STOP THE MADNESS!!!

Jim Crow wasn't enough...my Constitutional protections being denied once again...2010 The bloodless coup d'é·tat
Under Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) the state of Arizona is completely within their legal right to enact the recent legislation. I am not a lawyer, but I’m willing to move
forward with a class action lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles, San Fran-left-cisco and the state of California. Are any of you willing to join me in this effort? If not I will go
it alone.
The law is on my side, follow the link; http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/8/usc_sec_08_00001324——000-.html (you may have to insert the 4 dashes between the 4 & 000)…
Read it for your self. This is not about racism or hate. It is about the rule of law. I’m tired of trying to understand why I must obey the law, while all around me there is a political body that
would suggest only I should. Please read it for yourself, and avoid leaving hate laced comments. Relax and let’s put the law to work, as it was intended.

Based on, 8 USC 1324 I suppose I should first approach a Federal Law Enforcement Agency and ask them to enforce this code…upon their denial to do so…would then be grounds for a federal law suit…Does that strategy sound reasonable? I’m note sure exactly how to proceed. I would appreciate someone that is knowledgeable to help me with strategy/tactical solutions.

Ah. Much better, thank you!
Odd how those dashes don’t translate well in this site. I think it has to do with the very old style of entry formats for this site.

The La Raza extreme entice citizens that don’t know any better by suggesting the federal law Arizona is trying to enforce is racist. And of course a percentage of Latinos and others call it racist simply because most illegal aliens are Latino.
If Mexico consisted of mostly whites and they came here illegaly, Democrats in congress and elsewhere would be playing the same treasonous game.
You don’t stop enforcing laws to gain votes. That is in no way in the best interest of America or Americans. That is treason.
I don’t know how to go about that either, Amir. I’m sure someone at NumbersUSA.com would know.

Sorry to be a “Debbie Downer”, but I’m just curious as to whether or not you also plan to sue the Central Valley farmers? their commercial association? Every major hotel and resort? Every Denny’s? Every Marie Callendars? Olive Garden? El Torito? every Vallarta? Wal-Mart? Big Lots? 24 Hr. Fitness? Bank of America? Wells Fargo?
Why only go after these publicly-funded municipalities and governments? Why not go after the corporations who are extracting money from the presence of these undocumented workers in the first place?
The municipalities and counties have a duty to offer health care to undocumented workers as a service to all of us. Publicly-funded health clinics are our front-line defence against infectious pathogens that could potentially spill over into the general population.
The cities, counties and state are acting humane in this situation. They cannot do anything regarding illegal immigrants because their hands are tied by federal law, which is too influenced by the corporate class to do anything about it. So, the only thing the state, county and city can do is to take care of these undocumented people while they are in our midst. Again, it is detrimental to the welfare of the general public for them to do so.
To attempt, or to even conceptualise, a lawsuit against a public entity that is charged with maintaining the health and welfare of the public and which is also charged with a duty to carry out human services, is not only absurd, but quite frankly, very bigoted — especially while ignoring the obvious role that corporate greed has played in federal immigration law and it’s lack of enforcement.

The government once enforced immigration laws, Matt. They can do it again. Corruption must and can be stopped. Corruption is the problem. Not capitalism. Repeat that over and over. Haha..

Corruption is inherently rooted in capitalism. Screw as many people as you can to make more money. It’s the nature of the beast. “Get the most, for the least”.
( send private message )
marino says...
You’ll be screwed if you allow it, in any system. You just get so much more of it in a socialist system. Socialism encourges corruption. Those at the higher end don’t want to bust their butts if they have to share more of what they’ve earned, with bums. Socialism also encourges lazyness.

marino says...
Corporations are doing what they’re doing because the government are allowing it and not enforcing immigration laws, like they once did.
Arizona is tired of all the crime associated with illegals, as is most Americans. Calling it racism is a crock used by race baiting trolls that have nothing else to back up what they’re saying.
At one end you have those concerned with murder, other crimes, and the expese caused by illegals, and at the other end you have clowns claiming possible racism, with Arizona’s enforcement of existing laws. Nice balance.

