Obama Administration Eyes "Eye in the Sky."
Word on the streets is that Rex Parris is in talks with the White House regarding the Eye in the Sky program. It seems that the Obama Administration is VERY interested in using the Eye in the Sky technology to monitor large crowds, strictly for public safety purposes, of course.
