China is only ~1% Christian
Today’s LA Times article talks about Lancaster’s outreach to business in China.
I wonder if these potential Chinese businesses understand Lancaster’s Christian leanings? China is only about 1% Christian. Is Lancaster going to reach out to Chinese Christians only? Do Chinese businesses really want to risk their money in faraway desert city which publicly favors Christians?
I read in the article that Lancaster “business and clergy” leaders will be visiting China. Why clergy? Because LBC wants a free boondoggle to China? Or are they REALLY going to make business connections with Chinese Christians only?

Furthermore…The spin for this trip is that the AV is worldly, “See how we reach out to other cultures”. PLEASE PUT ME OUT OF YOUR MISERY!!! Given the negatives about how STUPID our government has been here recently (obviously no one has been paying attention cause it isn’t just recent) I think it is just another abuse of tight tax dollars to make up for poor management and choices. We chose WAY unwisely.

Mayor Rex is full of B.S.
I would love to hold my tongue but I’ve got to say more about this China love fest Mayor Parris wants to establish. I was reading the L.A. Times and found an article on Parris’ aspirations along with a picture of an F22. It seems he is preparing to send some powerpoint presentation to the Chinese to attract their attention for investing in Lancaster. I don’t get it. The U.S. is arresting individuals who have been sending our military secrets to China for decades. The Counter Intelligence community states that China is raping us of our military secrets as we speak. It’s known that they have businesses coming over here to establish themselves and wella — they infilitrate us. Why would the mayor want the Chinese to have their fingers in the Lancaster pot where Edwards Air Force Base is not to mention Boeing, Lockheed and many of our military secrets and projects. . Isnt’ that like saying to the Chinese welcome to a buffet for you to choose what you want?
I know Parris wants to appear as a globally connected figure and the man of the hour but what about the potholes, the schools, the water problem, transparency in government, Walmart, and all the other problems that the average Joe needs solved. Parris is use to winning a case and moving on but there’s a difference in winning mega millions in a controlled courtroom environment and enthusiastically opening the door to an enemy who has raped the U.S. before. I just need to know who’s really benefitting from this assinine act when everything with Parris these days seems to be secret or undercover. He’ll explain later like the Eye In The Sky Project but there just may not be a later with this chinese deal. As the U.S. government fights with Chinese over counter intelligence issues, Mayor Rex rolls out the carpet. Do they need to own more of us then they already do and what threat comes with that expansion?

During the election Rex will tell us China is going to build something extraordinary. Right. After the election nothing happens just like the last China trip Lancaster took.
It ended up with marginalized results if that.

Do we really want Chinese goods and businesses in AV? Just because our media and politicians have moved decidedly to the left and refuse to use the correct description of China (Red China), does not mean we the people have to play nice or make deals with the devil. Why is saving a couple bucks so much more important than supporting an American business or family with our dollars? The majority of the Chinese products are patent rip-offs of American ingenuity. They aquire a new product here in the U.S., reverse engineer it, then produce cheaper made knock offs. They violate patent laws and routinely commit copyright infingement. I guess the dollars mean more to some than the crimes committed against our people and businesses by the Red Chinese. Profiteers, march on!

Exactly…BTW what is the real expectation of ANY ROI for this government and theocratic boondoggle? The Chinese think VERY VERY VERY long term compared to the West. There is not enough space on this blog for VERYS when it comes to comparing thinking in the AV to China. Comparing business smarts is a whole other story, be prepared to lose your shorts on a scale that makes pale what passes for business smarts here int he AV. Yes citizens of the AV prepare to learn how to bend over even farther.
What DUMB ASS came up with this idea? Oh the money is available so let’s spend it? Yeah that’s fiscally responsible behavior… Spending tax $ with no real ROI in sight?