I’m not advocating socialism, Marino. I just want all entities, be they corporate or government, to be more responsive to all of the people who support them, live under them and work for them. I am advocating nothing more than democracy.
Capitalism is the antithesis to democracy. It promotes oligarchy and restricts power to the wealthiest.

whomeye says...
The United States is, indeed, a republic, not a democracy. Accurately defined, a democracy is a form of government in which the people decide policy matters directly—through town hall meetings or by voting on ballot initiatives and referendums. A republic, on the other hand, is a system in which the people choose representatives who, in turn, make policy decisions on their behalf. The Framers of the Constitution were altogether fearful of pure democracy. Everything they read and studied taught them that pure democracies “have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths” (Federalist No. 10).
In the strictest sense of the word, the system of government established by the Constitution was never intended to be a “democracy.” This is evident not only in the wording of the Pledge of Allegiance but in the Constitution itself which declares that “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government” (Article IV, Section 4). Moreover, the scheme of representation and the various mechanisms for selecting representatives established by the Constitution were clearly intended to produce a republic, not a democracy.

mattkeltner says...
You think you’re being “patriotic” by supporting capitalism at any cost, but where in the U.S. Constitution does it state anything about capitalism? It doesn’t. The capitalist class have no loyalty to you or to any of the American values that you claim to be an ardent defender of, as a conservative. The number one concern for the wealthy capitalist is their money. That is the extent of their loyalty. They will do whatever is necessary to distract you from seeing as much by pointing the finger at someone else, someone much more helpless and destitute than they are. That “someone” is the Spanish-speaking undocumented worker. The one who cleans your table when you vacate a restaurant, the one who changes your bedsheets in Las Vegas or Laughlin, the one who washes your car when you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to do it yourself, the one who cleans the toilets and showers at your gym. So, the capitalist class are taking advantage of these people, like peons, and worse, now that the economy is faltering, they are using them as political fodder for people like you to direct their rage at. They laugh every time you go on a rant about “illegals”, “Mexicans” or whatever you choose to call them today. The plan to divide the non-capitalists, workers has been efficient.

…Annette:“This is evident not only in the wording of the Pledge of Allegiance but in the Constitution itself…”
First of all, the pledge of allegiance can’t be considered an official document for which to base our government on. If anything, it’s a romantic gesture of nationalism. It was penned by a utopian Socialist, Francis Bellamy.
Second, the Constitution, as well as the preamble, make very clear references to the welfare of the people, the general welfare and the people, which are clear indications that the framers of the Constitution did not discount democracy, but included it specifically in their plans.
The U.S. was intended to be a democratic republic, not simply a “republic”. Even within the word republic, is contained the word “public” and is not a synonym for oligarchal capitalism.

Did you go to UCLA or USC, Billy? UCLA and the Cal State system are funded by the same state agency.
I went to Cal State Northridge and Cal State Bakersfield so that I could take care of my Mom and her health needs, because I can’t rely on my self-absorbed, right-wing Republican brothers to do so, because it doesn’t fit into their time schedule and quoting my brother directly, “it’s not my job”. I was accepted to Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, San Diego State, Fresno State and San Jose State also. I chose to stay local. I don’t regret it. My Mom is still alive and doing better now and I am almost finsihed with a Masters programme from a state university online.
It’s funny though, how people without a degree, are always the ones to make fun of those who earned them and berate them for not going to a less affordable school.

I have maintained my position has nothing do with race. The problem has nothing to do with race. It does however have to do with entering the U.S. illegally. Once again I implore each of you to read the law. There is not a single passage that makes reference to any ethnic sub-set residing in the U.S. The law is clearly referring, to ALL ethnic groups that choose to enter, illegally into the U.S. without proper documentation. I’m just tiered of having to obey the law if in fact the law is not being applied to all. I was a child when it was written. At this point it has not been struck down as un-constitutional, therefore making, 8 USC 1324 a legal instrument fully enforceable in all courts in the U.S. I have asked that everyone take a position not based on race, but of legal vs. illegal.

