regardless, people need to wake up now and listen to what we’ve been saying. There might not be a tomorrow,” Hagmann told us in an email.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio: “I’m Not Stopping Anything”
Real Clear Politics
Tuesday, June 26, 2012
AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio on FOX News today: “I’m not stopping anything. I’m going to continue to enforce those state laws regardless of what the federal government is trying to put pressure on me to satisfy all these activists, which by the way are in front of my building right now.”
“Three and half years they’ve been in front of my building. So, I’m not going to bend to the federal government, especially when we still have state laws to enforce.”
THANKS JOE!

AVTC and marino it took years of conditioning the public with nonsense and fear of terrorism to accomplish what they are doing today. Namely committing acts of treason against the nation and its people, but it took them years to get this done.Very few people get involved in fighting back against the traitors in office for fear of retaliation. The Obama Truth (Lie)Squad is just another sign that this immigrant in the White House will do anything to stay in power to further his agenda of destroying this nation from within the system. All you have to do is look at Obama’s mentors and associates to see this. All of them ranging from Van Jones (communist, Anita Dunn (communist), Bill Ayers (Weathermen Underground), Rev. Wright (racist america hater) to George Soros all intend to bring this nation and its people to their knees. I agree AVTC every political leader who doesn’t stand up to this treason going on should be place in prison.

Bush did many illegal things while in office. Not the least of which was to authorize the torture of children in front of their parents to elicit info in the war on terror. He also passed many illegal executive orders that no one called him on. They are all in it together just with a little different ideologies. One is more socialist, the other more national socialist!

The anti- Bush media would have crucified (a form of torture) had Bush authorized the torture of children.
Keep digging. Stop digging stories out of your ass. Demonizing our military and President Bush to meet some conspiracy theory quota is ridiculous. The UN would have pulled any support of Bush.
The incidents where harsh interrogations of children were dealt with and most justified. The gathering of information in combat zones is very important and probably saved lives.

How about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. This man was tortured for 6 months before he finally admitted to bombing buildings that were built AFTER he was in custody.
So we torture him and threaten his family until he finally confesses to things he couldn’t possibly have done but as long as media is there to record the confession that’s good enough for the sheeple.
Just one of many who have been tortured into confessions. Timothy McVeigh also falsely confessed after some time in custody. Funny how after being in custody awhile they will confess to anything.

Why dont you go read the declassified memo from John Yoo, you uninformed moron. Yeah just rely on media to tell you the truth. Why would they tell you and expose when they want the same ability when their man is in office. Does one mob family ever rat out another? Hell no, that would limit their ability.
Because I know your too lazy to go look for the memo i am enlosing the link. Spend an hour or so perusing it, you may learn something about your daddy Bush. Keep in mind that we created Al Quaida, and are now funding them in various nations as they attempt to overthrow governments at NATOs direction. They are a tool for us to use as a boogey man or to destabilize a nation.

28 U.S.C. § 1350 note § 3(b). This definition differs from section 2340’s definition in two respects. First, the TVPA definition contains an illustrative list of purposes for which such pain may have been inflicted. See id. Second, the TVPA includes the phrase “arising only from or inherent in, or incidental to lawful sanctions”; by contrast, section 2340 refers only to’ pain or suffering “incidental to lawful sanctions.” Id. Because the purpose of our analysis here is to ascertain acts that would cross the threshold of producing “severe physical or mental pain or suffering,” the list of illustrative purposes for which it is inflicted generally would not affect this analysis.51 Similarly, to the extent that the. absence of the phrase “arising only from or inherent in” from section 2340 might affect the question of whether pain or suffering was part of lawful sanctions and thus not torture, the circumstances with which we are concerned here are solely that of interrogations, not the imposition of punishment subsequent to judgment. These

‘differences between the TVPA and section 2340 are therefore not sufficiently significant to undennine the usefulness 0 f TVPA cases here.52
In suits brought under the TVPA, courts have not engaged in any lengthy analysis of what acts constitute torture. In part, the absence of such analysis is due to the nature of the acts alleged. Almost all of the cases involve physical torture, some of which is of an especially cruel and even sadistic nature. Nonetheless, courts appear to look at the entire course of conduct rather than anyone act, making it somewhat akin to a totality-of-the-circumstances analysis. Because of this approach, it is difficult to take a specific act out of context and conclude that the act in isolation would constitute torture. Certain acts do, however, consistently reappear in these cases or are of such a barbaric nature, that it is likely a court would find that allegations of such
treatment would constitute torture: (I) severe beatings using instruments such as iron barks, truncheons, and clubs; (2) threats of imminent death, such as mock executions; (3) threats of removing extremities; (4) burning, especially burning with cigarettes; (5) electric shocks to ,genitalia or threats to do so; (6) rape or sexual assault, or injury to an individual’s sexual organs, orthreatening todo any ofthesesorts ofacts; and(7) forcing theprisoner towatchthetorture of others. While we carmot say with certainty that acts falling short of these seven would not
, constitute.torture under Section 2340, we believe that interrogation techniques would have to be similar to these acts in their extreme nature and in the type ofharm caused to violate the law.
Even if an interrogation method might arguably cross the· line drawn in one of the criminal statutes described above, and application of the statute was not held to be an unconstitutional infringement of the President’s Commander-in-Chief authority, we believe that under the current circumstances certain justification defenses might be available. Standard criminal law defenses of necessity and self-defense could justify interrogation methods needed to elicit infonnation to prevent a direct and imminent threat to the United States and its citizens. The availability of these defenses would depend upon the precise factual circumstances surrounding a particular interrogation.
A. Necessity
.. We believe that a defense of necessity might be raised in certain circumstances. Often referred to as the “choice of evils” defense, necessity has been defined as follows:
Conduct that the actor believes to be necessary to avoid a harm or evil to himself or to another is justifiable, provided that:
(a)
the harm or evil sought to be avoided by such conduct is greater than that sought to be prevented by the law defIning the offense charged; and
(b)
neither the Code nor otherlaw defming the offense provides exceptions or defenses dealing with the specifIc situation involved; and
©
a legislative purpose.to exclude the justifIcation claimed does not otherwise plainly appear.
Model Penal Code § 3.02. See also LaFave & Scott, .§ 5.4 at 627. Although there is no federal statute that generally establishes necessity or other justifIcations as defenses to federal criminal laws, the Supreme Court has recognized the defense.. See United States v. Bailey, 444 U.S. 394, 410 (1980) (relying on Lafave & Scott and Model Penal Code definitions ofnecessity defense).
The necessity defense might prove especially relevant in the current conflict. As it has been described in the case= law and literature, the purpose behind necessity is one ofpublic

