Is Amnesty next for Obama to get votes far behind?
ImmigrationReform.com – US Sens Want More Guest Worker Visas
In today’s ImmigrationReform.com, FAIR’s Government Relations team takes a look at new legislation on the Hill that would add at least 10,500 annual guest worker visas for Irish nationals…even with a still depressed job market. Also, FAIR’s Director of Research Eric Ruark wonders why the President’s immigration policy is so disconnected from reality. Check out these blogs at www.immigrationreform.com.

ShareBorder Patrol Union Critical of New DHS Public Advocate for Illegal Immigrants
“The Obama administration’s appointment of a public advocate for immigrant concerns about law enforcement policies makes a “mockery of the laws of the United States,” the National Border Patrol Council said Wednesday," the Washington Times writes.
“‘The Obama administration took its next step toward amnesty for illegal aliens by naming an advocate for illegal aliens and those concerned about immigration issues,’ said NBPC Vice President Shawn P. Moran, whose group represents all 17,000 nonsupervisory U.S. Border Patrol agents. ‘Amnesty is not the answer to the immigration problems of the United States and should not be an option.’”

ShareUtah House Almost Passes E-Verify Measure; Another Vote Likely
“Rep. Stephen Sandstrom’s push for an employer-sanctions immigration measure aimed at deterring businesses from hiring undocumented workers was stopped cold Wednesday morning when the House, on a close, bipartisan vote, refused to let him open a bill file. But then, a few hours later, the Orem Republican got a reprieve from Rep. Don Ipson, R-St. George,” the Salt Lake Tribune writes.

ShareIllegal Immigrant Supporters Try to Pack Hearing on Cook County Sanctuary Policy
“Cook County commissioners will be on the hot seat Thursday as they face critics and supporters of a controversial policy directing the county sheriff to ignore requests from the feds to hold suspected illegal immigrants in jail longer,” the Chicago Sun Times writes.
“Immigration rights activists, expected to show up by the dozens at a public hearing in the downtown county board room, will call on elected leaders to stand by the new policy, which saves county taxpayers money and some of the U.S. citizens drawn in to deportation investigations, merely because of their last names.”

ShareNew Mexico House Approves Tough Driver’s License Law
“The state House of Representatives on Wednesday once again voted to pass a bill that would repeal the state law that allows undocumented immigrants to get New Mexico driver’s licenses. The bill, strongly supported by Republican Gov. Susana Martinez but labeled a wedge issue by some Democratic opponents, now goes to the Senate,” the Santa Fe New Mexican writes.

ShareAnti-Enforcement Effort Targets Border Patrol
“Last month, the Forks Human Rights Group asked Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano for an investigation into Border Patrol practices on the Olympic Peninsula. Yesterday, Napolitano got a letter from a much broader group: a coalition of organizations across northern border states,” the Seattle Weekly writes. “The letter is the latest flak for the Border Patrol, which is also facing questions from Congress members and others about possible over-funding. The scrutiny, in this state, heated up after a Forks immigrant died while being chased by agents supposedly acting as interpreters.”

ShareSpecial Interest Bill for Irish Immigrants Being Pushed in Senate
“U.S. Sen. Scott Brown — in the middle of a heated race for re-election — said today a bill he filed aimed at easing the path to legal immigration for the Irish is ‘about to pop’ on Capitol Hill with passage possible as soon as this week. ‘In Massachusetts we have such a strong demand for this because of our family and cultural ties,’ said Brown about the Irish immigration bill. ‘This is kind of a no brainer,’” the Boston Herald says. “Brown filed the bill, which would boost the number of work visas per year for the Irish to 10,500, last year but struggled to get support. U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) filed similar legislation but Republicans balked because it would allow a sort of, ‘backdoor amnesty. It wasn’t going anywhere,’ Brown said.”

I’d rather be a redneck that a liberal gobbler without a lick of intelligence and common sense. Matt like most hetrophobes complain about being bullied but have no problem bullying others. Its like the CNN Roland Martin suspended because the LGBT crowd beleived his statements were about gays and not what he meant it to be about. The atheist gobblers are even worse, what they are so concerned about Tim Tebow, so what if he doesn’t want to endorse the gay agenda it goes against his beliefs. Its why I have said that gays like every other special interest group wants to dictate to the rest of us. Just another bunch of tin pot dictators and idiots.Mattsays he isn’t concerned about illegal aliens committing crimes against americans, so why should I give a damn whether a LGBT is bullied or worse, its a two way street Matt. You went down a dead end road, what would you say if an illegal alien raped your mommy? Would it still be okay with you about illegal aliens committing crimes against americans.
If you even heard half the stories from the girls in my women’s self defense class back when I donated more of my time, you would understand. As for this site being only for people living in the AV, I fathered one child in the AV, raised my daughter there since 1978. I beleive that is more years than you have been alive. “hetrophobe” ?
Not exactly! I’m not afraid of heterosexual people and neither have I spent any amount of time bashing heterosexual people or referring to them with pejoratives. Some of my best friends in life are straight people, straight men to be specific, and I immensely appreciate the support I’ve received from them.
I really do think you have problems with your sexuality, though. All one needs to do to confirm this is refer to your string of posts above. I think you are straight with bisexual tendencies (which most straight men have) and I think you need to come to terms with those tendencies and quit lashing out at me and other gay people by calling us “faggots” constantly.
I have never said that I appreciate illegal immigrants. In fact, I have repeatedly stated that illegal immigration is less than ideal based on health circumstances and the fact that American society has re-acquired diseases we once had ridden ourselves of.
Despite my health concerns over illegal immigration, I have never scapegoated them for “taking jobs” and I’m not nearly as obsessed with them as you seem to be.

