Time for another illegal immigration story
As the new year is starting up and swinging the forefront of the issues being discussed again illegal immigration is being neglected by MSMedia and the candidates.
So here are some feel good about illegal alien stories of these fine people who only come here to work.
1.Man Accused In Baby Death Had Been Recently Deported
Police Say Juan Galindo Admitted He Was High On Meth During Assault
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Federal agents said the man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a 1-month-old baby girl had recently sneaked back into the United States after being deported to Mexico four months before the crime.

Police released a recording of the 911 call that indicated the baby was already dead before anyone contacted the authorities.
“(The) baby was taking a bottle and choked and couldn’t stop, and the baby has now passed away,” the caller told a 911 operator.
According to a criminal complaint, sheriff’s deputies found a 4-week-old baby girl battered, with blood pooling around her clothes all the way into the footie of her Onesie. Officers said the baby had two black eyes, a bite mark on her cheek, brain bleeds, a lacerated liver and anal and vaginal tearing. The 911 operator asked the family to perform CPR, but it was too late.
“The baby’s gone,” the caller said.
Authorities said they arrested 37-year-old Juan Galindo on charges of sexual assault and child abuse resulting in death. Officers said Galindo admitted he was high on meth when he assaulted the baby.
According to court documents, the baby’s mother was at a casino early Thursday morning while her daughter was subjected to the fatal sexual assault. Court documents also said Galindo had tried to revive the baby, but when he couldn’t, he took her lifeless body outside and sat with her on the porch for three hours.
According to the criminal complaint, the baby also had rib fractures in various stages of healing, which indicate that she had withstood abuse for over a period of time.
Immigration officials said Galindo, a convicted felon, may face 20 years in prison just for coming back into the country. Investigators said it’s still unclear if anyone else will face charges in the incident.

Poor little thing…1 month old! Horrific and hard to find the words to express the digust I feel about this.
A slow painful death for him would be fitting. No life sentence, no lethal injection just put him with the general population. Tell the other inmates what he did and look the other way!

Bethany, OK – On December 21, Bethany Police Chief announced the arrest of Francisco Gomez, 31, who has been charged with multiple drug trafficking charges and is believed to have knowledge of the grisly murder of 19-year-old Carina Saunders.
Gomez’ co-defendant, Jimmy Lee Massey (aka “Big Country”), 33, was already in custody. Both are allegedly members of a drug/sex trafficking ring operating in Oklahoma.

According to an affidavit, Massey has admitted to kidnapping another woman and forcing her to watch as Saunders was tortured to death on October 9, 2011. Massey also told investigators how the young woman’s body was then dismembered.
On October 13, Saunders’ remains were discovered inside a duffel bag behind the Homeland grocery store at NW 23 and Rockwell Avenue. She had been beheaded and could only be indentified through dental records.
Massey also told and investigators that Saunders was killed simply to send a message of to the kidnapped woman as well as other women to comply with those running the prostitution ring.

Chief Cole expects more arrests in the case. Many of those now under investigation are said to be Mexican nationals (Suspected Illegal Aliens) and the drug/sex trafficking ring is reportedly directly connected to one of the cartels.
Though the mainstream press has failed to report on the growing cartel and Latin American gang violence in this country, beheadings and torture killings are nothing new.
-In 2005, two MS-13 members were convicted in an Alexandria, Va. United States District Court for killing a 17-year-old pregnant girl. A rope was placed around the neck of Brenda Paz, she was then stabbed repeatedly. Her body was then left along the muddy banks of Virginia’s Shenandoah River. The murder was retribution for the girl’s cooperation with a federal investigation into the gang’s activities.
MS-13 (or Mara Salvatrucha) was formed by Salvadoran, mostly illegal immigrants in the 1980’s, during El Salvador’s civil war. While the gang was originally made up exclusively of Salvadorans, they now accept all Central Americans as well as Mexicans. MS stands for Mara (slang for mob), Salva (El Salvador), Trucha (slang for on-guard).
MS-13 began in Los Angeles and as members moved deeper into the country, more loosely structured gangs or cliques were formed. However, these cliques continued to communicate with one another, and the network was formed.
Over the years, MS-13 has become better structured, and the FBI believes that the gang’s L.A. members have a higher status among the group. The gang typically targets high school and even middle school students for recruitment.
-In October 2007, three Mexican nationals were charged with first-degree murder in the death of Mario Lopez, 27, also a Mexican national whose decapitated body was found a month earlier in the Atchafalaya River.
-On April 8, 2008, while testifying before the Florida House of Representatives in support of tougher immigration enforcement measures, Bill Stewart, Deputy Chief of Staff for Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum said: “Florida is the number one state in the nation for human trafficking. And I will just leave you with a recent story that occurred in the panhandle.”
“There were several girls that were trafficked into the panhandle from Mexico. These girls were raped repeatedly over a week’s period of time, and one of them actually resisted while she was being raped.”
“So the smugglers grabbed all of these girls, chained them in chairs, and put them in a room. They brought in the girl who refused to be raped, and they beheaded her, in front of all of the other girls that were in that room. And they left them there, with her body, and those little girls, for several hours,” Stewart concluded.
-In March 2011, police in Chandler, AZ, announced that the man found beheaded in his apartment in October 2010 was killed after he stole from Mexican drug smugglers, who in turn, hired assassins to murder him.
According to Chandler police, Martin Alejandro Cota-Monroy, 38, stole 400 pounds of marijuana and methamphetamine from the El Chapo drug trafficking organization, and told the cartel that the drugs had been seized by the Border Patrol.
When the cartel discovered that Cota-Monroy lied to them, they hired hitmen to kidnap and murder him.
On October 10, 2010, Cota-Monroy’s neighbor found him lying in a pool of blood, decapitated.
Chandler police Detective David Ramer told reporters: “It was a very gruesome scene. Anytime you see a headless body stabbed multiple times, obviously that’s gruesome. And this is a message being sent — not only are they going to kill you but they’re going to dismember your body, and ‘If you cross us, this is what happens.’”
As the cartels and foreign gangs specializing in drug/sex trafficking continue to spread throughout the United States, there will undoubtedly be more little girls forced into prostitution as well as more grisly murder scenes.
Americans need to know that just because the mainstream press doesn’t cover it…doesn’t mean it is not happening.

