Lancaster Election
The election seems to shaping up between two camps. The Muslims championed by Rodio, Ervin and Abber against the Christians championed by Rex, Ron and Marvin. Any thoughts about who is going to win.
Don’t be too hasty. People on the inside are saying that the Muslims are now funding Rodio’s group with all the money they can spend.

What is wrong with citizens funding a candidate that they think will make better decisions? Tea smells awful good to me… the party’s already started, sorry you did not get the memo…
Wrecks seriously stepped in it. Time after time after time his decisions and actions while working for us have been for the most part questionable. It’s time to let him go before he causes any more trouble for our city.

“He has repeated over and over again that the people protesting the Marquez Facebook post are “out of towners” with “terrorist” sympathies. Drew Mercy may be able to get away with that in the AV Press, but its not true. The people who showed up to protest at the Palmdale Mosque all live here or are from here.
Rex announced today on the Pat Morrison show on NPR that the closest local Mosque is in Palmdale. Not true at all, maybe he is really unfamiliar with the east side of Lancaster, but he should try Division south of L, which I believe through there is called 5th street east. There is a beautiful Mosque there where for 6 or 7 years, the local 9/11 memorial was held.
He said he paid for the Pastor’s lunch- Not true. The city of Lancaster will be billed for that lunch and the ONLY reason he has now agreed to pay for it was it was obviously a campaign event. It’s highly illegal, several complaints have been filed with the Attorney generals office over this “lunch”. The city also provided the material for this lunch which Rex has not been billed for. Also illegal. He may think that Lancaster is his personal biggy bank, but its not.
In his KFI interview and again on NPR, he basically accused the even the MAYOR of Palmdale of being a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer or someone with terrorist ties.
This is an AMERICAN city, not a Muslim city or a Christian city. It belongs to all of us. "

Does that mean the Jewish community, Catholic and Buddist in our valley are just sitting on the sidelines looking at the 2 party election?
To claim this an “us vs them” is nothing more then an attempt to hype the “fear”.
Funny how we’ve lived with all races, religions and ways of live until this administration.

Rex is obviously running scared. He knows that this latest flap is hurting him in the Christian community.
He’s using tactics very similar to the Iranian junta. When the people start clamoring for change, those in power threaten to bomb Israel, hoping to get everybody distracted. When the people of Lancaster start expressing their displeasure for Rex, he starts castigating Muslims, hoping against hope that the people of this community hate Muslims enough.
People don’t love Rex, they fear him. Since the community is starting to view him as weak, his support will crumble quite quickly, as is already happening. I’m hearing some of his formerly staunch supporters saying that they think he’s a right wing kook: something that was unthinkable even two months ago.
I also think Rex is making a huge mistake in thinking that all Christians are like the Lancaster Baptist folks. They are not. He’s hoping that if he says Arnold Rodio is a Muslim-lover that the Christian vote will stay away from him.
I think your choic is more clear. Vote for the candidates of hate, Rex and Ron, or the candidates of peace and business.
You decide.

Since a complaint has now been filed against Lancaster and Mayor King of Christiandom, the Criminal Justice Department may be coming in.
What the heck. If the Criminal Justice department is going to visit Lancaster, why not check out everything about the City Council’s affairs and give it a totally clean bill of health. Anyone know the definition of Racketeering…..

No. 617, 91st Cong., 1st Sess. 76 (1969). However, the statute is sufficiently broad to encompass illegal activities relating to any enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce.
Section 1961(10) of Title 18 provides that the Attorney General of the United States may designate any department or agency to conduct investigations authorized by the RICO statute and such department or agency may use the investigative provisions of the statute or the investigative power of such department or agency otherwise conferred by law. Absent a specific designation by the Attorney General, jurisdiction to conduct investigations for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1962 lies with the agency having jurisdiction over the violations constituting the pattern of racketeering activity listed in 18 U.S.C. § 1961.2
In the U.S., civil racketeering laws are also used in federal and state courts.
Maybe Sherry was elected as a tool of the most High to bring attention on the city and make sweeping changes.

We might as well air all of our dirty laundry and look at some of that good stuff Debra Shelton and Michael Singer had me carry down to the FBI representative Mike DeGeneco (???)years ago. It was ignored then but the same practices seem to still prevail. Let’s air it all out and be done with pointing fingers and watching certain people’s planes take off from Fox Field to escape the Lancaster they helped create.
THANK YOUR SHERRY AND REX FOR MAKING THIS A NATIONAL ISSUE. MAYBE, JUST MAYBE YOU OPENED PANDORA’S BOX OF TRICKS.

I see they’re up to their old tricks. Beware or the scary Muslims! They pulled this same crap a few years back with that newspaper ad, and threw one of their own under the bus (or to the sharks) when it blew up.

Pure and simple, all the bloggers who say Rex seems desperate are correct. This INTENT to stir up hate and all of the lies Denise stated and Lancaster emphasized are the actions of someone who will do anything to win. He probably sees the election slipping through his fingers and he doesn’t know who or what to pound on next. His stated accomplishments of EYE IN THE SKY, REVITALIZE DOWNTOWN LANCASTER, CRIME STATS, ETC. are not going over the way he thought they would. I know how he acts when he panics. This is panic to me.
I’ve seen the Mayor come unglued before in the fact of something he thought he couldn’t control. It’s like a volcano erupting.
You ain’t seen nothing yet if he truly is in panic mode over this election. This is just Warp Drive 1. Wait until he really turns the craziness on. If the public keeps pushing his buttons he’ll get to what I call OVER WARP DRIVE.
His ego will not allow him to loose this election. The Titans cannot afford to loose control. Walmart must be built!!!!
If Walmart doesn’t get built, watch what Walmart does. I’m betting the giant will out a few people and roll some heads.
They purchased residential zoned property 3 years ago and sat on it?? Why did they feel comfortable to do that?