Matt you are either crazy as Roxi or just plain forgetful of what you have stated in the past.If I am Obsessed with illegal aliens its because I and many people (friends, relatives, etc.)have been like myself have been affected in the worse ways. Think what you want in regards to my sexuality, but I like women. My speaking as I do is in reflective of the same bovine excrement that I received from you and the incest retard baby Marsh.
You are correct diseases that had been eradicated years ago or due to when we did screen people before they entered the country. I know my brother caught a disease because he was stupid enough to take a dump at the same bathrooms the illegal aliens who worked at Pure Aire used, me I worked in a hospital so I waited til I got home After I saw the shitstained fingerprints where the dirtbags had wiped their shit stained fingers, I never used the company restroom again. But lets see I have been hit twice by an illegal alien who fled the scene of the accident and the other one told me they had no insurance or license.
Factor in the loss of wages, employment and the numerous break ins and loss of personal propertym ID theft and a few assaults by those wonderful who come here just to work, then I believe I have a reasonable concern like many other americans.

Cagy Wolf says...
More on my “obsession” with illegal aliens, seems either you didn’t receive the education I have. History over and over shows what happens when an immigrant society takes root. Citizens are pushed aside in favor of those immigrants, whether its education, employment, the neighborhoods etc etc.
Crime tends to rise in proportion to the percentage of immigrants, but unlike many of the immigrants like say for Italians who immigrated to the USA. Mexicans don’t want and don’t try to learn the language or attempt to become americans.
Instead the current thinking among illegal aliens groups like the Azlan Reconquestas that they are retaking back their land (amazing considering the Aztecs weren’t of the Chumash or Mohave native american tribes).
No, Matt it isn’t an obsession its an awareness of the danger if anything I wasn’t nearly active enough. All I wanted was to live in peace, attend college, but what I got living next door to 27 illegal immigrants was so many break ins that I don’t even know how many.
I have worked and lived around many immigrants, so I think I am better at knowing and understanding their mind set better than a failed 24 year old school teacher.
I saw first hand the racism by these people, mostly the mexicans and usually just the mexicans.
I saw how my brothers and sister were verabally or physically attacked in school where I couldn’t defend them when I returned from military service.
I remember quite well my brother’s friend sitting at the bus stop being killed for 30 cents and I had two friends who was chopped to pieces in the park, they were one of the nicest couples she had a pet ground rat who adored her. Annie had three boys hit by a drunk drivng illegal alien, one dead, one mentally crippled for life and one in a wheel chair for life. My only regret is that it took me so long to combat and speak out about what is happening in amerca.
Its why I find it so offensive when you and the incest baby retard called me racist, virtually all my friends in East LA were hispanics. Johnny Montoya was my best friend and even was a racist by still my buddy. In fact one night after we went to the House of Pies in Hollywood, I saw first hand how hispanics are towards Gays.
We went to a bar that used to be straight unknown to ether of us t had turned into a gay bar. I turned around and immediatly picked on the fact that the couples dancing were all men and I turned to Johnny and said, “Ah whats wrong with this picture”?
He said.“Let’s finish our beers and leave”, which we did. In the parking lot a gay bird approached Johnny and said to him, “Want to have sex with me”? Not in those words of course.
Johnny being a gang member in good standing would never let an opportunity to make some spare cash said, “Okay we will use your car”.
Johnny ripped the gobbler’s pants down and of course the gobbler said,“Hey not so rough”.
Johnny then proceeded in taking the gobbler’s money who said,“Hey what about fucking me”?
Johnny being a sort of George Lopez said, " That wasn’t enough of a fucking"?
Then proceeded in beating the queer for being stupid I assume. We left and enjoyed some more House of Pies courtesy of the faggot.
But what I learned in the many years of living in both Hollywood and East LA is that thugs respect strenght and courage. They certainly do not respect weakness, it just encourages them to make a victim out of those that show signs of weakness.
Matt you being of the LGBT crowd wouldn’t last a second, MaryLou my uncle’s cross dressing weirdo was no cake walk for the anchor babies and illegal aliens to rob. In fact the older gang members used to put the younger gangsters into robbing the “Puto”. Well Marylou kicked three punks asses one time when I was there on the scene watching, it was great amusement and entertainment for all of us.
I had beer spew out of my nose I was laughing to hard, but what if something like that happened to you Matt?
Would you still feel the same way towards those here illegally?
My neighborhood in East LA respected me cause they knew I would fight and I would fight with anything to win. But even still I did have my run ins with the gangs, my flip neighbor Tim Gehab ( Sorry Billy I know you don’t like that word)girl friend was raped by one of these animals and he got street justice for doing so and it took Johnny Montoya to quash the gangs from killing me for breaking the rapist’s arm in three places.
So please don’t lecture me on anything, you have lived a secure peaceful life, I had to fight and I had to fight as often as it was required.