Marino,
My Dad’s grandmother grew up on the reservation near Miami, Oklahoma — about an hour outside of Tulsa. They were given a tribal role number to go along with their Social Security cards at birth. The Bureau of Indian Affairs allows a tribe to open up it’s roles only every so often. So, when they did, my dad had my brothers and I registered and given role numbers also. I was lucky in that I never had to research anything, it was just there. My Dad’s grandmother was often mistaken for a Mexican or Latina when she came to California. Her son, my grandfather, was half Irish-half Indian and was, by default, very mestizo-looking. He grew up in an apartment on Spring Street in downtown Los Angeles and hung out with the Mexican kids at McArthur Park, because he “looked like them” and accepted him, according to what he has told me.

I don’t need to remind anyone of the Capitalist, that enslaved millions of Africans or the genocide of millions of Native Americans, of whose blood I also share, or the discrimination that every ethnic group has endured assimilating into this society. Regardless of the past I am of a mind, that would suggest without enforcement of law I would still be riding on the back of the bus etc. etc. Without law there is anarchy, and overt discrimination. Everyone must try not to confuse the terms illegal/legal. Yes Martel…Matt is not entirely incorrect….there is an obvious struggle between the haves v. have-nots. But in that struggle the rule of law is paramount. It is that very rule of law that keeps employers, schools, etc. from discriminating based on sexual preference/gender, race, religion etc.

I’m sick of people in the U.S. being assused of how immoral it is to separate families. Yet, if you think of it, it’s starts in the country there coming from. Usually, the father comes over first and has to earn enough money to bring over each member of the family one or two at a time. The children are usually the last to come, so they are separated from their parents, by their parents’ choice, for many years. It’s a terrible thing to do to children, but that’s where it starts.

I always hear it said government doesn’t listen to the people, but in reality the government is hyperactive to the people. Our number one problem is entitlement programs for THE PEOPLE!
We have unions that lobby for benefits that break the taxpayer’s back. We have politicians that get elected to do the bidding of these unions then we get bloated programs that are unsustainable.
So it is just the opposite; government IS responding to our wishes. Our population is not reproducing fast enough so we have people cross our boarders to get our free goodies like public education so teachers can keep their jobs. We have police chiefs that want growing budgets so they promote policies that increase crime (CCWs come to mind). We have a growing sector of dependent people due to a mentality of entitlement due to some weird concept of being owed.
In other words we are blaming illegals and the government for our faults. Sometimes you must look at yourself before you blame others then see it is us that is the enemy. We will be our own demise as a country. Pogo was right.

A documentary based on the groundbreaking YouTube channel, 9500liberty.
http://www.9500liberty.com/synopsis.html
and for you vid freaks:
http://www.9500liberty.com/index.html
Prince William County, Virginia becomes ground zero in America’s explosive battle over immigration policy when elected officials adopt a law requiring police officers to question anyone they have “probable cause” to suspect is an undocumented immigrant.
9500 Liberty reveals the startling vulnerability of a local government, targeted by national anti-immigration networks using the Internet to frighten and intimidate lawmakers and citizens. Alarmed by a climate of fear and racial division, residents form a resistance using YouTube videos and virtual townhalls, setting up a real-life showdown in the seat of county government.
The devastating social and economic impact of the “Immigration Resolution” is felt in the lives of real people in homes and in local businesses. But the ferocious fight to adopt and then reverse this policy unfolds inside government chambers, on the streets, and on the Internet. 9500 Liberty provides a front row seat to all three battlegrounds.

To Amir Raheem and the many other black workers who have allowed themselves to be divided against their brown-skinned brothers and sisters, I should like to say that the story line of nationhood, as interpreted by white supremacists, be they overt or subtle, will never include black people, regardless of how “properly” you speak nor how Anglo your slave name. In the racist mentality of the preponderance of law enforcement as well as of the likes of the
“Teabaggers,” Arizona’s SB1070’s command for investigation regarding “reasonable suspicion” will always include black people.
Indeed. Black workers who have allowed capitalist culture to divide them along racial lines (yes, they have), are but willing tools in a clearly proto-fascist phenomenon that will, eventually, serve to further subjugate them, too.