Last September, marking the 9/11 tenth anniversary, the ACLU published a report titled, A Call to Courage: Reclaiming Our Liberties Ten Years After 9/11."
Who then could have imagined America engaged in: out-of-control imperial lawlessness;
torture as official policy;
extraordinary renditions;
targeted killings;
warrantless searches;
other privacy invasions;
falsified national security concerns;
war on terror fear-mongering;
military commission trials, including for US citizens;
domestic military force deployments;
secret FEMA concentration camps;
pervasive homeland surveillance;
racial profiling and persecution for political advantage;
militarizing local police;
indefinitely detaining US citizens in military prisons on spurious terrorist connection allegations;
and turning America into a full-blown police state.
Political discourse is now “driven in part by a wholly contrived ‘debate’ over whether” fabricated terror threats require “military” or “law enforcement” responses.
Advocates for the former call it muscular and the latter anemic and irresponsible. In fact, post-9/11 policy hyped bogus terrorist threats and degraded rule of law protections for everyone.
Unjustifiably claiming war powers, Bush II usurped unchecked authority, ignored constitutional prohibitions, and subverted rule of law standards and justice.
Near the end of the Cold War, former Supreme Court Justice William Brennan commented on “the shabby treatment civil liberties have received in the United States during time of war and perceived threats to its national security.”
When each crisis passed, hindsight “remorsefully realized that the abrogation of civil liberties was unnecessary.” Ten years post-9/11, political Washington hasn’t yet crossed that threshold.
In today’s climate of fear, conflict resolution “is a distinct abstraction, not an actual event.” Bipartisan leaders claim today’s conflicts “take place everywhere and last forever.” As a result, what chance have freedom and justice?
ACLU’s report examines America’s permanent war policy, the ramifications of militarizing counterterrorism, degrading equity and justice, embracing torture as official policy, racially profiling Americans, expanding a vast surveillance state, and entirely eroding democracy. As a result, freedom hangs by a thread.
Permanent War
On September 18, 2001, a joint House-Senate Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) approved “the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the recent attacks against the United States.”
A decade of war followed. On May 26, 2011, the House gave Obama and all future presidents more war authority than Bush by permitting conflicts anywhere for any reason or none at all.
In fact, Obama doesn’t need it. He already wages war on humanity abroad and at home in violation of international law and constitutional provisions and protections.
As a result, permanent war is policy. Nations are ravaged one at a time for wealth, power, and unchallengeable dominance.
Spurious existential threats are claimed. Fundamental values are discarded, including due process, habeas, equity, and justice, as well as other inviolable international and US law.
Illegal wars, targeted assassinations, other lawless killing, unconstitutional military tribunals, torture, and indefinite military detentions replaced them.
From inception, Guantanamo “was a laboratory for unlawful military interrogation, detention, and trials.” All US torture prisons symbolize imperial lawlessness.
Candidate Obama said Bush officials “compromised our most precious values.” As president, he exceeded the worst of his predecessor. Rule of law principles no longer apply. Freedom hangs by a thread. Anyone considered threatening is guilty by accusation. So are nations earmarked for regime change.
“No national security policy raises a graver threat to human rights,” international law, and peace, “than targeted killing, because the government claims the unchecked authority to impose an extrajudicial death sentence on” anyone anywhere for any reason or none at all.
Bush officials initiated target killings. Obama expanded them exponentially. Secret “kill lists” were compiled. Legal criteria aren’t disclosed. None, in fact, exist. People are spuriously called terrorists. Lethal force is policy. So is unchecked militarization and war on humanity.
Claiming national security concerns, in fact, undermines it. Pursuing permanent war and targeted killings subvert fundamental democratic values. Today they hang by a thread.
Undermining Rule of Law Principles
Post-9/11, Dick Cheney announced “us(ing) any means at our disposal, basically, to achieve our objective(s).” War, mass killing, illegal detentions, torture, and cold-blooded murder followed.
So did total abandonment of international and US law. Promising a new course, Obama exceeded the worst Bush policies.

BAD AXE — For the second time in nine months, police have apprehended the same illegal alien in Huron County.
Around 12:35 p.m. Sunday, Huron County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Swartz received a tip that an illegal immigrant was working at a dairy farm in Rubicon Township. Swartz contacted the farm owner, who arranged for the deputy to speak with the immigrant, Sheriff Kelly J. Hanson reports.
Swartz met with and arrested the suspect, Octavio Munoz-Ortiz, 21, a native of Mexico. Deputies turned Munoz-Ortiz over to the U.S. Border Patrol.
Bad Axe police in April arrested Munoz-Ortiz after they said he assaulted his 21-year-old girlfriend. The girlfriend told police that Munoz-Ortiz was working at a dairy farm in Bingham Township.
Police turned Munoz-Ortiz over to the U.S. Border Patrol within days of the domestic altercation. Deputies are investigating how Munoz-Ortiz came to be once again working illegally in Huron County in such a short span, Hanson said.