Recent Crimes Committed In Arkansas By Illegal Aliens
Secure Arkansas has identified three known recent crimes committed in Arkansas by Illegal Aliens.
Man charged in fatal wreck By Gavin Lesnick – Thursday, June 17, 2010:
LITTLE ROCK – A driver who police say caused a wreck that killed a Faulkner County man Monday night has been charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and negligent homicide, prosecutors said Thursday.
Guadalupe Lopez, 32, was behind the wheel of a Ford Taurus that forced a Ford van driven by 37-year-old Gary Harp off of Interstate 40 shortly after 8 p.m. near Mayflower, Arkansas State Police said. Harp reportedly over-corrected, sending his vehicle toppling off the roadway and into a ditch. He was killed after being partially ejected.
Police, who had received reports of the Taurus driving erratically, tracked it to Lopez’ residence in Conway within hours of the wreck. There, police spoke with Lopez and determined he had a blood alcohol level above the legal limit, said Twentieth Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Marcus Vaden.
Lopez made no attempt to stop, Vaden said, and a search of his car also yielded a small amount of methamphetamine.
“(Harp) was just driving down the road, minding his own business, apparently a law-abiding citizen doing a lawful activity and he was killed,” Vaden said. “He virtually got the death penalty from a situation that was not an accident. It was a needless situation to occur.”
Investigators say Lopez, who was also driving without a license and without insurance, is an illegal immigrant. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has reportedly begun a deportation process on him.
“This is a tragic case and on behalf of my office I want to express my deepest sympathies to the family of the victim,” Vaden said in a statement. “While I am pleased the deportation process is proceeding, it is important to note that the State of Arkansas has every intention of prosecuting and punishing Mr. Lopez before he leaves this country.” Lopez is being held in the Faulkner County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
ROGERS Brothers, 28 and 34, stabbed in fight at residence; one dies by Richard Massey – Saturday, June 19, 2010
ROGERS – Police are searching for several suspects in the fatal stabbing of a Rogers man early Friday.
Samuel Little, 28, was stabbed to death during an altercation shortly after midnight, according to a news release issued by the Rogers police. His brother, Christian Little, 34, also of Rogers, was stabbed during the same fight. He is in critical condition at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, according to the statement.
Friday morning, what appeared to be blood was splattered across the front door, the front walkway and the driveway at 1712 S. H St., where the fight occurred. A dog looked out the front window of the home while a television news crew knocked on the door. An inoperable vehicle, along with children’s toys, acooler and toolbox, were in the front yard.
Neighbors said they didn’t see the stabbing but saw the swarm of police cars parked near the home after the killing. A neighbor who did not want to give his name described the household as “rowdy,” and said he sees a lot of people coming and going from the home. The neighbor said he did not know how many people lived at the house.
The suspects were described as a Hispanic male, about 5-feet-8, and “multiple other Hispanic males” who fled the scene prior to the arrival of the police, according to the release.
Rogers police said officers responded to a midnight disturbance at the residence. According to the news release, two residents were standing outside the home when three men arrived. One of them urinated in the yard and a fight ensued.
Around 12:42 a.m., police responded to another call at the residence. Police discovered the Little brothers had been stabbed, according to the release. The Littles were taken to Mercy, where the younger brother was pronounced dead.
Traffic stop nets meth; three illegal aliens held ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE – June 24, 2010
A traffic stop last week led to the arrest of three illegal aliens on drug charges, 20th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Marcus Vaden said in a news release. Officers from the Van Buren County sheriff’s office, Arkansas State Police and the 20th Judicial District Drug Task Force found methamphetamine during the Friday traffic stop, Vaden said.
David F. Tinajero, 30, and passenger Luis Lopez-Sanabia, 29, were taken into custody after the stop on U.S. 65, north of Bee Branch in Van Buren County. Search warrants were then obtained for their Mount Vernon home and for the El Indio Mexican store in Rose Bud.
At the home, agents said they found more methamphetamine, a handgun and a stolen motorcycle. Methamphetamine was also found at the store, along with another handgun and about $5,000 in cash, the news release said. The store owner, Jose “Carlos” Montalvan, 51, was also taken into custody. Tinajero, Lopez-Sanabia and Montalvan face Class Y felony drug charges, which are punishable by 10 to 40 years to life in prison, Vaden said in the release. Bail for each man was set at $1 million, Vaden said in a second news release.

Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence:
“Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave.”
- Testimony of the late Barbara Jordan, Chair, U.S. Commission Immigration Reform on Feb. 24, 1995

What Constitutes an “Invasion”?
The Founders had invasion in mind. They mentioned it four times in the Constitution, without ever defining it. Here are the citations:
Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 15: The Congress shall have the Power (to) provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 2: The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
Article I, Section 10, Paragraph 3: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
Article IV, Section 4, Paragraph 1: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestics Violence.
In the Crosshairs of Invasion
With an estimated 20 million aliens illegally in the United States and perhaps an additional 3 million added annually to that number, “It’s fair to estimate, based on a Time investigation, that the number of illegal aliens flooding into the U.S. this year will total 3 million —” Time Magazine, September 20, 2004." The question arises: Does this constitute an “invasion?” If not, what would an invasion look like? If yes, then what should the federal government be doing, in the words of Article IV, Section 4 to “protect each of them (the States) against invasion”?
“The simple truth is that we’ve lost control of our own borders, and no nation can do that and survive. We ignore America’s lost sovereignty at our peril.”
– Ronald Reagan
“Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life.”
– John F Kennedy

The real agenda
Our intentionally unsecured borders and our government’s deliberate and unapologetic lack of enforcement of our immigration laws is merely a precursor to a much larger goal – a “New America” in a borderless “North American Union.” This New America would replace the traditional self-governing “Old America” for which our founders sacrificed and our soldiers fought to preserve. The American Resistance website contains a wealth of information on plans for a borderless continent.

U.S. Spends Hundred Times More on Illegal Aliens Than on Assisting American Homeless Veterans Falls Church, VA Friday, November 18, 2005
Vets’ Leader Demands Vast Change in Spending Priorities
America is spending hundreds of times more money on benefits for illegal aliens than it is helping homeless veterans, charged a national veterans’ leader.
U. S. taxpayers are footing a bill of over $70 Billion annually in benefits for illegal aliens, in education, health care, housing and prison costs, charged MAJ Brian A. Hampton USAR (ret), President of the Circle of Friends for American Veterans. Meanwhile, Hampton said the federal government is investing less than 1% of that amount helping 300,000 homeless veterans on our streets tonight.
Hampton was speaking on a syndicated radio network, originated through 1600 Talk Radio in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Talk show host Brian Farrier said he was shocked and appalled by the misplaced spending priorities. His listeners jammed the station with calls and e-mails, voicing their outrage.
“We are a land of immigrants and we want to help everybody,” said Hampton, “but our government needs to totally change funding priorities and start with the core first, homeless veterans, veterans, the active duty and American Citizens and then work our way out.”
Hampton equated illegal aliens to those who may sneak into Disneyland and then demand free food and rides. “We have the heart,” he said, “but we do not have a money machine.”

A new study reveals 75 percent of illegal aliens who have been deported will commit another crime within a year of returning to the U.S.
The nonprofit Rand Corporation study followed inmates released from Los Angeles County jail in 2002, according to a Los Angeles Times report. The report revealed aliens who have been deported are far more likely to commit a crime – with 28 percent likely to be arrested three or more times after their release.