Since according to Marxist or “Salisburyism” or any of the recycled myths of so-called oppression Guy targets “blacks” as a group to be “subjugate[ed]” by the economic order under which they are participating.
While it is quaint that Guy shows compassion for people of a different color than him he practices racism in saying only people of color are oppressed. Since he is oppressed too (in his mind) he ignores his and others that share his racial heritage’s struggle to shuck off the lords that rule him.
I won’t even go into Guy trying to tell Amir he is stupid for not seeing the struggle of “his” people.
My guess is Amir knows the struggle is one of oppression but it is oppression by vote or democratic oppression we live under today. In other words we accept rules and laws and economic orders so we can have an ordered society.
It becomes scary when the lords decide to consolidate power by creating a class of dependent people that vote the lords into office so they lords will pass goodies onto them which keeps them impoverished.

understanding who I am, seeing me simply as a Black worker illustrates how I am perceived in your thinking. I would suggest in your world the word “worker,” is but one step from the word “slave”. That being said, I recognize that you like many others
continue to suggest that white people by virtue of skin color or the lack thereof are white supremacists. While on one hand you chastise me, with out addressing the confused state of mind that personifies your thought process, rendering your comments moot. I’ll try and
put it in terms that even the simplest thinking person can understand. It is unfair to allow ANYONE to continue a behavior pattern in violation of law, on one hand….while on the other hand expecting complete obedience of law from all others. That’s it. Randy, in his characterization, ofme is more accurate. [My guess is Amir knows the struggle is one of oppression but it is oppression by vote or democratic oppression we live under today. In other words we accept rules and laws and economic orders so we can have an ordered society.] If he, you,
me, all of us are subject to the law, everyone must be subject to the law. Should that simple logic not be adhered to, there is societal chaos and overt anarchy (mob rule). It matters not what the societal organization is, ie. Republic, Marxist, Communist, Democratic, Tribal,
or whatever humans can think up. Law/Rules must be in place to maintain order!

These trolls also blame corporations for illegal immigration. That’s like blaming a bank for allowing me to legally rob it, because local officials refuse to enforce the law, BECAUSE I’M ILLEGAL AND YOU’RE A RACIST.
But these simple minded fools, whether they do it because they are racist, or because they’re just plane dumb, seem to get most of the press. At least until lately.
As a 50 yr old I’m not going to fold and let things go their way without a fight, at least until I’m still around. I want my kids and grandkids to have a chance, and I teach them how things should be because if you think things are bad now, wait till the near future.
So EVERY American needs to get involved in this issue, before it’s too late, as if it isn’t already. These special interest bastards that pay off our government can only be dealt with by getting these bastard government officials out of office and ignoring the likes of anyone that speaks in favor of illegal alien murderers, because that is exactly what they’re doing.
So I hope that everyone that cares about this issue gets involved in some way. Life is a bitch at times and people have their own issues and are busy trying to get their own lives and familes in order, but you as an American must carry your weight on this issue even if it means spending 2 minutes a week.
Go to NumbersUSA.com and they have prepared faxes to send to officials across the country. There are many organizations that are involved in this issue, so pick one, and put your weight in. Please. Blogging about it here is great. Take the next step. You will be proud.
Ignore the race baiting trolls.

Amir Raheem says...
Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii)
ANY US citizen that knowingly assists an illegal alien, provides them with EMPLOYMENT, FOOD, WATER or SHELTER has committed a FELONY. City, county or State officials that declare their jurisdictions to be “Open Cities, Counties or States (sanctuary cities/states) are subject to arrest; as are law enforcement agencies who chose not to enforce this law. Police officers who ignore officials who violate
Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) are committing a Section 274 federal felony.
Furthermore, according to Federal Immigration and National Act of 1952, if you live in a city, county or State (sanctuary cities/states) that refuses to enforce the law for whatever reason, the officials making those rules are financially liable for any crime committed within their jurisdiction by an illegal alien.”
The verbage of this code is lenghty, but if your intent is about understanding please educate yourself, to the full gravity of how all U.S. citizens are being denied equal protection under the law.