policy. According to Lafave and Scott, “the law ought to promote the achievement of higher values at the expense of lesser values, and sometimes the greater good for society will be accomplished by violating the literal language of the criminal law.” Lafave & Scott, at 629. In particular, the necessity defense can justify the intentional, killing of one person to save two others because “it is better that two lives be saved and one lost than that two be lost and one saved.” ld. Or, put in thelanguage ofachoice ofevils,“theevil involved inviolatingtheterms ofthe criminal law (; .. even taking another’s life) may be less than that which would result from literalcompliance with the law ( … two lives lost).” ld.
Additional elements of the necessity defense. are worth noting here. First, the defens’e is .not limited to certain types of harms. Therefore, the harm inflicted by necessity may include intentional homicide, so long as the harm avoided is greater (i.e., preventing more deaths). Id. at
634. Second, it must actually be the defendant’s intention to avoid the greater harm; intending to commit murder and then learning only later that the death had the fortuitous result of saving other lives will not support a necessity defense. ld. at 635. Third, if the defendant reasonably believed that the lesser hann was. necessary, even if, unknown to him, it was not, he may still avail himself of the defense. As Lafave and Scott explain, “if A kills B reasonably believing it to be necessary to save C and D, he is not guilty ofmurder even though, unlrnown to A, C and D could have been rescued without the necessity of killing B.” Id. Fourth, it is for the court, and not tbe defendant to judge whether the harm avoided outweighed the harm done. ld. at 636. Fifth"the defendant cannot rely upon the necessity defense if a third alternative is open and known to him that will cause less harm.

you are correct. Where did all these allergies come from. We didn’t see them when i was a kid growing up. I grew up in the SF Valley in the 50’s and 60’s. We played in the dirt, dug out forts in the ground. probably ate a ton of dirt and breathed in the dust including all sorts of weeds and other plants that used to grow in the wild.) Very few (if any) kids had any allergies.
As far as torture, etc. War is like sausage; you don’t want to know how it’s made. But it taste good. Things happen in war. War is not pretty. The men and women (boys and girls) are trained to kill in boot camp. I know, I’m a Vietnam vet. Problem is they don’t untrain you before discharge.

We as a nation condemned the torture that the nazis did before and during WW2, it shows how we as a nation has lost the moral ground we once had and the respect of the world. I do believe in some circumstances torture can be used if the information would prevent american deaths, but only in that circumstance. Many strains of Asian Flu are bioengineered and have been released,as this is more dangerous then nuclear weapons and one day it will bite the world in the ass. Cause all it takes is one germ to make us extinct as a species, no one realizes how very close we are to extinction should one of these bioengineered germs get loose from a lab.
As for Syria we should not got involed and help the muslim brotherhood since they were an unknown factor. Every time we get involved in a nation’s internal problems we do more harm than good, at least that is what I have observed over the last 40 plus years. We could also do a better job of making allies and we would have less problems.

The MSMedia still protects this scumbag traitor and all the idiots who back this marxist moron. Obama gets elected again bye bye constitution and bill of rights, any freedoms and any economic recovery, since that isn’t in his agenda but to dstroy this nation from within.Glenn Beck pointed this out many times and told how Obama was going to do it. Rush also have said how Obama is doing it to america by further conditioning the public and brainwashing with the assistance of MSMedia. Lawyers for self-confessed September 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed revealed they have asked the UN to investigate their client’s alleged torture at Guantanamo Bay military jail.
On the UN’s International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, Mohammed’s defense team revealed they had sent a “Letter of Allegation” to Juan Mendez, the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture.
The letter was sent on May 5 from Guantanamo, on the eve of Mohammed’s arraignment on charges for which he faces the death penalty.

They want to raid they gotta prove a law was broken first otherwise nobody gets in.