Arm yourself with the facts to make the best treatment choice.
CuringProstateCancer.comThirty-two percent of illegal aliens who had never been deported were arrested within a year, and 7 percent were arrested more than three times.
While the information reaches as far back as 2002, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and U.S. Department of Homeland Security have stepped up efforts to prevent illegal aliens from returning and committing more crimes.
“If you are trying to target people who are repeatedly cycled through the criminal justice system, this looks like a good risk marker,” author Laura Hickman, a researcher at Portland State University, told the Times. “It doesn’t make sense to just sweep up all deportable aliens, but to focus resources on the group who are at the most risk for committing new crimes in the community.”
While researchers admitted the findings were limited due to inability to confirm the residency status of every prisoner, they followed 517 male illegal aliens between Aug. 4 and Sept. 2, 2002.
L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca told the Times the government must make more of an effort to keep illegal alien offenders from coming back into the U.S.
“Criminals who are illegal immigrants know no limits and no boundaries,” he said. “The harder we make it for them to get across, the better.”
The jail has collaborated with immigration authorities since 2006 to search out illegal aliens. Lt. Kevin Kuykendall told the Times their most important priority is finding gang members and hard-core criminals who have previously been deported. However, he said, after they’ve been kicked out, they often come back to Los Angeles and end up in jail again.
“If they were here illegally and involved in criminality, just deporting them may not be that much of a deterrent from coming back and continuing on in their criminal ways,” he said. “We need to look at prosecuting them for coming [back] across the border.”
According to the report, the U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles has prosecuted 500 illegals who came back after being deported from October 2007 through June. One-third of all federal prosecutions in surrounding counties are for repeat offenders. Most go to jail for three to five years.
U.S. attorney’s office spokesman Thom Mrozek said capturing dangerous illegals is necessary to keep citizens safe.
“This study appears to confirm our belief that our practice of prosecuting criminal aliens has a direct effect on protecting the residents of our district,” he said. “We are doing what we can to address this demonstrated threat by prosecuting these recidivists and locking them up in federal prison.”
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has implemented “virtual” programs in jails by providing local law enforcement with federal databases. The agency deported approximately 265,700 illegals across the country between October and August 2007. ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice said “fugitive sweeps” are necessary to take dangerous criminals off the streets.
“This study underscores why criminal aliens, and in particular those who have been previously deported, are a top ICE enforcement priority,” she said. “These are individuals who have shown no respect for our laws and our borders.”

There is a good reason that until 2006, that records started being kept by the Federal Govt. actual recording of crimes committed by illegal aliens began after 9/11/2001 when those fine people on student visas flew into the World Trade Towers.
The reason is if there were accurate records kept and available to the media even MSMedia of the liberal type there would be a national outcry over this outrage.
Illegal aliens murder 12 Americans daily
Death toll in 2006 far overshadows total U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq, Afghanistan

WASHINGTON – While the military “quagmire” in Iraq was said to tip the scales of power in the U.S. midterm elections, most Americans have no idea more of their fellow citizens – men, women and children – were murdered this year by illegal aliens than the combined death toll of U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan since those military campaigns began.

CuringProstateCancer.comThough no federal statistics are kept on murders or any other crimes committed by illegal aliens, a number of groups have produced estimates based on data collected from prisons, news reports and independent research.
Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa. If those numbers are correct, it translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. That’s 21,900 since Sept. 11, 2001.
Total U.S. troop deaths in Iraq as of last week were reported at 2,863. Total U.S. troop deaths in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan during the five years of the Afghan campaign are currently at 289, according to the Department of Defense.
But the carnage wrought by illegal alien murderers represents only a fraction of the pool of blood spilled by American citizens as a result of an open border and un-enforced immigration laws.
While King reports 12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, he says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers – for another annual death toll of 4,745. That’s 23,725 since Sept. 11, 2001.
While no one – in or out of government – tracks all U.S. accidents caused by illegal aliens, the statistical and anecdotal evidence suggests many of last year’s 42,636 road deaths involved illegal aliens.
A report by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Study found 20 percent of fatal accidents involve at least one driver who lacks a valid license. In California, another study showed that those who have never held a valid license are about five times more likely to be involved in a fatal road accident than licensed drivers.
Statistically, that makes them an even greater danger on the road than drivers whose licenses have been suspended or revoked – and nearly as dangerous as drunk drivers.
King also reports eight American children are victims of sexual abuse by illegal aliens every day – a total of 2,920 annually.
Based on a one-year in-depth study, Deborah Schurman-Kauflin of the Violent Crimes Institute of Atlanta estimates there are about 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States who have had an average of four victims each. She analyzed 1,500 cases from January 1999 through April 2006 that included serial rapes, serial murders, sexual homicides and child molestation committed by illegal immigrants.
As the number of illegal aliens in the U.S. increases, so does the number of American victims.
According to Edwin Rubenstien, president of ESR Research Economic Consultants, in Indianapolis in 1980, federal and state correctional facilities held fewer than 9,000 criminal aliens. But at the end of 2003, approximately 267,000 illegal aliens were incarcerated in all U.S. jails and prisons.
While the federal government doesn’t track illegal alien murders, illegal alien rapes or illegal alien drunk driving deaths, it has studied illegal aliens incarcerated in U.S. prisons.
In April 2005, the Government Accountability Office released a report on a study of 55,322 illegal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, and local facilities during 2003. It found the following:
The 55,322 illegal aliens studied represented a total of 459,614 arrests – some eight arrests per illegal alien;
Their arrests represented a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses – some 13 offenses per illegal alien;
36 percent had been arrested at least five times before.
“While the vast majority of illegal aliens are decent people who work hard and are only trying to make a better life for themselves and their families, (something you or I would probably do if we were in their place), it is also a fact that a disproportionately high percentage of illegal aliens are criminals and sexual predators,” states Peter Wagner, author of a new report called “The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration.” “That is part of the dark side of illegal immigration and when we allow the ‘good’ in we get the ‘bad’ along with them. The question is, how much ‘bad’ is acceptable and at what price?”

And america’s dirty little secret that the FBI doesn’t report clearly or accurately. Also the the debt contribution caused by providing welfare and other social services to the Federal Govt. is 113 billion dollars every year.
Factor inthe reckless 138,000 work visas issued every month you can certainly understandthat the american dream has gone to illegal aliens and not to the american citizen who is unemployed.

