Obama Administration Eyes "Eye in the Sky."
Word on the streets is that Rex Parris is in talks with the White House regarding the Eye in the Sky program. It seems that the Obama Administration is VERY interested in using the Eye in the Sky technology to monitor large crowds, strictly for public safety purposes, of course.
A government spokesman speaking on condition of anonymity said, “this is much more efficient than the satellite technology we currently have. Also, with the Sentinel program, we don’t need to go through as many channels to monitor large gatherings of people.” When asked if this might violate the Constitutional ban against unreasonable searches and seizures, the spokesman said, “Rex Parris is an attorney, as is President Obama. I’m sure they know the law better than you do.”
It seems that the Tea Party movement has inspired the Obama Administration to find other ways to “keep an eye” on who is attending these rallies, strictly in the interest of public safety. “We don’t need agitators out there stirring up trouble or using these gatherings to promote illegal anti-government activities,” the anonymous spokesman added.
No official word has been received from Parris regarding these negotiations, but some observers believe that these talks are necessary to get around Air Force Force Plant 42’s opposition to the “Eye in the Sky” program. Apparently some officials fear that the “Eye in the Sky” could be used to monitor Air Force activities at Plant 42 and Edwards Air Force Base.

What Constitutional Rights were the referring to? Oh wait, I think I remember. . there used to be a Constitution in this country. But, that’s ancient history—it hasn’t been in effect for decades and decades.

Because you no longer have freedom to assemble. No more speaking out or they bring out LRAD. If they do not like what your message is, what you are protesting, they send in police dressed like anarchist to start vandalizing and destroying things. Then they have a reason to bring in the riot police and disperse the crowd, often with many unnecessary injuries. They have been caught and admitted to using this tactic. This is a form of false flag.

This does’t make sense. The U.S. Government doesn’t need a small town Mayor/Atty or the Ruttan to pitch this idea to spy on the nation. They have their own group scientists, military men and women and engineers who I am sure have done this already. We have already seen the drones. Why would the Obama Administration go to Lancaster California for innovation on spying techniques. He doesn’t need Parris and Ruttan he has already begun to snatch all aspect of our freeedoms.

King Rex mistook the ‘eye-in-the-sky’ for ‘pie-in-the-sky’.
It’s clear that he just wants to be able to spy on those who disagree with him or who aren’t members of the LBC.
I bet it’s stationed over my home in Quartz Hill. I put up a giant anti-Wally World sign in my back yard.

Yep, Ole Mayor Rex thought the Eye in the Sky would be a captivating program and encourage people to vote for him.
If anyone will misuse the program, his entourage probably will. Don’t they flex their muscle already when they want something done their way.

I call total B.S. on this. I don’t believe there is much truth in this other than maybe Rex called white castle burger and asked to speak to Obama.
Predators already fly over parts of the Antelope Valley 5 days a week now owned by the CIA, border patrol, Airforce, Army, etc. Why would they look toward a new unproven system like Rex is suggesting when they already have systems in place with YEARS of proven experience, including current Civilian Eye in the Sky observation in Haiti.
GA is a privately held company with deep pocketed lobbying group, if they wanted to entertain this market it would be a done deal faster than Rex can organize a class action lawsuit.
