Supreme Court rules on Prayer's at council meetings
The justices let stand a ruling holding a North Carolina county board violated the First Amendment’s ban on an “establishment of religion” by opening its sessions with a Christian prayer. The judges agreed, however, the board could have a non-denominational prayer at each session.

Read today’s top story in the AV Press. It talks about the latest with the ‘eye-in-the=sky project and how FRANK VISCO formed a company to run the project. Right from the get-go this was a no-bid contract and another ’insider’ got the deal.