Also, between 2000 and 2005, the number of young (16 to 34) native-born men employed declined by 1.7 million – at the same time, the number of new male immigrant workers increased by 1.9 million. Illegal aliens linked to rise in crime statistics
By Jim Kouri
The former Immigration and Naturalization Service estimated that as of January 2000 the total unauthorized immigrant population residing in the United States was 7 million. This total includes those who entered the United States illegally and those who entered legally but overstayed their authorized period of stay.
A more recent study estimated that there were about 10 million illegal aliens living in the United States as of March 2005. The study estimated that nearly 700,000 aliens entered the United States illegally or overstayed their authorized period of stay each year between 2000 and 2004. Some experts believe this is a overly conservative figure and that illegal immigrants number close to 20 million.
At the same time, after a steady annual reduction in crime, the annual FBI Uniform Crime Report reveals a slow but sure yearly increase in crime, especially violent crime. Some criminologists attribute the rise in crime to illegal aliens who come into the United States with a criminal background.
Many illegal aliens in the United States have been arrested and incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails, adding to already overcrowded prisons and jails. The US Justice Department issued a report on criminal aliens who are incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails.
The report contained information on the number of criminal aliens incarcerated, their country of citizenship or country of birth, and the cost to incarcerate them. Congress also requested that the Government Accounting Office provide information on the criminal history of aliens incarcerated in federal and state prisons or local jails who had entered the country illegally.
In the population study of a sample of 55,322 illegal aliens, researchers found that they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien. Nearly all had more than 1 arrest. Thirty-eight percent (about 21,000) had between 2 and 5 arrests, 32 percent (about 18,000) had between 6 and 10 arrests, and 26 percent (about 15,000) had 11 or more arrests. Most of the arrests occurred after 1990.
They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien. One arrest incident may include multiple offenses, a fact that explains why there are nearly one and half times more offenses than arrests. Almost all of these illegal aliens were arrested for more than 1 offense. Slightly more than half of the 55,322 illegal aliens had between 2 and 10 offenses.
About 45 percent of all offenses were drug or immigration offenses. About 15 percent were property-related offenses such as burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and property damage. About 12 percent were for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes.
The balance was for such offenses as traffic violations, including driving under the influence; fraud — including forgery and counterfeiting; weapons violations; and obstruction of justice.
Eighty percent of all arrests occurred in three states — California, Texas, and Arizona. Specifically, about 58 percent of all arrests occurred in California, 14 percent in Texas, and 8 percent in Arizona.

How To Report Illegal Aliens – Updated DHS Version!
By Juan Mann on March 10, 2003 at 1:00am
March 10, 2003
See also: The Struggle To Report Illegal Aliens: A Status Report
With all this hoopla about homeland security, why isn’t there a “Terrorism Information and Prevention System” that Americans can really use? Why not start reporting illegal aliens and criminal alien residents?
Illegal aliens are subject to deportation at any time. Their very presence violates federal law.
Lawful permanent resident aliens – that is, anyone with a “green card”– also can become deportable if they are convicted of certain crimes. These criminal alien residents can lose their permanent resident status and be deported right along with the illegal aliens and non-immigrant visa overstayers – if the proper authorities only knew about them.
The new Department of Homeland Security is the proper authority to whom to report the presence of
illegal aliens,
non-immigrant visa violators, and
green card holders who have been convicted of crimes.
The DHS has background information on reporting “suspected illegal aliens or suspected illegal immigration activity.” For now, this link sends you right back to the former Immigration and Naturalization Service field offices, now part of the DHS’ service-oriented Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services – BCIS.
Though it looks like BCIS took over the INS web site, all the law enforcement agents are still at the former INS field offices anyhow, since no new facilities sprang up overnight when the INS left the Department of Justice on March 1, 2003.
The law enforcement components of the former INS are now called the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement – BICE (field offices) and the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection – BCPS (field offices).
To report an illegal alien, look up the nearest existing field office and ask for the (BICE) Investigations Division or the “Enforcement Office.” If you cannot speak with a Special Agent from the Investigations Division, ask to speak to a Deportation Officer from the Detention and Removal unit. Make a report over the phone or go in person.
You are performing a vital public service by doing this. Officers in these divisions are obligated by law to make a written record of your report.
The groups U.S Border Control and illegalalien.net also list ex-INS field office contact numbers.
If you live in a border area – roughly, within 50 miles of the border – you have the better option of reporting the presence of illegal aliens to the nearest BCBP or Border Patrol field office. You can either call or go in person.
If there is no Border Patrol station listed nearby, contact the nearest Sector Office to find out if there is a local sub-station that is not listed on the web site.
Like the former INS, the Department of Homeland Security still doesn’t have a way to report illegal aliens over the internet. But the Federal Bureau of Investigation does!
Thanks to a recent delegation of authority by Attorney General John Ashcroft to the FBI Director, all Special Agents of the FBI now have the power to enforce immigration law.
So send your internet tips to the FBI on https://tips.fbi.gov/ or contact them the old-fashioned way, by calling or writing one of the FBI field offices.
(The DHS has a guide for how to “report a missing person suspected of falling victim to dangers along the border.” This public service is part of the “border safety initiative” of its alien-friendly BCIS – proving that the BCIS already is living up to its legacy as the reincarnation of all the INS “customer service” bureaus.)
Illegal aliens and criminal alien residents might be up to some type of fraud against the Social Security system too. For them, false documents are a way of life. The Office of Inspector General of the Social Security Administration operates a fraud hotline for reporting misuse of social security cards and false statements on claims – whether by employers or employees.
Prosecuting Social Security fraud has been used successfully to tie-up terrorist suspects, even if they are not illegal aliens. Report criminal violators to the FBI for prosecution by the U.S. Attorney.
Though it has been accused of giving cover to illegal aliens through tax ID numbers, the Internal Revenue Service also accepts citizen reports on general tax fraud including “earned income tax credit” abuse. The IRS’ criminal investigation division handles employment tax fraud reports.
The Department of Health and Human Services maintains a hotline for reporting Medicare or Medicaid fraud, child non-support, AFDC fraud, and abuse of related programs.
Also, believe it or not, all male illegal aliens (as well as male permanent resident aliens, ages 18 through 25) must register with the Selective Service System. If they do not register, they can be prosecuted for a felony and fined up to $250,000 and/or be put in jail for up to five years. They also may not then be eligible for U.S. citizenship.
And there are state penalties for failing to register. Selective Service registration is conveniently available in Spanish. Report draft registration violators to the FBI for prosecution by the U.S. Attorney.
What will the DHS actually do when you call?
It will take the information down, as it is legally obligated to do….and quite probably not much else.
It may get interested in a criminal alien, an alien that’s the subject of some other type of investigation – for example an Arab terrorist, an alien smuggler – or an alien who has been deported before.
Non-criminal aliens might be sent a letter by the Deportation and Removal section, saying, in effect, “Dear Mr. Alien, you have been already ordered removed by an immigration judge, or we know you have overstayed your status, please come in to the office to be deported, bring one bag.” (These are known as “run letters,” for obvious reasons.) But even this doesn’t always happen.
But none of this should make any difference to VDARE.COM readers. Your report will be on record. The government will know about it – and will know we know it knows about it.
The Chinese say a journey of a thousand miles must start with one step. Americans can start regaining control of their borders – and of their nation’s destiny – with one phone call.

President’s Budget Seeks Cuts in Immigration Enforcement
Last week President Obama renewed his effort to undermine immigration enforcement by releasing a budget for FY 2013 that cuts funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and important programs it oversees. (See DHS Budget in Brief FY2013) The President’s FY 2013 budget proposes cutting ICE, the nation’s chief immigration enforcement agency, by four percent. It also proposes cutting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)—the agency within DHS that trains approximately 90 federal law enforcement agencies, including ICE agents—by five percent.
In addition to cutting ICE’s overall budget, the President’s FY 2013 budget specifically proposes cutting the 287(g) federal-local law enforcement program by $17 million. The budget describes what is essentially a phase out of the 287(g) program in favor of the expansion of Secure Communities, calling the cut a “realignment and reduction of 287(g)” that will “reduce[] the 287(g) program” as ICE implements Secure Communities nationwide. (Id. at 101) ICE plans to implement the cuts by “discontinuing the least productive 287(g) task force agreements in those jurisdictions where Secure Communities is already in place and …suspend[ing] consideration of any requests for new 287(g) task forces. (Id. at 16)
DHS justifies the cut to this important program by stating that Secure Communities is “more cost effective” than 287(g). (Id. at 101) However this justification ignores that the 287(g) program and Secure Communities work in fundamentally different ways. The 287(g) program trains local law enforcement officers to identify whether an individual is an alien, and if so, whether that alien is lawfully present. These 287(g)-trained officers may work either in a local jail or on a law enforcement task force out in the community. (See ICE 287(g) Fact Sheet)
Meanwhile, Secure Communities functions by taking digital fingerprint scans of individuals booked at a local jail house and bouncing those electronic files against the Department of Homeland Security’s immigration database at the same time the prints are sent to the FBI for a criminal background check. (See Secure Communities webpage) If there is a hit, DHS automatically relays that information to the local law enforcement agency and the local ICE office, which may place a detainer on the alien. (Id.) While Secure Communities is an efficient and effective program, it only works to identify an alien if the alien’s fingerprints are already in the DHS immigration database. Aliens who have illegally entered the U.S. and have not yet come in contact with law enforcement will not have their fingerprints in the system, nor will illegal aliens who have come into contact with the system before the Secure Communities program was operational.
From a broader perspective, the proposed cut to the 287(g) program represents the Obama Administration’s unrelenting assault on local law enforcement agencies that wish to enforce federal immigration laws. The Administration has taken numerous steps to curb state and local enforcement of immigration laws, including the extraordinary step of suing Arizona, Alabama, and South Carolina to block the implementation of their state immigration enforcement laws. The proposed cut also signals an effort by the Obama Administration to circumvent Congressional intent by gradually starving a program that Congress enacted into law (the name 287(g) referring to the section where the program can be found in the Immigration and Nationality Act).
This week, various Committees in the House began to hold hearings on the Obama Administration’s FY 2013 budget. Over the next few months, Members will decide which portions of the Administration’s recommendations to adopt or reject through the passage of spending (appropriations) bills.
Illegal Alien Arrested in Plot to Bomb U.S. Capitol
The FBI last Friday arrested an illegal alien carrying a gun and wearing what he believed was a suicide vest filled with explosives that would enable him to blow up the U.S. Capitol. (Associated Press, Feb. 19, 2012) The arrest, which took place inside a garage just blocks from the Capitol, was the culmination of a year-long investigation, during which the alien told undercover FBI agents of his desire to kill members of the military, attack a synagogue, and finally the Capitol building. (Id.)
According to the FBI affidavit, the suspect, Amine El Khalifi was an alien of Moroccan descent who entered the United States at the age of 16 and overstayed his visitor’s visa for years. (Id.; See also The Washington Post, Feb. 17, 2012) El Khalifi was unemployed, living in Northern Virginia, and had been nearly evicted by his landlord for failure to pay rent. (Associated Press, Feb. 19, 2012)
However, the alien’s illegal presence in the U.S. was not what alerted authorities to investigate El Khalifi. [Despite a Congressional mandate, the Department of Homeland Security still has not developed a biometric exit system that can determine whether aliens leave the U.S. when required.] Instead, the investigation began with an anonymous tip. (Id.) According to the government affidavit, an FBI informant brought El Khalifi to the attention of law enforcement in January 2011 after he told a group meeting at an Arlington, Virginia residence that they “needed to be ready for war." (CNN International, Feb. 18, 2012)
In short court appearance Friday, the FBI formally charged El Khalifi with plotting to bomb the U.S. Capitol and attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction against federal property. (CNN International, Feb. 29, 2012) El Khalifi is scheduled for a bond hearing on Wednesday. (Associated Press, Feb. 19, 2012)
House Appropriators Question Administration’s Priorities
Members of the House Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee grilled Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano on Wednesday during a 2013 budget hearing on her department’s improper utilization of Congressionally-approved funds.
In his opening statement, Subcommittee Chair Robert Aderholt (R-AL) admonished Secretary Napolitano for claiming the department lacks resources sufficient to enforce U.S. immigration law as a way to push the Administration’s amnesty agenda. “[T]his Administration chooses to apply the term ‘priorities’ as a convenient excuse to avoid enforcing our immigration laws and ignore legislative mandates….” he said. (Rep. Aderholt Opening Statement, Feb. 15, 2012)
Chairman Aderholt also questioned the Department’s decision to cease rolling out Secure Communities in his home state of Alabama as retaliation for the State’s immigration enforcement law, H.B. 56. (Bloomberg Government Transcript, Feb. 16, 2011; see also FAIR Legislative Update, Jan. 23, 2012) He pointed out that Secure Communities is fully deployed in two other states the Administration is suing over their immigration enforcement laws, telling Napolitano, “The safety of Alabamans is certainly not a lesser concern….” (Bloomberg Government Transcript, Feb. 16, 2012) The Secretary nonetheless stood by her decision to postpone implementation of the program designed to detect criminal illegal aliens until the Justice Department’s lawsuit against the State is fully litigated before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. (Id.)
Several members echoed Chairman Aderholt’s concerns over the Administration’s refusal to enforce U.S. immigration laws. Chair of the full House Appropriations Committee, Hal Rogers (R-KY), criticized the Obama Administration for “turning a blind eye” to illegal aliens who had not committed additional crimes and likened the policy to a form of amnesty. To this charge, Napolitano merely responded that the term “amnesty” is “way too overused with respect to immigration.” (Id.)
Rep. John Culberson (R-TX) challenged Napolitano on circumventing Congressional intent by selectively enforcing the law. He asked Secretary Napolitano which categories of illegal aliens the Department refuses to prosecute. When Secretary Napolitano described those who would qualify for amnesty under the failed DREAM Act, he pointed out to her that Congress had already expressly rejected such an amnesty. You are describing “essentially those people defined by the DREAM Act, which did not pass Congress,” he scolded her. (Id.) “It’s not the law, but you’re making it the law.” (Id.)
Later that day Secretary Napolitano also appeared before the House Homeland Security Committee. There, members of the committee not only voiced objections to the President’s administrative amnesty program, but also questioned the Secretary about the Administration’s proposed cuts to the 287(g) program.
Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL) expressed dismay over the Department’s decision to reduce funding to the program by 25 percent. The “287(g) program has been just an outstanding force multiplier and [is] relatively inexpensive… So, I’d hate to see no additional communities be added,” he said. (Bloomberg Government Transcript, Feb. 16, 2012) Ignoring critical differences between the 287(g) and Secure Communities programs, Secretary Napolitano responded that the cuts were due to the Administration’s plans to deploy Secure Communities nationwide by 2013 and that Secure Communities is the Administration’s “preferred” program for identifying illegal aliens. (Id.)Secure Communities identifies aliens who have fingerprints on file with the Department of Homeland Security upon police booking them into jail, whereas 287(g) trains officers on how to identify illegal aliens.
Taking it one step further, Rep. Scott Rigell (R-VA) focused not just on proposed cuts to the program’s funding, but on the Administration’s attempts to eliminate it entirely. “Under the administration, not one 287(g) task force application [] has been approved,” he said. (Id.) Admitting the 287(g) program’s effectiveness, Secretary Napolitano again responded that Secure Communities was the Administration’s preferred program, claiming that it helps the Department “target appropriately the population that [it] want[s] to prioritize in removal, which are criminal aliens.” (Id.)
Congress Opts to Continue Giving Tax Dollars to Illegal Aliens
During closed-door negotiations last week, House and Senate leaders stripped a key provision from the payroll tax cut bill that would have prevented illegal aliens from qualifying for the additional child tax credit (ACTC). Leaders caved on the language in spite of an U.S. Inspector General report revealing that illegal aliens received $4.2 billion in refundable tax credits in 2010, primarily through the ACTC. (See TIGTA Report 2011-41-061, July 7, 2011; see also FAIR Legislative Update, Sept. 6, 2011)
The provision members struck from the bill – similar to legislation introduced by Rep. Sam Johnson (R-TX), Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA), and Senator David Vitter (R-LA) – would close this tax credit loophole by requiring that individuals who claim the ACTC provide a valid Social Security Number (SSN). (FAIR Legislative Update, Nov. 21, 2011) Currently, the IRS only requires applicants for the ACTC to provide an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), which the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) indiscriminately hands out to illegal aliens.
Although twenty House and Senate members were assigned to negotiate the final version of the bill, media outlets widely reported that the final package was crafted by Congressional leaders: House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Sen. Finance Chair Max Baucus (D-MT), and House Ways and Means Chair Dave Camp (R-MI). (Politico, Feb. 16, 2012)
Speaker Boehner threw his support behind the deal. This is “a fair agreement and one that I support,” he told reporters. (Washington Post, Feb. 16, 2012) Majority Leader Reid also spoke favorably of the agreement, “I am glad that most of my Republican colleagues put the interests of the middle class ahead of politics,” he declared in a statement. (Fox News, Feb. 16, 2012)
The $4.2 billion taxpayers doled out to illegal aliens in 2010 reflects a four-fold increase in refundable tax credits paid to illegal aliens over the last five years. A previous report issued by the Treasury Inspector General revealed Americans paid $924 million in 2005. (See FAIR’s Website) The Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation determined that if Congress were to fix this burden on U.S. taxpayers, it would save Americans at least $10 billion if the benefit expires in 2012, and $24 billion by 2021. (Human Events, Sept. 21, 2011)
Congress passed the payroll tax package without the ACTC provision Friday. (See House Roll Call Vote #72; see also Senate Roll Call Vote #22) President Obama is expected to sign the deal.
Immigration Subcommittee Examines USCIS “Get-to-Yes” Culture
On Wednesday, the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement held a hearing to investigate allegations that United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officials improperly pressured its employees to rubberstamp visa applications. In January, the USCIS Office of Inspector General issued a report uncovering a pervasive “get-to-yes” culture within the department, wherein supervisors encouraged adjudicators to abandon thorough reviews of applications in favor of quick approvals. (OIG-12-24 Report, Jan. 2012; see also FAIR Legislative Update, Jan. 9, 2012)
Subcommittee Chairman Elton Gallegly (R-CA) noted that USCIS’ own data demonstrates that approval of immigration benefits is at an all-time high under the Obama Administration. The data “shows that the overall denial rate for non-immigrant worker visas has fallen over 30 percent since President Obama took office in 2009, and that the approval rate for all immigrant benefits is at an all-time high of 91 percent.” (Rep. Gallegly Press Release, Feb. 15, 2012)
House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Lamar Smith (R-TX), viewed this data not as a new trend, but as a long-standing pattern at USCIS. The “mindset of quantity over quality has not ended at USCIS. In fact, according to the [Inspector General] report, nearly 25 percent of immigration service officers that responded to this survey have been pressured to approve questionable applications,” he said.
Rep. Smith also questioned whether the rubberstamping of immigration applications was expressly ordered by USCIS leadership. (Rep. Smith Press Release, Feb. 15, 2012) This was an apparent reference to USCIS Director, Alejandro Mayorkas, whose name was mentioned in statements from several USCIS employees who claimed he asked them, “Why would you be focusing on [fraud] instead of approvals?” Allegations against Mayorkas also included referring to workers who denied too many applications as having “black spots on their hearts,” implying that thorough checks were of secondary importance and called one’s level of compassion into question. (Sen. Grassley Press Release, Oct. 15, 2010)
Mayorkas, who was the first witness to testify before the Subcommittee, vehemently denied these accusations, claiming “Any suggestion that I downplayed fraud…is categorically false.” (Bloomberg Government Hearing Transcript, Feb. 16, 2012) Rather, Mayorkas professed that adhering to the law is of “paramount importance” to him. (Id.) “There should not be a culture of get-to-yes nor should there be a culture of get-to-no…but rather the culture…of getting it right,” he said. (Id.)
Another witness, Mark Whetstone, President of the National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council and former employee of Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS), also denied the existence of a coined “get-to-yes” culture. (Id.) Nonetheless, he conceded that conditions such as lack of training and pressures to approve applications exist and can lead to higher approval rates. (Id.) “The pressures to move the workload might have a lot to do with that and coupled with adjudicators’ discomfort with the level of training that they have in the area of detecting fraud,” Whetstone said. “We got reports from individuals saying that their supervisors discourage referral to the fraud detection officers,” he added. (Id.)
Charles Edwards, acting inspector general of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), offered similar concerns in his testimony, confirming that “several USCIS employees informed us that [Immigration Service Officers] have been required to approve specific cases against their judgment.” (Id.)
Wednesday’s hearing came less than one month after President Obama’s issuance of an executive order to speed up processing times of nonimmigrant visas, adding to existing pressures to review applications quickly. This latest Obama immigration initiative will shorten the review time and relax the screening process for not only the tens of millions of tourists and business travelers who enter the U.S. each year, but also for hundreds of thousands of guest workers. New Mexico Senate Insists on Giving Driver’s Licenses to Illegal Aliens
Last week, the New Mexico Senate rejected legislation that would bar illegal aliens from obtaining driver’s licenses in the state. (Las Cruces Sun-News, Feb. 14, 2012) Earlier in the month, the State House passed H.B. 103, a bill that essentially barred illegal aliens from getting a driver’s license by requiring applicants to submit a valid Social Security Number, not merely an individual taxpayer identification number (known as an ITIN) as currently permitted under state law. (See FAIR Legislative Update, Feb. 8, 2012) The House sent H.B. 103 to the Senate, but the Senate killed it by refusing to take up the bill with only days left in the legislative session. (Associated Press, Feb. 14, 2012)
Instead, the New Mexico Senate last Monday passed “alternative” legislation that made smaller changes to the State’s existing driver’s license law. (Las Cruces Sun-News, Feb. 14, 2012) That bill, S.B. 235, amends the documentation requirements to establish identity and residency and requires that a driver’s license issued to a foreign national presenting an ITIN be valid for only two years. (See S.B. 235 as introduced) The bill also allows the State to revoke a driver’s license if the applicant did not submit a Social Security Number and there is “reasonable articulable suspicion” that the individual no longer resides in New Mexico. (See S.B.235 as amended) The Senate passed S.B. 235 by a vote of 27-15—an essentially party-line vote, as only one Democrat joined the 14 Republicans who opposed the measure. (Associated Press, Feb. 14, 2012)
With the end of New Mexico’s legislative session on Friday, both the House and Senate bills are dead. But Governor Martinez, who strongly supports banning driver’s licenses for illegal aliens, said she wouldn’t have signed the Senate proposal even if it passed the Legislature. (Associated Press, Feb. 14, 2012) “New Mexicans do not want a law in place that continues to provide driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants, period,” said Martinez. (Id.) Martinez has promised to push the issue as long as she is Governor. (Id.)

So much for the Statue of Liberty: “The New Colossus” by Emma Lazarus:
“Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shores. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door.”
I agree that the 1,000’s of Americans out of work should have ‘first-dibs’ on ANY job that surfaces that they’re qualified for – including Veterans who just arrived home.
I believe what the “problem” is, is that Foreign Investment/Corporations in this country DON’T WANT TO PAY INTO SOCIAL SECURITY, Medicare, etc; and instead want to import their countrymen on Visas, which allow them avoid the US ‘entitlements’ – which basically keep this country going.
As for ‘illegals’ voting – it’s up to the STATES to verify a person’s application to VOTE. This is the only way they can get on the rosters at the polling district. If there’s corruption within a certain state system that is allowing those not qualified to vote, then it’s ELECTION FRAUD, not voter fraud.
